If you’re in search of a vehicle Favorit Motors is NOT the place to go. They are nothing but time wasters and scammers. We inquired about a 2021 Sienna and told our sales rep (who was not even there to begin with) we would be there within 30 minutes and magically after our 30 minute drive there we were informed that the vehicle was sold that morning. Why waste our time if the car was already “sold”. We were told we would have to be approved in order to test drive the vehicle. I think that’s absurd considering I’m not letting anyone run a credit check on a vehicle I may not actually like. Not to mention after checking the car fax the odometer was rolled back which is all red flags. I would recommend to go buy your vehicle off of clutch you’d have a better time than here.

There is a legend in this place, he is called Mohammed. He gave me the best customer service ever. I had a very good experience with favorit motors. I bought a Audi Q7 from them and the process was simple and very smooth. The sales person Ala was very professional and helped and guided me along the whole process. The finance manager juman was a very jolly and friendly person and got me my approval in just 2 days. She supported us through out the process. My whole process took just couple of days and i was on the road in my new audi.

My sales associate was great! However once I was passed onto the management team things were not good at all. I have had several issues and have tried to get in touch several times with the owner with no success. Kept being told that I would get a call from him. Well it's been a few months now and still nothing. Both my headlights have since failed and needed to be replaced by Tesla. Tesla has informed me that the car should never have passed safety check with it the way they were. Still no call back to this day. Apparently the owner lives at his cottage.

Fake car fax reports don’t know how but these guys are scammers be careful everyone I even drag them to court is a must they opened a looting buisness with a luxury environment and selling accidental cars to people

Nothing about the purchase experience was good. From salesman to pickup. Repairs were not done that were promised prior to pick up. Car was not even cleaned.
Was sent an email a couple weeks after purchase for customer satisfaction about their service. They could not even take the time to put the proper vehicle purchase on the email.
We asked them to rectify the repairs as they promised.
We have yet to hear from them. It has been 3 weeks.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.
Their only concern was getting the money for the vehicle.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Favorit for years, and never had an issue, wide selection, good vehicles and easy process. I do miss Toni but Nadia has been amazing and just as easy to work with. Any concerns issues or questions I have had have also been dealt with and answered. And as matter of fact my wife will be doing a trade in in the new year.

This is the worst dealer in the GTA. Never go here. The inventory of cars are overpriced high mileage beaten garbage. The salesman are clueless and stand around smoking. This place is shady backlot scam you would find in a third world country. NEVER GO HERE.

Tim contacted me within minutes of my application being submitted, and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. He kept me informed on what was going on with my application, and told me what my options were. He got me a car that I could only ever dream of having. The car is in top notch shape, and when we had a brief problem with the sunroof before leaving today, he made sure that it was fixed and we were happy. I will definetly be returning for my next vehicle. I can only hope that Tim ends up getting some type of raise for how amazing he was and is.

If we had known that a 2016 Town and Country didn’t even have Bluetooth in it, the deal would have been called off.

Just purchased a Ram truck from Favorit Motors sight unseen. This was very stressful for me seeing that I had never seen the truck before and this was a very big purchase. Jason was great at sending me pictures of every square inch of the truck and assured me that it was in pristine condition. I dealt with Alex for the financing and warranty part of the purchase and must say that he was very patient, honest, helpful and made things very easy and stress free. When we arrived to pick up our new truck, my wife and I were were very happy with the level of professionalism, cleanliness and organization of everything. I was searching for a winter beater to use instead of my summer car (Mustang Bullitt) and I went online to search for some. NO luck, since there weren't many used cars on the market. Even more so a manual transmission car.
I don't know how he did it, but within a week, Dmytro sent me photos and options after options. All remotely close to my budget. Which was hard to work with. I ended up walking away happy with my 2015 Honda Civic LX in great condition and right in my budget. This place doesn't only have fancy, luxury cars, it can also find you the vehicle you want in your budget!

I got lucky to come across this dealership. It was a true VIP service from day one when Nazar spent 5 hours with me and my wife, introducing us to the World of Tesla. He is a true Tesla enthusiast, passionate about customer needs. Nazar loves to surprise, will always try to either find a way to save you money or get more for the same price. He and his staff helped to resolve a few tough situations we got into on the delivery date as we had issues with trading our old car.

I was sceptical at first buying a used Tesla from a used car dealership. After committing to a perfect car this past Sunday and a very pleasant interaction with Jason; we came back to pick up the car on Tuesday evening. All three of us, including Jason, were all excited to finalize this purchase. This was a great buying experience.
We drove the car home and had a tire appointment the next morning as the car needed new winter tires.
Regretfully our tire mechanic could not take the wheels of bc no one could find the special bolt lock key necessary to remove the wheels. The items from the glove compartment that were there during the test drive were not there. We called Jason, and he took action immediately; arrangements were made for the missing items to be delivered to my home, an hour north of Toronto.
Time was of an essence, as I really needed the winter tires installed for tomorrow. I crashed my previous car just a month earlier and am still very anxious to be in any car - winter wheels are an absolute must for me right now. But unusual arrangements like that take time, so after a very long, stressful day, just before 5PM I got a message from Jason that Daniel, the Service Department Manager will be able to assist.
I need to APPOLOGIZE to DANIEL for not being calm and composed at that stage anymore when I spoke to him. He actually DROVE TO MY HOUSE after work last night to help us out! This is what you call an INCREADIBLE, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

Favorit Motors is by the far the best cad dealership I have ever interacted with. I trade in cars at least once a year and I’ve been to ton of showrooms, but Favorit has taken care of me consistently for the last 3 years. Nazar is the person you want to deal with, he makes a promise and comes through and he goes above and beyond to get it done. I recently purchased a vehicle, there were one or two issues, Nazar just said go home and he’ll take care of it. He kept me updated on the status of the issue, resolved it and got me an upgrade for what I needed. The dealership goes above and beyond in every way. Alex helped me finance my vehicle, found ways to save money and got the term I was looking for. Favorit Motor has a lifetime customer in me and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else this. I drive over 80kms to go to the dealership and I’d drive 200kms if I had to, so I can get their exceptional service.

Favorit Motors is by far the BEST auto dealer experience my partner and I have had in Toronto. Right off the bat they were super professional, offered great service, and went above and beyond for us. Our appointments were well organized to ensure safety precautions. Jason was kind and patient in helping us explore the options available to us in our price range. A lot of dealerships get gimmicky to sell the car and then abandon the customer. But with Favorit, we received amazing customer service throughout - right from the moment we first contacted them for an appointment till after the delivery of the vehicle. Alex was phenomenal in getting us a deal that we simply couldn't resist. It is rare to find genuine, ethical, good-old-fashioned customer service in today's cut throat auto market. We are very thankful to the Favorit team for the excellent experience they gave us. They also have a great collection of vehicles to choose from, all of them in excellent condition. Plus, their office is well equipped with necessary covid protocols - as two virus-paranoid people, we felt safe to visit their office.

This is one of the worst used car dealerships I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

The 2 individuals I interacted with, Adham and some guy whose name a can't remember - starts with a V and called himself some sort of manager, were at best, disinterested and disorganized. Especially the later.this guy took 3 phone calls during our interaction. Adham could hardly answer any of my questions regarding the 2 vehicles I was interested in.

I was also given a hard time about having an independent mechanic take a look at the vehicles. Originally, the best I could get was to have a mechanic come to them, which later turned into no mechanic whatsoever. To anyone who is new to buying a used car, if a dealership refuses or gives you a hard time with an independent inspection, STAY AWAY.

Guess what, I'm not done yet.
The 2 cars I looked at had damage records and this dealership had them priced over their market value. Hilarious. Just to test a theory, I looked up some of their other vehicles and found similar results. Upon test driving one of the vehicles I was interested in, it was quite obvious the vehicle had electronic as well as other issues. Just because a vehicle looks nice (easy to do in an indoor showroom with strong lighting directly overhead), doesn't mean it is nice. Of course, they're a no haggle dealership so I wonder who benefits most from this policy.
Interestingly enough, Mr. V was willing to negotiate on price with me, albeit a laughable amount. I think we call that false advertising in the biz. These guys definitely aren't a No Haggle dealership.

I'm hoping this review will help any prospective buyers in making an informed decision about shopping here. Remember, we're paying OUR hard earned cash on these vehicles. Also, when a dealership has a high 3 or low 4 point something rating and you're seeing a lot of 5 and 1 star reviews, that should be a major red flag.

Had a FANTASTIC experience with Nathaniel and Alex! I never write reviews but this time i had to. My credit was in a terrible place and i was declined by everyone i went too. When i got the call from Nathaniel i was expecting to get rejected again, but they got me approved on a loan for a newer luxury vehicle! I would rate them higher than 5 if i could.absolute fantastic experience overall.

I bought a car from them recently. The dealership gave me " child key". The car has My Key system that limits my speed and music loudness. The dealership refused to address my problem even though I bought it 2 days ago

Terrible online experience with Adham Dawaimeh - I sent a clear message with 2 vehicles I am seeking to trade in; and he didnt even read the links and ended up asking me all the questions that could have been answered if he was professional and did his job that any capable dealer could do. He wasted my time (and his) and became rude and not helpful as there slogan seems to claim. I dislike having to help a sales person make a sale / transaction.happens far to often where they dont want to do the extra work to make a sale!

I would advise getting a mechanic to inspect the car before purchase. I've had to have about 3 different issues fixed, one of which was the A/C. How is my A/C broken without having used it once? Purchased in October. Previous service manager was nice enough to fix a broken power lock at no charge but nothing was done for the A/C.seems it was not inspected properly.

Worst experience iv ever had. Not even 5km after leaving I got a check engine light on my truck. Took it back the next day waited around and hr and a half to be told it's not there problem there's a recall on my truck (which they would have known about before selling me, along with the light that was clearly just reset before delivery). Now 3 days after delivery and not being able to drive my truck I'm at a dodge dealer for the recall and there telling me the recall probably will NOT fix the engine code I brought it in with. If after these recalls it's not fixed I will be contacting an attorney and backing out of this car deal. Also was late a day for delivery and once I signed the paperwork getting straight answers was like pulling teeth.
