I have been going to Favourite Salon for 5 years. They always get my hair and beard done the way I want them right. I can always get an appointment within a day. They always hire courteous and skilled stylists. Currently Gurgeet is doing my cuts regularly, he is very professional and very skilled. Highly recommended.

The staff were very unprofessional, and disrespectful!
I have called them to book an appointment and they didn’t know which colours of Henna they do have! I asked if I can come to see the colours and if I like them I will have it done of which they agreed on it. When I went to the Saloon they said that they wouldn’t give me an appointment due to them not liking the way I wanted my Henna, they were very rude, and speaking in their language which was very disrespectful!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a long time. Someone previously messed up my eyebrow shape at another salon and I was growing them out but I needed them done for an event. Priya did an amazing job with keeping the shape perfect

I love their service. My daughter and I got there, always great service.super sweet staff. Especially Bindu who takes special care of my daughter. Last week I took my nephew for a hair cut and they did a great job.my nephew said it's the first time ever that he gets a haircut and he is happy.

Very bad service …Even.they are free but said their customers that we have no time. All the time they just said we have appointments…But if we ask about appointments they said we don’t have time slots available……. Very bad experience.

Very bad service all staff is free but the receptionist says we have no time without appointments. They are saying if u have an appointment then I cut your hair otherwise we have no time.

I’ve been here several times and usually get my services from Bindu. She is very knowledgeable in what she does, is super respectful and definitely knows how to build a great client rapport. The rest of the staff is just as amazing and the appt booking system is also very responsive to your schedule needs. So far I have never ran into any troubles. The overall service quality is great and the place itself is very sanitary and clean. Would 100% recommend this salon!

I only go here for waxing and threading. The service is great and it is priced reasonably. They use hot wax which I love because those pink wax rollers are the worst. I usually get my waxing done by Bindu but this time due to scheduling I had to try with someone new. The new employee name is Priya and she has godly hand. I got my underarms waxed and it was painless. Highly recommended place!

I got my waxing and threading from Priya and she’s so so good at it! No pain and so quick! She was super nice and friendly and even though I don’t live around here, I’ll get services from her when I’m back here!
