I just had such an amazing experience at Fayez Spa yesterday! I was gifted a full day of services from one of my favourite humans. How lucky am I!?

From start to finish, the entire experience was heaven. I was greeted promptly and warmly upon my arrival. The atmosphere was elegant, modern, soothing, fresh and natural feeling. I love the water elements everywhere.

I started with the Eucalyptus Steam room. Super hot and steamy- and like a balm to my soul! Loved!

Next was the super decadent pampering I got with the Mediterranean Mud wrap, a full body sugar scrub and then a 90 minute massage.

Vera was/IS amazing. She explained everything clearly and had such a great calm, positive energy.
At this point I felt like an entirely new human. Ten pounds lighter and ten years younger.

I then had a snack in the relaxation lounge, watching beautiful island video on a screen so large I almost felt like it was a hotel window in Cancun. I was brought Caramel Cappuccino’s, variety of cheeses and fruits. I loved that they remembered my no wheat/crackers request.

Next Yohanna took my skin to the next level with an anti aging facial. Glowing and easily feeling another ten years younger at this point. Atmosphere and service and energy perfect again.

Beanie polished me off with a gorgeous shampoo and blowout in their beautiful salon.
When I checked out again the service was warm, professional and attentive.

Wow! First experience there, and I was very impressed. Professional, courteous, friendly, and the list goes on. Definitely will be going back.

For two years now, I have gone to Fayez on my birthday and gotten the Fayez Day package. Both experiences have been flawless and the only reason I didn't review sooner was because I wanted to have more than one experience so I can say they're consistent. The staff are absolutely lovely. From front desk, to spa services and hair they treat me like a princess! You can tell they genuinely want you to have an amazing time. 10/10,5 stars, I'm 1000% going back every year for my birthday, and maybe even a few times in-between

I had a hot stone massage with Jeri, she was extremely thorough and is amazing at what she does! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
I have a lot of tender pain in my lower back and feet. She deeply massaged these areas and truly made my pain almost disappear in that moment.
I know it’ll be back, so I’ll be back! I left feeling very relaxed. The heat of the stones was perfect and the perfect touch you need to go along with a massage. I also had the Reflexology 60 and was very pleased with the experience!
I will definitely be recommending anyone who needs to decompress and have an AMAZING massage to the amazing RMT Jeri!:)

(updated review) I visited Fayez again after a few years, and was pleasantly surprised. RMT staff are better than pre-pandemic. RMT retention also seems a lot better than it was in 2019, which was the cause of my switching to a different venue for massages at the time.

I am redoing my review because my wife and I had a discrepancy regarding a mishap in payment. The owner, Fayez, called me personally to go over the issue at hand and refunded our balance. This was very professional and I am very grateful for good service. Our experience with our 5 hour spa day was nothing but bliss and good service, followed by an unfortunate ending of miscommunication with payment. It has been rectified and that shows me the strong nature of the business.we will be coming back with a smile on our faces looking forward to our next pampering. I recommend reaching out to management if there is a problem as they deal with the problem at hand with professionalism. Cheers

Shout out to Adam for getting my blonde hair goals reached! The colour and cut are exactly what i wanted. Adam is super kind, and genuine. You can tell through his work and his enthusiastic demeanor that he loves what he does in the salon. I highly recommend seeing Adam for any hair needs.

Terrible first appointment experience with this spa. I had scheduled a waxing appointment and the staff member showed up and was unprepared. I had a brow waxing appointment scheduled and I showed up 10 minutes early, the waxing specialist was late because she had to go out and buy gloves. She then went on to tell me that her company doesn't provide her any tools and she is responsible to buy everything. The specialist also ran out of Sugar Wax during my appointment and said that we can switch to regular wax but we have to wait for it to heat up. The specialist had asked me how i liked my brows when I was done my appointment and I said they were great, but would you shape and pluck access hairs between my brows, she then went on to tell me she didn't have tweezers because the company doesn't provide them. Like what? After my appointment I let the receptionist know about my experience and she got me to fill out a contact card and nobody got back to me about my complaint. I was disappointed because I had several appointments booked that week, and was uncertain how my experience would be.

Update: The owner called me within an hour after posting this and made it right. I appreciate this!

Fayez is an absolutely incredible spa. I came here with my sister and mom for a Fayez Day ahead of my sister’s wedding, and our experience was exceptional. Every treatment and service was high quality and left us feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. I especially appreciated how accommodating they are adjusting their services for pregnant clients. Highly recommend Fayez and look forward to returning!

Lots to offer and beautiful! Was always super excited to go. Most recently I was debating trying some new skin treatments. I had read about them and decided what to get. I was swayed to consider a treatment twice the price. I decided to think about it, did some more research, and called again to book something different. Once again, I was pressured to book something twice the price! Decided to not book anything and likely won’t attempt to in future.

My first experience with Fayez was not the greatest. I had a consultation for my skin and I left the appointment very confused and the appointment felt rushed. I decided to give it a 2nd chance but booked an appointment with a different esthetician. My appointment was with Elspeth and she made my experience great. She is very thoroughly and knowledgeable. I got my first chemical facial and she walked me through every single step. I highly recommend booking any service with Elspeth.

Absolutely love coming here to have body treatment! My most recent was the Rosemary Ginger exfoliating massage. Soothing and relaxing using fresh rosemary. Meme is lovely. Have also done the Hammam which is a special treat. You can't go wrong with any treatment with Fayze. Polished and professional. A million dollar treatment.

I went to Fayez for the first time today for the Reflexology 60. This is a beautiful and peaceful place. Everyone is very nice. Renee did my treatment. She is so nice and gentle. I will be back for this treatment and more. I highly recommend.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Fayez spa, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away. I booked an appointment weeks in advance to transform my hair color for an upcoming extension appointment in Toronto. Not only did they cancel my appointment at the last minute, but their excuse was that their stylist couldn't make it to work. Seriously? As a paying customer, this is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge me a hefty $195 deposit, and they warned that it would be non-refundable if I couldn't make it. However, they failed to adhere to the same standard when their stylist flaked out on me. It's a blatant double standard, and it feels like they're taking advantage of their customers.

This cancellation has now jeopardized my extension appointment and left me in an incredibly frustrating situation. Fayez spa has not only wasted my time but also my hard-earned money. I trusted them with my hair transformation, and they completely let me down.

As a customer, I have rights, and one of them is to receive the service I paid for. Fayez spa clearly disregarded their commitment to their clients and displayed a lack of professionalism and reliability.

I strongly advise against going to this place for any service. They don't value their customers, and their lack of respect for their clients' time and money is despicable. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and reliable spa elsewhere.

In summary, my experience with Fayez spa has been nothing short of a nightmare. I regret giving them my business and hope that others won't make the same mistake.

Went here today for the spa pedicure. I don't have a ton of experience with spas but I really enjoyed the experience!

I’ve been here for a “spa day” many times, and always love it - but today, the service was on point! Christinana was so helpful and informative between each transition, she really impressed me with her confidence and professionalism. All of the staff helping me today were absolutely incredible. Loved my services (received an Aquafolio Rescue Facial, Spa Manicure, and Spa Pedicure). Service was lovely, complimentary coffee, tea, etc, and very pleasant staff. They are a little on the pricier side but the service, cleanliness, options, etc, are worth the extra price point. If you ca splurge a little, I would definitely recommend.

The lady who did my thermage treatment was very kind. I'm very pleased with my results.

Very professional and welcoming! I have been there twice so far (spa package and hair cut)! Both experiences were impeccable! I would highly recommend this place.

Pedicures super basic polish limited and not lasting at all. I usually wait 4-6 weeks with no problems at my regular go to spot but am doing another pedicure today not even two weeks after my visit here. I wouldn’t ever try nails here. This spa is for a older crowd who don’t mind to sit extra long for simple service at double the cost based on the setting. Ladies are nice so it’s a shame the services did not exceed my expectations in the slightest way. I’m one who doesn’t mind to pay for services worth paying for and this just isn’t worth it. I thought to experience other services but remembered how long they had my stem room timer set and I ended up turning it off myself as it was far too long! It’s big clean and airy hence the two stars.

This visit, I was on the salon side. I needed a last minute appointment, and they were so accommodating.
Adam did such a beautiful colour and style, he made me feel fantastic! The reception staff are light-hearted, and empathetic. I enjoyed the whole experience. So much so, I booked my next appointment with Adam. He is worth the 5 hour drive!
No pretense, like you might find in a high-end salon spa. Fayez is luxury, class and comfort.

The staff was friendly and very patient with answering questions and going through the process of some services I was receiving for the first time. Very clean and calm spa good place to relax as you are having some self-care. They give you information about all the products they use and their availability to purchase. This is a wonderful spa and I will be returning for more services.
