Absolutely the best of the best dermatologist in Toronto. I’ve been trusting them with my skin for almost two years now and I don’t plan on switching my dermatologist any time soon. Also, the prices are very reasonable. The staff are kind and the dermatologists always serve with a smile and don’t rush you.

I ended up popping by the offices this morning unannounced (sorry!), and I assumed it would result in a future booking next week. But your front-line team members were proactive and they offered what I had been feeling sort of shy to ask for but actually wanted, I. E. "Just come in and take a seat and I am sure we can take care of you. "

From start to finish I basically felt like a King for a day, being given exceptional treatment with attention to even the smallest detail. The fact I got that as a walk in on a Friday? Well that was mind blowing, Thank You.

Your staff were all wonderful, and exceeded all of the expectations I had going in to this procedure, one for which I had been nervous to start and as you know put it off on several occasions. And more importantly I now finally understand Dermatology and the suite of services you offer there. I viewed it as an A la Carte menu going in today, and was very cynical to be honest.

But I ended up coming out of my appointment with an understanding that I was wrong, and that this is more like a Prix Fixe, but one where we can have a set menu tailored to our specific needs and our specific stage in life. NOT one sized fits all. It feels very empowering, especially as a man who is very intimidated by all the options and the fact traditionally - this stuff was earmarked more for female clientele, or at least in my imagination it was!

I now know how wrong I was, and hopefully this review can help a few guys in my position realize that and take the plunge.

Given the top-tier team in place and the fact it is situated in the heart of the financial district, I am fairly confident you will not be disappointed.

I went to FCP on a whim, with little expectation and anticipating I would likely only use their services once. Wow! Was I ever wrong! Dr. Bailey and her staff are amazing! My friends and I are blown away by the results!

I’ve been visiting FCP for a few years now and wouldn’t even consider trying elsewhere. The office is beautiful and staff are always super friendly and recognize me each visit. I’d only trust Dr Bailey with my face, she’s the ultimate professional and her expertise in her field is clear.

Unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal.

I was put in a room and made to wait 25 minutes (I was only seen when I reminded the front desk that I existed).

I was charged $169 for my service which cost $85 at Refine by Medcan a block away. To be clear, this is a commodity injection which takes 1-2 minutes. It was not an involved procedure.

It was a mistake to try this clinic and I won't be back.

All of the services at FCP dermatology have been great, from Botox to medical grade facials. Dr. Bailey is great at keeping things natural and recommending additional treatments without any pressure. The front desk team is also very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bailey for a couple of years and she’s fantastic. I recently started some treatments with Shannon and am very pleased with how they are going. Not only is she super friendly, but offers great advice on skincare. Everyone in the office presents a professional demeanor, but also welcoming at the same time. I’m thrilled to have such a great office nearby.

I've been to other clinics in the core over the years, but have not had an experience like I have had at FCP Dermatology. Dr. Kristy Bailey truly cared about my medical treatment plan after suffering a burn. The team at the clinic are proactive and customer centric. Highly recommend FCP!

Dr. Bailey and her team are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and simply put it, the best. I have been to more than 3 beauty clinics and didn't realize how important your injector is! I didn't realize to be safe and to look normal (!) a certified dermatologist can only achieve this! The complications I almost had with the other nurse clinics is frightening. I have been seeing Dr Bailey since she opened this clinic. She is wonderful to work with. She listens to what I want and does not push unnecessary procedures. I also had some laser therapy on my face for sun damage with wonderful results. They also carry excellent skin care lines.

Make clients wait literally hours, this happened to me multiple times and I’ve seen people complain in person. Every time I visit I fill in a new patient form, they make no attempt to make their clients lives easier, to understand them or get to know them. They do not directly answer questions when challenged, never apologize, only gaslight and just say ‘it’s normal to wait 1 hour’. They are purely superficial. If not clear, I don’t recommend.

I have been a client of Dr. Bailey since the opening of FCP Dermatology and I recommend them without hesitation to anyone I know! Not only is the facility in the perfect central location but Dr. Bailey and her team provide a 5 star luxury service every time. I chose FCP Dermatology for dermal fillers and botox and I am beyond thrilled will the results. I have collagen loss in my cheeks and tear through area and those were the areas I wanted to have treated. In my consultation, I was advised treating my cheek area would give me the results I wanted and botox in my masseter muscle and on the tails of my eyebrows would slim my face and widen my eyes. My consultant was attentive and listened to my concerns with validation. Dr. Bailey was warm, friendly and professional. I have been recommending FCP Dermatology to all my nursing colleagues! I would HIGHLY recommend leaving your skin concerns in the hands of the professionals at FCP Dermatology.

FCP Dermatology is the only place I trust! Their customer service is exceptional and Dr. Bailey is the best. Their entire staff are so friendly and professional. It is extremely clean and sanitary and you feel very safe during your visit! I've tried the Carbon Peel facial and it was one of the best things I've done for my skin. Instant results after a week of healing/peeling (which is completely normal). I am a loyal client and I highly recommend you to try, you will find yourself coming back time and time again!

Most useless medical referral ever. Family doctor referred me here. Waited for 5 months for my appointment, didn't do anything to my skin as I was looking forward to it. When I finally went for my appointment, all the doctor could say was "just cover it up from the sun and wait. " despite me asking for recommendations. Feels like if it's medical, just stay away. What. A. Complete. Waste. Of. Time.

I first went to see Dr Bailey for a medical reason referred by my Dr. I could tell she was experienced and confident and a double board certified dermatologist. I decided to do Belkyra with her to deal with a small fat pad under my chin. Its a long process but with forced to wear masks now, I went for it as a great time to hide the swelling from people. Now after 4 sessions, Im done and results looks great! Dr Bailey and her team were efficient, made me feel comfortable (Im very picky) and will go to her for any other "tweaks" I may consider doing as I trust her.
