I received my package from wayfair delivered by FedEx, left at the middle of the yard, under the rain torn as it was obvious that they dragged it and one side was torn then they put it in the box and it was soaked in water, they could walk literally four more steps and put it up the stairs and avoid it soaking in water under the rain whole day. The worst thing is I spent 3 hours over the phone and exploring the website, but the option for giving delivery instruction for my next orders on the way is deactivated.
The package was exactly in the condition you can see in the pictures.it is a shame!
I spent $500 for this order.

The customer service is appalling! My package has been delayed for a month, and despite making 6-7 calls, they consistently respond with no updates and assure they will get back to me, which never happens. Their indifference towards customers is shocking. Avoid using FedEx for deliveries; they shirk responsibility and neglect their duties.

The purple promise is dead. Trying to call the 1-800 number is impossible as the robot either hangs up on you or outright refuses to let you talk to anyone. Then they want a survey. Well this is the survey. I used to love the company. That is being very very strained. Not only is my package late but they could not care less about trying to resolve any issues.

Not happy. Don’t use fedex often if at all for any deliveries to my house. I ordered something online paid for the fast delivery $85 cost since I needed the package quickly for a charity event. Should of been here a week before I needed the package great. Arrived in Canada at Mississauga tracking said out for delivery. End of day says delayed. I live in brantford. Next day get the notification out for delivery should arrive at house between 11: 00am-3: 10pm. End of day no package. Delayed but now in Cambridge. Next day nothing no notifications then the following day out for delivery yay end of day again no package. Tried calling get the stupid robot got fed up since it’s voice activated and was always picking up birds chirping. Went online talking to that robot. Which said delivery was attempted but no answer. Not possible I have cameras. Unless they use the new drone drop delivery I’m unaware of. So call again. Finally get a human. Who now tells me there is duty owing which is why it’s being delayed. So I say shouldn’t someone notify me by a call or email or carrier pigeon. That something needs to be paid. Sitting in Cambridge for over a week in turn missed the charity event that this was meant for. So if I could rate this a negative I would. Will never use fedex ever again. Sorry Tom hanks

DO NOT USE FedEx if you have a large delivery. Two young delivery men just dropped a 50lb mattress at the entrance to my apartment building, refusing to carry it up the stairs even though it was specified when booked that this was a walk-up building. They were laughing as they walked away. I had to drag and tip the thing up myself.

I was warned not to use FedEx, but did not listen. This does not require a star, but it’s the least on the rating

I took a package to be delivered on the Tuesday and tracked the package, and FedEx showed that no one was home

FedEx went back on the Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, and when I tracked the package they mentioned no one was home

The truth is that FedEx could not find the address due to their incompetent drivers that cannot read & write

I picked up the package on the Saturday morning & delivered myself. I spoke to 3 managers to request a credit on my MC, which they flatly denied. These so called managers need to listen to customers & not speak in a condescending manner, which is totally unacceptable

FedEx needs to hire employees that has education. Amazon, UPS, Canada Post has delivered to the address I sent the package

Has any Human Resources Management looks @ FedEx ratings lately?

Fed Ex is the absolute definition of incompetent. Every single time I'm forced to use them I have issues with my deliveries. My latest now is that they are incapable of following simple instructions from the sender to HOLD FOR PICKUP, and insist on sending it out for delivery when no one can receive it. I believe a kindergarten class could run a better business with their crayons. This delivery company accomplishes NOTHING other than frustration and inconvenience. AVOID FED EX IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. Choose are real company like UPS.

I give companies the benefit of the doubt and don't like leaving bad reviews however I'll make an exception due to the horrible experiences I have had with these people. Will never use them again
A donkey and cart would probably be more reliable and professional. Underhanded business practices with regards to duty and taxes well after item is shipped. This needs to be looked into for being predatory and just plain bad business.

Terrible service and horrible customer support. I could not find my package and the tracking showed a door picture with no unit number as proof of delivery. I reported the missing package and got a call from a customer representative who sounded sleepy only to get asked what the colour of my door is. I was struggling to understand the relevance of the question to finding the missing package considering that my building has over 200 apartments with similar doors and pointed this out to the representative. The representative was totally rude and unhelpful. I literally heard the rep hang up on me.

Driver banged on a door so hard he loosened the door. Just kept banging over and over. Who do I contact to come and repair the damage? Can't get through to anyone on the complaint department. By far, it's one of the worst shipping companies. Every delivery, they make the same mistakes. Doesn't matter how many times you tell them the address is correct, they still can't manage to find the address.

They use third parties to deliver. Probably should hire and train staff in-house.

FedEx is absolutely customer service is terrible. The tracking system is not accurate. An envelope was sent over night from Canada to US but it did not reach its destination. The tracking said that the envelope was not deliverable due the the business being closed. The business was actually open and the wrong information was provided. When making a claim for refund. If I had not called FedEx to find out what was going on, the package would still be held at customs and still appearing as "business closed". After 10 calls to rectify the matter. FedEx refused to refund and did not provide any information. FedEx just disregarded the matter and did no follow up and did not provided information that they had closed the claim. Complete lack of responsibility.

Charged me over $200 for a package with Priority Overnight Service. I think you should respect what you promise. Well, Shipped on Wednesday and told me that I will recieve it on Saturday. Do you understand what "overnight" mean? Your customer service line will only tell me to wait, wait, wait! I even tell him that I can go and pick it up from the local terminal even in late night, the agent won't allow me to do that. You don't respect your customer, your promised service and having such a bad customer service line. No explanation at all if delayed the package. If a customer can, she/he should always avoid this company, because it will rue your day! Possibly two days, because "Priority Overnight" does not mean "next day", it means "shipped on Wednesday and I get it on Saturday". My Thursday and Friday will be like no patient and my poor pets will be suffering in a small, oxygen less container for three days. I totally unsatisfired with the service they provided. FedEx should got zero star.

I have been receiving one of their emoloyee’s mail for three years. I’ve “rts” every one, but they do not change the address ever. Ask me if I can talk to a human being to get this fixed? Sure can’t! Customer service gave me the number of headquarters to call, but I’m a teacher, who is always working during their office hours. Not sure why this is my problem to solve, but I’m sick of going out of my way 1-2 times every week to mail this guys stuff back!

Never send a package by Fed Ex unless you don't care whether or not the recipient receives it. Fed Ex remains the only courier company that cannot deliver packages to my home in downtown Toronto. It is not rocket science. It is not brain surgery. And yet Fed Ex is incapable of delivering packages. Purolator can do it. UPS can do it. Even Canada Post can do it. Fed Ex cannot. And to make matters worse they do not appear to care. It is bad enough that I now refuse to do business with any company which uses Fed Ex to deliver their orders. Period.

Look no further, if you want a carrier service that is frustrating, misplacing, confusing, unorganized and unprofessional, come sign up and have your day ruined by FedEx. This service provider is here to offer you lots of hassles while you pay their very expensive fees. After losing my phone last summer by delivering it to a wrong address and wrong recipient (without checking ID on a signature required delivery), FedEx is on it again to mess around for not being able to “locate” my place while the provided address and phone number are both correct. Thanks for the trouble and delay.

Worst company ever! Tracking number indicated that the package was delivered and signed for however, I was home all day and no one delivered the package and it was never signed for. I have video evidence even of the driver pulling up in front of the house and then just driving off without delivering the package. So Fedex essentially stole the package they were paid to deliver. Never use them for any of your shipping needs.

The worst customer service I will never ever again use this service. I used express service to get my package soon. Driver never showed up but claimed as they attempted. Website with tracking number given completely very different answer. When called to call they direct to corporate office. And people at corporate office are very rude they never help any customer. And if asked they are saying if you want you can lodge complaint. I had spoke to an ASSOCIATE NAMED CHRISTINA at corporate office not at all helpful. And they don't care infact they are the one encouraging to complain. It seems they are getting to many complaints or they don't care of the complaints. MAY ONE COMPLAIN WONT EFFECT. Worst experience ever. My official documents got lost now I can’t take admission in college because they delivered my official documents at wrong place. When I talk to their customer service department then they said they will provide my package as soon as possible and one of their team members told me that they will contact my shortly but it’s been 4 days they didn’t call. More they say why are you balm FedEx for there service. Even I paid the express fee for my package. Canada post is much better than FedEx. Disgusting service ever.

If only I can give zero on review for this very poor service; the worst carrier! Poor company and useless customer service!

I paid expedited shipping to get my box on time with their promise delivery date on January 17 until now my package has not been delivered! I had to call every day to check the status of my package and for every time these customer service representatives provides different information & different answers. From January 16 to up to this date they promised to deliver my package by “tomorrow. ” As the last promised today my package arrived! For the last minute of revised delivery date January 27 before 12pm. My package arrived at exactly 11: 59am! Ridiculous service. At last, I have received my package; damage! The packaging/box damaged it seems like they just throw packages and not carefully handled. Expedited Shipping fee plus additional customs duties and tax —totally scam! And not worthy.

We will not use this service anymore! Waste of our money! And our time!

Don’t deserve even 1 star, fedex made a mistake for taxes and duty, and after 45 days of fighting with them, fedex acknowledged their mistake, but can’t and refuse to fix the error as according to fedex their system won’t allow them to revise the invoice and issue the correct amount, fedex is asking me to pay for it and contact boarder agency to recover the difference, and sent my invoice to collection department, unbelievable

For a company as large as FedEx it's surprising that they have gone to such great lengths to make it impossible to contact them directly or even leave on-line reviews.

It speaks volumes of how unimportant consumers or even businesses have become to such large corporations. They do not care and they do not want to hear from you nor I, nor anyone else. Their automated telephone system literally designed to keep you in automated circles, never to a live person regardless of what you ask for.

Why a poor review? If it (I) mattered I would have been able to tell them directly for it to have been addressed, easily. Instead FedEx has chosen to have dissatisfaction the final result.

Some of my legal documents, including passport, birth certificate, bank draft etc.have been lost under FedEx’s possession, while my shipment was on its way to the US. The sad part of this story is there is no one to respond your request, absolutely poor customer service, leading you to give up! When you use FedEx to ship your shipment, from the first moment, this company has no control over your parcel, and the subcontractor does the task, however not as well as you thought it is going to be! DO NOT TRUST IT, that’s it!

I have been waiting for a package that should have been delivered 8+ days ago. They have made "attempts" to deliver but no one has attempted to call me. I added more details to my delivery such as the buzzer code and making sure my address was correct. I live in a building with two buzzer codes as it is commercial on the ground floor and residential on top. I was told my customer service I couldn't give them two buzzer codes just one. Fedex is an incredibly frustrating company / service. They lie all the time and I don't trust they will deliver my packages.

Ordered some children's clothing from Old Navy, they used FedEx to ship the bulk of the order and said it would take upto 9 business days. The package was being shipped from Brampton to North York (Toronto) area.

I checked tracking daily after package was picked up on May 3rd. By May 4th it was on vehicle for delivery, then by end of day the tracking updated and the package was sent back to local facility in Mississauga.

May 5th and the package was on vehicle again out for delivery but again by end of day it was sent back to local facility and there it has remained.

Delivery was not even attempted, I have a doorbell camera and have never seen any FedEx personnel try to deliver, there was no signature required so they could've just left it in the mailbox or at my front door.

I called customer service on May 10th, he told me he would escalate the issue and the package would be delivered the next day.

It is still at the facility.

Very disappointing. You can't even use Covid as an excuse because part of my order was shipped via UPS and it arrived within 2 business days.

I called Old Navy, they replaced the order and I told them specifically not to use FedEx.

Ordering from USA, fedex is the only company to charge me for import fees and duties. Yes I love getting bills in the mail 3 weeks after I receive my package for an amount that almost doubles my initial purchase price. Will not be ordering items that ship via fedex.

Worse experiences with this company. I used to order from a company in the EU all the time and my packages came quickly through the Canada Post Office. Never any problem. Then they made a deal with FedEx. My shipping costs went up and there was no attempt to deliver my packages - I was home waiting when it was supposed to come. Also, even though a company like FedEx should KNOW there is no customs on certain items, they still "checked" and added a special fee to each and every package. Lastly, when I wasn't home one time to pay the "fee" they refused to even deliver and gave me a warehouse address (during COVID) to "pick up" my package. It's over 20 minute drive to my home - and I don't have access to a car right now! Why would I pay a higher shipping cost just to incur FedEx "fees" and pick up my own package? ! So, packages went back (FedEx's idea) to Europe. I had to stop using the company because they made a long term deal with FedEx. Never use this company.

This is the second time I order a computer and haven't received it. You can't reach a human person to talk to so that they can contact the driver and see what's going on. It has been on the truck since yesterday at 9: 29 AM and than again today since 9: 44 am it is now 8: 31 and no package. Their customer service sucks the automated system hangs up on you and never lets you speak to anyone.

The wrong City was listed on my order. It would have been easier to write off the order with a 'Wrong address' and return it to sender, but instead the driver took the extra time to figure out the name of the correct town and get the much needed package to us. Unreliable. Fedex did not deliver my package ordered from samsung. Called fedex 6 times in 24 hours but fedex has no answer. Put status trace but still fedex has no idea where my package is. Unprofessional, unreliable and unethical. I just hope senior management sees this review and the president and CEO takes steps to correct the structure the fedex is operating right now. Fedex was started decades ago to provide faster service. Deliver packages fast. However customer service is bad and provides useless customer service. Its been two days ago that I was supposed to get my package and fedex hasnt delivered my parces as yet. Horrible and pathetic.

Agent from fedex informed package would be delivered over the weekend but never showed up. Its monday 07/12/2020 10: 45 am on hold with fedex for last 40 MIN. Worst delivery service company ever. These is a corporation that completely fails to deliver in its contracts with senders. Consignees have no recourse - they aren't the customer.

It's absolutely shocking that there is a CEO out there who is OK with this level of service. I can't support this kind of business, and I won't order anything from a sender who uses FedEx for international delivery.

Several times had the driver come over, once he never rang, said I wasn't home for pickup, another time i left the note please drop at the door, didn't drop, another time, delivers to my neigbor. Everytime call to complain to customer service which don't care at all and say they have no idea and there is nothing they can do, and they don't get paid enough to deal with this, have to reschedule delivery to pickup location and go pick it up. So i try to reschedule while in transit with the website, error message sorry, not available at this time, just the worst quality service in every aspect, cut corners everywhere, pay your employees as little as possible.

Worst courier service - I already avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately I was on the receiving end and had no choice and once again they dropped the package to the wrong building and left (they confirmed via gps) never a dull moment. Had my package stolen by their workers once, weigh in and out 2 different weights after leaving their own warehouse. They lie about delivery attempts and even when things go wrong they have zero urgency to help. I'll be late on my due date for a job which needed to be complete. Don't risk looking like fool dealing with these guys Avoid avoid avoid.

If there was -100 stars review, than I would take that for this company.
I sent an envelope containing paperwork required for a signature verification for a letter of power of attorney to an address in Washington DC, I didn't have envelope with me, so I ask agent to put everything in a fedex envelope and seal it, meaning everything was checked by agent before shipping.
There was two options: by ground and Express, because of price I decided to ship it using ground.
I was expecting it to be delivered few days later and continued checking tracking number, finally status showed up: unable to deliver, no recipient at address.
I called the recipient, he confirmed that they are there and FedEx is lying and never showed up with my envelope.
I called customer service, either on hold or handed to another person for several days and no results.
Finaly a supervisor told me that this is a commercial consignment! And needs a commercial invoice! I could not convince him that it is an envelope containing paperwork only not a commercial consignment and finally they sent me an invoice to fill in and send back, and I did so but nothing happened.
Kept calling, someone else said because there is prohibited! Items in envelope so it can not be delivered, I asked her did you open the envelope and found prohibited items, she was shocked because was not expecting this and hasty replied.no.no.no we just know.
And put me on hold and call was disconnected.
I called next day, expect what did I heared from next agent.: all this is happening becaus you did not paid triple for Express shipping, if you have used that service than your envelope was delivered on time? ! Next call ended to a supervisor and he confirmed that it is not because of prohibited item it is because prohibited address?

Few days later, I got the envelope that was no longer sealed, they opened my envelope and aslo envelope was ripped in a corner and they tried to fix it with scotch tape.

Very complicated processes; i called FedEx customer service to get info for ground shipment of an office size envelop with a doc to the US. I was told it is possible. I went to the Staples on Winston Churchill / Dundas street and the lady at the counter (who was not ready to help, said only boxes can be shipped via ground and not letter size envelop. Also, i should bring my own box for it. I called back FedEx customer service; they said lady at Staples is not aware; letter size shipment is possible, however envelop size should be at least 10x13 inch; i was surprised why it was not known to Staples and also FedEx customer service never mentioned on first call. Anyway, i requested Staples person to talk to FedEx on my phone. After the call Staples person asked me to buy a 10x13 inch envelop and place my letter size envelop into that. I did that and than again Staples informed there is no option for sending a doc via ground shipment in FedEx system; he showed me drop down menu in FedEx ground shipment system. Called FedEx again and they found someway around to send my letter eventually - although still not calling it a doc. Very bad experience. UPS is pretty simple.

Awful experience with damaged parcel in claims department. Sent in the required photos by fax and email. Not one agent called or replied. Denied the claim. No letter was received when they said a decision was made. A two hundred dollar watch arrived broken. Very hard to get through to the department and there is zero accountability. International shipping provides zero support. Will never use Fed Ex again. Waiting for response.

Terrible to deal with once things do not follow normal stream. GTS Brokerage dept of FED EX not well trained. Received phone call from GTS on arrival of a package and need to have it clear Customs. Requested customs clearance documents so that I could clear myself given were small samples of a product and I regularly go to Canada Border Services customs clearance. Upon arrival at CBS and filling in necessary paperwork officer could not clear customs stating the package was logged in as arrived and then cancelled the same day by FED EX on system used by Canada Border Services customs officers to clear customs. Customs officer informed package could not be picked up until status reinstated. This leads to Issue #1 on poor service: I emailed the GTS Brokerage FED EX employee that had emailed me the customs documents for clearing customs informing on the problem encountered when attempting to clear the package. She responded stating she had no idea why it could not be picked when it was at the FED EX Depot without referring to the main problem of 'cancelled status' put in by FED EX. Yet my email to her on the information provided by the Canada Border Services officer was extremely clear. She either did not read it or is not suited to handle non-standard intricacies of the job. #2 nightmare on reaching anyone via phone: Good luck trying to get through any specific person at FED EX aside from their call centre. It is a nightmare. Tried reaching the GTS Dept twice. First time was on the phone for about 20 minutes trying to give the Call Centre individual ideas on how to find the phone extension for the GTS Brokerage Dept. Second phone call post Customs visit, asked the Call Centre for the specific individual and was put on hold and eventually being cut off by FED EX while holding on the line. All corporations are now hiding behind the automated phone systems and terrible to try to get customized service. Will tell my producers not to deal with courier service linked up to FED EX in Canada. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.

The majority of people live in buildings so you guys have to step up your game so you can accommodate its understandable if someone isn't home or misses their delivery but if I am sitting here amen the phone with customer service asking for an estimated time for delivery and the only answer they have is sometime before 8 PM from 8am to 8pm so what should I be sitting in my lobby for 12 hours or should there be a way for me to get my package through customer service.all i ask is for a 2 hour window to go and receive my package.this is why I dont buy to many things online the delivery set up is always shut unless you get Canada post Express

I wish i could give them a 0 star rating. Freaking unbelievable these guys. I have medical supplies regularily shipped that require a signature becuase it is over $1000 a order. Not once have i gotten a knock at the door for a signature. It has just been left on my porch where it can esaily be stolen. Not to mention that they once lost a complete order! Wrong adress! I have switched to Canada Post wholeheartedly knowing that they read instructions when delivering their packages. Don't do it guys.

Its a corporate Fedex location, but just on the entrance you have a drop off box for your Fedex package and also, you can pick up Fedex package envelopes, big and small - which are free.

Do not believe a word they say. I had a parcel delivered from them back in Sept. There was a discrepancy about the cost of the merchandise so I disputed this, It took 3 months to come to some resolution but we did. Receiving a final amount to which we both agreed upon at the end of Nov I inquired if they could wait until Jan 1st for payment because of an illness in the family and my need to travel to get home. Fedex assured me that they could wait until Jan1st.then they sent the bill to collections.before January. I paid the bill on the 24th of December, before the date we agreed upon but it is still in collections. Careful dealing with these people and do not believe their words.

My packages arrived @ Woodbridge which is the local distribution center and 16 km from my place. But they never arrived at my place.
I listed below the tracking info from the FedEx site. It's in reverse order. When I called FedEx after a week they said it was my fault because I wasn't home. Two of the days I was there and there were no door tags on the other days. I had to call the company who was shipping to me and they express shipped replacement items to my work. THEY called FedEx who said that they HADN'T tried to deliver the packages, and they didn't know what had happened. FedEx told the company that FedEx would look into it and call me with an update. That was Tuesday 4th and still no word. Meanwhile Canada Post [labor dispute and all] just dropped off the replacement items.

Worst experience ever. Ordered baby formula and was charged GST on baby formula that is GST exempt. Not only did I have to harass Fedex to get the $76.75 that I was erroneously charged but I was receiving a lot of attitude from their employees. Their manager, Chinh Tang, would never return my calls, despite the emails and the several messages that I left. It took Fedex over 3 weeks to reimburse me the money they owed me. If it wasn't for one employee, Glen D'Souza, that helped me get the reimbursement, this company doesn't deserve even one star. Will never use fedex again! Accountability and customer service is definitly lacking!

Terrible service, as per tracking code, the package was left under the door of my house on 20 Dec at 2: 54 PM. I left the house for 20 min, during the time of delivery. Upon return there was no package. Too much of coinsidence for the package to be stolen in such short period of time. Either delivered to a wrong house or taken by the driver himself. They started a claim process to reimburse, but how can you reimburse a sentimental value. Terrible experience.

Ordered a package from Amazon with Fed Ex 2 day shipping, I am now at 7 days without the item. It arrived in Calgary 2 days ago which I live 5km outside but is now on its way to Red Deer 150km away to be put on a truck back. Stick to Canada Post.

Worst courier company I have ever dealt with, even after contacting them over missing parts from shipping box damaged by them.they dont get back to you or re emburse you for missing items. Don't use them!

FedEx is literary the worst delivery service you can find!
Not only their delivery is overpriced, since in addition to delivery fee they charge you an extra expensive brokerage fee for international packages, but they also do not even deliver your package.
Couriers just lie about you not beiong at home, while you are actually at home. They also reschedule your delivery time AFTER they missed it. I had to stay at home two mornings in a row, and they still didn't show up - so much for an extra fast delivery.
And my friend had to go pick up the package by himself - they just did not deliver and did not even contact him.

If you need to deliver something, you better use another company. I think anything is better, even the slowest delivery with a regular post is more reliable.

I would like to thank FedEx for bringing my package on time during Christmas madness! The staff and customer service representatives did an incredible job on assisting me with my shipment. Despite the fact it wasn't possible for me to get my package on time for my dinner party- they did their best and delivered it right on time! I had an amazing party and am very thankful for the amazing work they've done!
