Worst customer service, dropped off a blower to get fixed on the 27th of November 2023, I am just getting it back now January 9th 2024. They did not even fix everything I asked for. Just so unfortunate and unprofessional, nice store just need better staff.

This is my second time buying from Federated Tool. Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I called the store inquiring about a shopvac. Mike was extremely helpful on the phone. David the store manager assisted me in the store making the right choice. I highly recommend dealing with this store.

The service is perfect I order the wrong size of my heated jaket and the day after I call them and they immediately change the order and send it to me the same day! I will recommend every body to shop there nice place!

Placed an order online. Very fast shipping, excellent communication from both Federated Tool Supply and UPS.

This place has the small store service that's missing at the big box stores. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The drive is over an hour for us but definitely worth it.

This store is truely a candy store for woodworkers and tool people. Fantastic selection, staff are knowledgeable about what they sell, and the prices are in line or better than any big box store. I purchased my retirement gifts to myself here and had them shipped to Kingsville. The shipping fee for a couple of skids of material was under $200.00. My equipment arrived on time, within a week, as promised. Going forward, I'll have to give my Mastercard to my wife on entering to keep me under control.

Brought in my chainsaw thinking it was broken. Turns out it was just flooded. The gentleman who called me said he worked on it for a few hours and let it sit overnight before he was able to start it in the morning. They didn't charge me since there wasn't anything wrong. Thank you so much. That's a 5 star classic.

Ordered tools on a Saturday, they shipped them on Monday, and I received them on Wednesday. I called them on Monday morning to have my two orders shipped at the same time and they had no problem doing so. The package was close to 20 pounds and the shipping was free. No complaints about the service that was provided. Thanks.

We’ve ordered a few machines from them now. Always quick at replying to any questions we have and keeping us in the loop. Good prices, delivery has always been prompt. Definitely recommend.

Staff are knowledgeable, but the store itself is a disappointing. I was in yesterday, shelves are a mess, a lot of empty space in certain product areas i.e. Bessy Clamp wall. They appear to have outgrown their footprint and need to move to a bigger space, allowing them to demo more floor models of machines would be nice.

Make sure you call them and ask for availability of an item because the website wouldn't tell you that and you have to wait weeks for them to bring the item

Beat place for Milwaukee selection and tools other then some home depot's. They always seem to have what I need!

Company will only ship to the billing address of the card you use which is a pain. I bought a router lift and they sent it to the billing address. After driving 2 hours to pick it up realized it was the wrong one. Got in touch with them and they sent me a shipping label for the return and arranged for ups to pick up the at my house (not the billing address). After receiving the return they shipped out the new lift to the billing address once again after they agreed to send it to my house this time. I haven't received the new lift yet so I'm hoping they sent the right one. Needless to say I won't be buying from them again

Ordered a tool quite a long time ago. To be exact March. Never got the tool. Had to cancel order.

If the tool is on backorder.don't make it available and say in-stock on the website. It's a straight lie to the customer.

Very disappointed with my experience with them. Will never purchase or order from them again.
