I have visited just print after hours.i was just late by 5 minute. Affan was so helpful and polite that he opened door for us and delivered our package after hours. It was very important delivery for us and we were following up with Fed ex from last 3 days

Terrible experience! Avoid this store! I went there to ship a package to return a box the guy told me I need to pay 4$, I said I have a label from the store for free returning, he said ou then I need to go to the main store, then he said ou but when you drive there gonna cost you more than 4$, I knew he was lying because it’s not my first time doing that, made a serious complaint to do the Fedex. Please be careful to not get charged for nothing!

This is thee worst experience I’ve encountered as it relates to customer service in Canada, horrible customer service, no follow through and rude condescending staff.
I do not recommend!

I live in a condo.every single time i have a package that’s delivered by fedex i provide my buzzer number.my packages are always delayed for days because they refuse to even buzz or call so i can get my package.it is extremely frustrating to deal with every single time.i wish i had an option to never receive a package through them.

Let me start off by saying that their actual customer service is amazing, but to get to a representative is absolutely terrible. Their Phone system makes it impossible to get through to an actual person, it took me 8 tries before I finally could and I had to fight with the automated phone system in order to achieve that. All the money this company makes you think they would make their system more user friendly, even their virtual assistant is useless.

Best place for all your shipping printings and packaging need.the team is very knowledgeable and helpful in their services. I highly recommend for you to visit and experience it yourself

Please make a point of coming here for FedEx shipping. I had the most wonderful experience with Joseph and Edna. I had 2 pictures that I had to ship to Manitoba. One oversized; the other an odd shape. I had tried another FedEx location and they had no boxes and offered no solution. Not the case here! Within moments, Joseph and Edna had measured the pictures; sourced a box and packing materials; and got the paperwork done. It was such a load off my mind to know that my shipment was in such excellent hands. Highly, highly recommend this location. Thanks Joseph and Edna!

Finding this FedEx location & the owner Joseph was a blessing! I found myself in a very stressful situation in the midst of applying to school when one of my referees did not mail their letter in time. After sifting through many scary reviews for other shipping centres online I found Joseph’s with great feedback. He helped turn a very stressful situation around in minutes promising to have the letter delivered in less than 48 hours. Not only did I receive an email upon its delivery but, he also gave me a call to notify me as well. I highly recommend Just Print Canada & their amazing customer service to anyone. Thank you Joseph!

Exceptional customer service. Fast, reliable, and no charging for little things like the clear plastic shipping label packages, or for printing your shipping label, like some other locations do.

I have, and will again drive past a closer location to go to this store when using fedex or printing services.

I was late to pick up my parcel today because the place closes at 4: 00pm. Thus, I called to the owner to wait for me 10 more minutes. The owner is very experienced and nice. Thank you for providing me with a great service and staying back late.

I got my package shipped to Ottawa with a the best service. The owner is so friendly and helpful. He has a great passion on what he is doing and delivering. I will recommend this FedEx location for sure. I would like to write this comment more than a months ago, but I remembered just now, and I decide it will never to be late to let people know about this nice place.

The owners of Just Print Canada (FedEx access point) are phenomenal. They go above and beyond their requirements and provide excellent customer service. Every time I have had to pick up a package, I request that it be delivered here as I know it’s in great hands until I get there. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for print and copy services along with if you need to ship a package or pick one up.

Inside the just print is th FedEx ship centre. Really helpful staff. Close to bayview subway station. Has free parking. Great experience.

I'm a business myself, so I really need good shipping. Joseph the owner is extremely experienced, as he worked for 15 years at FedEx. His team is also very knowledgeable. He really listened to my questions, and went above and beyond to help me figure out the best shipping options for my situation. He's genuinely caring, so friendly and nice!
