FedEx lost my son’s package and now does not want to pay for what the package is insured for. The package consisted of a computer that was built from scratch and some parts were purchased second hand by cash 5 years ago. FedEx demanded to have receipts and did not acknowledge the purchases made by cash. They offered to return the shipping payment but refuse to honour the insurance bought. My advice if you have to sent anything that is used or important to you but you don’t have receipts (because you no longer have the receipts), DO NOT use FedEx because they will not take responsibility.

The shop owner is very friendly and helpful. Even though I was only dropping off a return package, he treated me as if I was a customer of his shop.

The owner is super kind and friendly. He also has an impressive collection of comic books. He welcomes guests with such a positive attitude, while offering highly detailed and transparent postage services. Highly recommend this location!
