Good experience. Quick service for passport photos. The owner of the shop was very nice

Poor service. Staff was very unhelpful. Did not provided me any information. Said unless I bring my parcel only then info. Will be given. I was told I am wasting their time when there was no other customer in store. Looks like staff was unhappy that day although that was start of the day. God bless him and wish he welcomes customers with a big smile. That is his duty.

I had to ship 8 different packages to the US. The owner was patient and very helpful. Due to the nature of what I was sending it took a while but the owner ensured I was served while also tending to the needs of others as they came in for other things.

I was hesitant to come based on some of the last reviews but I'm so incredibly thankful that I came here instead of waiting for Staples to open.

I highly recommend coming here for whatever you need and I'll certainly be back to continue using them for shipping.

First I'm going to address the fact that some comments say that a UPS store has been put in this stores place is incorrect. The FedEx is still in this Plaza just in a different side. The employee inside charged me almost $4 for making 4 copies from my email for a simple return order (I was out of ink at home). Would not recommend this location.

Do not use this garbage service. Their customer service is horrible and their managers especially Tina is a B!
