1. Don't use FedEx choose another courier service.

I've always had problems with FedEx, but this was the last straw. I went to go pick up my sister's package because my sister is unable to go because she was busy, and they wouldn't let me pick it up because it was not "my" package. I showed a valid photo ID and address. Never using FedEx again. And the person I interacted with at this location was very rude and disrespectful.

Very expensive compared to other carriers.
A paper delivery would have costed me 50$, then I took it to Canada post just to cost me 1$.

Extremely rude, defensive, disrespectful, and overpriced. Charged $8 to print a shipping label. Also did not want to provide a receipt with no explanation. Go literally anywhere else if you can.

Man who works at counter will straight up throw your package a metre and a half into the ground. No receipts can be printed at this drop off centre even if you ask for one.

I am highly disappointed with FedEx service and this is the second time the same thing happens. There is no service at all as all have there different answers and policies about it. I wasted my 5 days to call for changing the delivery address after they making sure they still delivered to the old address and now they are telling me that they need senders confirmation. Although Manager gives me the solution, let's see how it goes as the FedEx System is not organized and connected. Poor Communication through departments and no one care about customer satisfaction. Please make sure that spokespeople give the correct information to the customers so they know the proper procedure to change the address as it is not rocket science.

I had a terrible experience. After shipping the package and paid on the spot, I got another invoice from fedex through mail asking me to pay exactly the same amount after one month.

The issue was eventually resolved by calling Fedex, who called the store. So I updated it to 3 stars.

The man serving here has very poor customer service. My company requested their fragile valuable items be packaged in a specific manner which was being charged to their account. The man serving here insisted it should be done according to the general needs of his customers who prioritize cost. The only reason I went to this establishment was because they are supposed to be an authorized fedex location. However they seem to be very poorly stocked with fedex products and lack professionalism. I regret not sending my package through Canada post who are always more professional in their process.
