The lineups and wait times at this location are terrible. No urgency or sense of customer service.

Waste of time and ridiculous. Went to them twice and they cannot process sending a small package out of Canada.

Customer service at the FedEx/UPS counter is ridiculously slow! I arrived as 3rd person in line and after 15 minutes I was still the 3rd person in line. Is there a way to prevent FedEx from dropping my package off after only one attempt for home delivery?

Worst service ever, every costumer service employer is telling me a different story or excuse, and Its been 3 days of delayed delivery this is the last time using FedEx in my life

This time, I actually dealt with Kay-Lyn who knew what she was doing. Finally out of 4 packages entrusted to FedEx Staple depot, one got there on time. Huge shout out to Kay-Lyn at the FedEx depot at Staples Dorval and North Service Road location! You are a super star! Thank you for knowing how to work the FedEx side of the business!

I came to send documents and received the worst possible service.
The person who attended me first asked me to wait in line, when I was the only one! Despite everything being typed, she then had everything wrong from my name (she invented one) to the destination address (wrong zip code, missing info). When I asked for corrections it became worse and she started to argue. That was surreal! I just want to send something express, pay for it and leave. Why is it so difficult?

Very helpful, great service, if you're sending FedEx then use this office and save yourself any hassles
