Terrible customer service. Was standing at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to mail one letter and had the guy ignoring me the entire time. When I finally flagged him down to ask if I can just mail this package I have been waiting for so long, he told me he had stuff to do and kept meandering around. Another 15 minutes later I’m still standing around while (apparently) the only person who could help me was busy doing … what, exactly? I’m not sure. Almost an hour later I finally mailed my letter.

I was more than patient and polite even with the exorbitantly long wait. This shop centre is absolutely terrible. You can just walk your package to where it needs to be if my wait time is any indication.

The worst center ever, worst customer service. Always acting as if they have a lot to do. Very poor client oriented service. Please Fedex find someone else in Woodbridge to represent you.

I ordered a chair and the seller used Fed-Ex. The FedEx driver claimed that my address didn't exist and then my package was 'lost'. The tracing agent emailed the manager at the Woodbridge location and the manager ignored the request.
Now, the seller has agreed to ship another office chair for me. FedEx tracking revealed that it was on the truck for delivery on Saturday and it is now Monday. I think they 'lost' my chair again. Absolutely no accountability from this location. My package from other distribution centers always arrived at my door.

Poor service. Not delivering the shipment properly, no call back for complaint ticket.

Missed a delivery from FedEx during the day on Thursday around 11am since I was at work (my concierge doesn't hold large packages so turned them away). Called FedEx to reschedule my delivery after 6: 30pm the next day on Fri. The customer representative assured me that she sent a note to the driver and that would be fine. Get a call at 7: 30AM in the morning on Fri from the driver waking me up.asking if I could get the package on Saturday instead. Said thats fine since I would be at home all day Sat, asked around what time and he said 10: 30am. Sat rolls around. 10am. Nothing. 2PM rolls AROUND, still nothing. I decided to recall that number that called me on Friday morning (drivers personal number?) He picks up and I ask him if my package is being delivered today. He says he has no clue because he isn't working today. I ask then how could he promise that my package would be delivered on Sat the last time I talked to him. Seems like he just wanted to get out of the delivery on Friday (since the item was furniture and quite large), and tell me it would come on Sat since he wasn't working that day and it wouldnt be his problem! When I checked the fedex tracking online it said my package was scheduled again for Monday. Not sat. Not sun. So that driver flat out lied to me, just to get out of doing the delivery. Now I would have the same problem on Monday since again I would be at work. So I ended up driving 30 min to the depot and picking up the package myself.

DUMBEST PEOPLE WORK AT FEDEX. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE FINED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD.
