I passed the FedEx driver during my morning coffee run, he was just down the street and package was scheduled for deliver that same day. Whole day went by and they simply rolled over the delivery date to tomorrow without explanation, doorbell cam didn't catch anyone approaching the house. Will report to BBB for false advertising if it doesn't arrive tomorrow (might do it regardless)

Have had endless problems with FedEx as a whole, and this location in particular. From not being able to get past the completely unhelpful automated phone voice, to an employee asking me to text my change of address request to their personal cell phone number, to them stating they attempted delivery when we were home all day and never heard the doorbell, and finally the cherry on top yesterday.with my parcel being delivered to the wrong house - I called Fed Ex to report this and they said the driver would turn around and retrieve it and bring to me, but they never did.so I figured out where it was and walked down the street to get it myself - FedEx never followed up to make sure I received it.

Also, a couple different employees asked what my shipment contains.like I told you which store it's from, but you still need to know what my package specifically contains? So sketchy.

I have one more shipment on the way and am just waiting to see what goes wrong next, it's always something with them.

Package came from the Midwest through customs to 2 hours away within days. Then it sat in a warehouse for 5 days.

Two hours away. Five days.

I called and it suddenly appeared the next morning.

Maybe if your drivers were not so lazy, and they didn't lie about attempting to deliver you wouldn't bring shame to the FedEx name. I would personally never choose FedEx as a parcel delivery because of the bed experience I had with THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.

I went there to pickup my load which was scheduled for 11pm but they gave my load to someone else and when my dispatch called them, they were like the other person got here first, doesn’t matter bruh; the scheduled person should receive his load, zero management. Now i have to wait for 1 day to get my load wtf… seriously… worst experience…. Zero management…. You are not our dispatch so don’t make decision on your own behalf….

Worse experience ever, stood outside for 50 minutes with no help and all employees passing by with no assistance, the number on the door doesnt work. Some of the phone numbers on their paper are incorrectly spelled. Horrible experience

Would give 0 stars if I could. Something about this location.twice now my package has failed to be delivered. I had to go pick it up the last time costing me more money cause I needed a cab to bring the package home.this time am canceling the order, hopefully Walmarts allow me.

Pls DO BETTER, we pay and we deserve it!

Five consecutive days of "delivery will arrive by EOD. " Package only made it onto a vehicle for three of those days, and was returned to the distribution facility every single time. I'm convinced this place is a new layer of hell, only existing to provoke rage in any human unfortunate enough to use their services.

Eat glass, FedEx.

I ordered a chair and the seller used Fed-Ex. The FedEx driver claimed that my address didn't exist and then my package was 'lost' even though I see FedEx driving by almost everyday. The tracing agent emailed the manager at the Woodbridge location and the manager ignored the request, multiple times as I contacted them everyday for updates.

Now, the seller has agreed to ship another office chair for me. FedEx tracking revealed that it was on the truck for delivery on Saturday and it is now Monday. I think they 'lost' my chair again. Absolutely no accountability from this location. My package from other distribution centers always arrived at my door.

So they deliver a package today. Just dumped on the driveway in clear view of anyone wanting to steal it. I am guessing Driver was just to lazy to walk up the stapes and actually leave it at the Front Door which is one level up. Only my Garage is at Street level. Lucky I saw it Have the Driver on Camera as well. Absolutely disgusted that they did this and to be honest this is not the first. Someone in Management needs to sort this out. No excuse for laziness

Worst customer service and worst service as well
It has taken you guys 8 days to bring my package from Woodbridge Ontario to Toronto Ontario which is 30 mins away. As small business owner you guys had literally cost me money and customers and on top your customer representative keep hanging up on me and lying saying “it will be there tomorrow”
Absolutely worst service I have ever had in my whole life
Canada post probably would of been faster than this

I really hate it when companies use FedEx i try to avoid it whenever I can. Only had bad experience with this shipping company. Had a package I ordered 2 months ago from Wayfair. The first time it was lost for some reason. So they had to ship me another one. 2 weeks into the new shipment tracking app says the package will be delivered on Dec 5th. A day later it says Dec 7th. Dec 7th came i didnt see any package, just thought it will be the next day checked the app and yes it says will arrive next day Dec. 8th. The next day I checked the app and it says the package was delivered, of course I didn't receive anything. Checked the app it says Dec 7th at 3: 53pm Woodbridge ON, "Weather delay". Than on top it says on the same day and same time 3: 53pm Delivered to Toronto ON, Left at the front door! How can this be. I don't understand. I've called and asked if they know who was making the Delivery. The FedEx rep says they have no way of knowing. Shouldn't a company like this have some kind of tracking system of who was making certain Deliveries? So they can make investigations and tracking more easier? Right now its been 2 weeks and still no update of where my package is. Worst shipping company ever. I'm thinking the package could have just been stolen from one of the employees. Who knows?

The last time I will ever deal with FedEx or any business who uses them to deliver their product. We ordered a mattress from Douglas Bed with a guarantee of 1-5 business days shipment.

FedEx was incompetent in the following ways:
1. Took them 9 days to deliver what the company guaranteed would be 1-5 days. The product was only being shipped a short distance from Woodbridge to Toronto, ON.
2. Delivery was rescheduled 3 times, under driver's false claims that no one was home (we were home all day, all three days, with cellphones on, and sitting in the front window for 4 hours each time!)
3. The delivery driver was completely unaware of both our bright pink sign on the front door, and the special delivery instructions on the receipt, to "ring the door bell beside the bright red door". This is how we know the driver was lying and never showed up for three days. We kept getting texts informing us that a delivery attempt failed and would be rescheduled for the next day.and the next day.and the next day!
3. On the third delivery attempt, after flagging down another FedEx driver in the middle of our street, we got him to track the driver responsible for our package. He found the driver, and put him on the cellphone with us. The driver on the phone promised to deliver within 1/2 hour. 2 hours later, he finally showed up out of uniform, in a rented van with no FedEx logo, and wearing no mask. He offered no apology, full of lame excuses about wasting 3 days of our time and wages, and insulting us with more outright lies and unprofessional defensiveness. The last straw was when he did not even offer to bring the package indoors on the trolley (50lbs), but dumped it on the sidewalk for us to carry. When we attempted to take a cellphone photo of his license plate and van, he got visibly angry and started shouting at us, "You are not legally allowed to photograph me! " (over and over).
4. Because of so much distribution center loading and unloading of our package, the box was destroyed, re-taped several times, and the product inside was damaged. We tried to make an online claim, however, FedEx has made themselves immune to any liability by claiming Covid-19 suspension of any guarantees.

We were left helpless and infuriated. Never again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the third time a package of mine has shipped from this location. Each time I receive a message of "delivery exception: customer not avaliable. " I work from home and am here 24/7. I received no phone call, nor a knock on my door. This FedEx location is the only place that has had any issue delivery a package. I'm forced to drive 40 minutes out of my way to pick it up at the distribution centre each time due to their laziness and incompetency. Their service is laughable and completely unacceptable.

The worst service ever! I was waiting for the package for so many days and the driver would lie Customer not available and I would call them that I don't go anyyyyywhere I am at home and waiting for the package.finally on the 4th day the driver called me that I am my way.it only happens when FedEx does the delivery.

They don’t even attempt to deliver. They just claim “customer not available” even though I have been home and waiting for both days they have apparently shown up. Fed Ex is the worst delivery service I have had experience with so far.

I don't know what is considered a reasonable time for ground shipment from California, but I was very disappointed. It took over three weeks! The arrival date was changed 4 times! People can't sit around waiting for a package. After this experience, I will NEVER us FedEX.

I called the number at the door in order to pick up my package. I was told to wait for 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes of wait I was told that they are still looking for my package. They could've easily call me back at least to inform about the situation. After 40 minutes outside I finally got my package.

It is almost 10 Days, i have not received my shipment, every day updated will be delivered by the end of day but not. So terrible.
Appears that I am not the only one facing issues with FedEx delivery Services, specifically routed through Woodbridge, ON center. First off the delivery van personnel is blatantly lying for having attempted the 2nd & 3rd time. I am waiting at home waiting for a FedEx van to come by whole of the morning and based on their sites update from the previous day, just casually checked their tracking at 12 noon and was utterly surprised to see the site being updated, saying attempted 3rd time but customer not available. Plane lie! Called customer service, they advised it will be delivered by end of day, the latest tomorrow. End of day is now passed and tomorrow (ie, yesterday) as well passed. Had called the customer service and raised a complaint, which of course they are investigating. Of course I did receive a call from woodbridge center, lady says it is loaded onto the van and will be delivered today. DON'T TRUST and DON'T USE FedEx ground service.

Service is terrible, they left wrong door tag for final attemp. When I tried to pick it up, they said it was on delivery truck, I kept asking them why it had been more than a week, they never show up at my door and now they said it was on the truck, they said we will get back to me in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, they called me, they said my packages which was still in the warehouse. Wow. I do not know what to say, never use fedex again with my bussiness. Thank you

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They refuse to bring my items from the distribution center to downtown Toronto and are forcing me to come get them myself. I paid for the delivery to my apartment and don’t have a car, so how they expect me to do this, I don’t know. They flat out lie on the tracking saying that “recipient cannot be located”. They post this every day at 6am, so it’s clear that no attempt has been made for delivery at all. The customer service is equally incompetent and unhelpful. I have been calling everyday for the past week, and the people ranged from nice yet unhelpful to flat out rude. I really wish Wayfair Canada would stop contracting with FedEx, as I can’t get my furniture delivered in the time frame they promise only because of the incompetence of this FedEx distribution center.

Once your package ends up at this location, it's all over. They take an eternity to ship things out and customer service is not honest about the whereabouts of the packages. The tracker shows that my package has been sitting there for 3 days now, going on 4. I'm always so disappointed when I see that things I've ordered end up at the Woodbridge location. Step it up!

Parcel with used iPhones was stolen by 3rd party contractor which Woodbridge Fedex started to use in April this year.
3rd party contractor company is a bogus "Many Ocean" which most likely does not perform background check of its employees in comparison to FedEx.

Delivery guy who stole parcel looked like fresh immigrant of age 24-27 from Middle East.
Easy cash and parcel worth more then his monthly salary could not stop him from committing a felony.
With delivery on June 7, around 11: 15am this delivery guy delivered 3 parcels and none of them was mine. This delivery guy was in possession of stolen parcel when he went for delivery.
Security footage showed that stolen parcel never entered premises where is should have been delivered.

ALL PEOPLE BE AWARE IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST OR STOLEN AFTER IT WAS GIVEN TO A 3RD PARTY CONTRACTOR "MANY OCEAN" YOU SHOULD KNOW FOR A FACT THEY STEAL IT.

If I could give them a zero waiting I would. My package has been at the Woodbridge facility for over a week now. I was supposed to receive my package over a week ago and every day since then, I get an email telling me itll be delivered the next day. And it never is. I've tried calling CS only to be waiting on hold for over an hour at a time. I had finally spoken with someone only to have them tell me that an investigation would be open and someone would call before 5.30 pm the next day. CS reps should be able to help you on the spot, not have you waiting for a phone call the next business day. Someone had ended up calling me back to say that it was scanned on so and so day and showed an Express delivery. I still haven't received the package and it's been three days since the phone call. I ended up calling CS and the automated message told me that they tried to deliver the package but the bar code label was unreadable and they had to create a new one. I'm sorry but FedEx is provided a service for fast delivery, I mean customers pay enough money to have packages be delivered by FedEx. This should not be happening. My package should not be sitting at the Woodbridge location right now. I also live in Scarborough, so please tell me how it's taken this long? I will never ever ever use FedEx again. I still haven't received my package by the way.
