Woman working the desk was rude and accusatory over something that had nothing to do with her while she was dealing with a different customer, if employees have no idea what’s going on and want to provide wrong information in a rude tone they should focus on their own customers

Terrible experience, called the 800 number got a virtual assistant, I hate virtual assistants, took 5 minutes to get to a real person who was no better help, told me to go to the website to try.

We pay in person, get a receipt, but FedEx keeps sending us invoices. Customer service said not to worry, this is just a receipt.then we get a notice that they're going to send us to collections. What is wrong with FedEx!? Also, delivery agents are not knocking on our door they're just leaving notices that they tried to deliver something.

Calling in with package concerns were met with some less than respectful customer service reps. They were garbage and hopefully they find something in their life they can be passionate and convicted about. Don’t waste time doing something that makes you this unhappy.
4 star because the individuals at the store front saved the day and made for a delightful experience and were relatively quickly able to find the package and save the day.

I ordered something from the USA, they shipped it from India and fed ex charged me $15 and sent it to a collections agency while after they delivered it, worst courier service every, wish they would have used a good company like purolator.

Had a notification that my package was out for delivery early in the morning, then by early afternoon it was changed to be delivered the next day, while still being on the truck for delivery. Incredibly inconvenient as I was actually home that day from work to receive my package. It does not make any sense to me why it was delayed. Also good luck ever calling them if you have any issues. It's an entirely automated virtual assistant that is completely and utterly useless

Driver refused to bring my small parcel to my apt door and said I had to be there to sign when there were no signature requirements. Left a slip and parcel still says in transit 3 days later. Can't call facility to see if it can be picked up because no local number exists and the international FedEx number can't get in contact with the drop off location. Horrible system and service.

They never call you when they reach your home if you dont have a buzzer or if you leave in a building with no buzzer! Its so annoying that they cant take the time to call! I had to drive back to the nearest fedex centr. Canada post is way better tbh!

Not sure if other Fedex service centers are different, but I have terrible experience with this one. The parcels are often delayed, 3 days delivery service becomes 4 days most of the time. On top of that they deliver after 4: 30 PM at my address, so when this happens on Friday, after the usual 1 day Fedex delay I am not able to complete my projects during the weekend. When I call to ask if I can pick the parcel from the station, that is 10 minutes away from my address (when tracking number indicates that it is at the station), instead of losing another day, waiting for the delivery, the answer from the support (located in foreign country) is "no". It would make sense also if I have the option to contact directly the service center at the address, instead of going through the support, located somewhere in Central America (very nice people, they do what they can, but it is not much). In general I try to avoid Fedex as much as I can, but some US companies prefer to ship it that way (I am guessing it might be that Fedex services in US are better than in Canada). Wish I would be able to say something positive, but after having delays and other problems in 4 out of 7 deliveries in the past few months you can understand my frustration.

I was treated very kindly and all the process went smoothly. I sent some documents to Mexico to come back with a stamp, hopefully everything will come out as expected. Fingers crossed

45 minutes on the phone. Call was dropped 3x. Apparently the tracking number means nothing! You provide all the shipping information again to someone who does NOT speak English.

Consistent dissapointment at this location. Poor to no communication between location and drivers (came to prepay customs and duties just to have the driver give me a hassle that it hadn't been paid even though instructed to leave at door) to avoid this confusion I decided to call ahead and paid the customs and ask for the next package to be held at the location. Package arrives 1.24pm Friday, I go in at 4pm, they tell me they haven't been able to sort the packages and to come try back on Monday.avoiding FedEx as much as possible going forward. Sad to see this praise of customer service on the reviews for simply doing their job and getting few people's package on time.

Worst customer service ever! I have called twice. First call was 13 minutes long. Rep couldn't understand English. Asked for a manager. Rep hung up on me. Second call lasted 30 minutes, asked rep for manager, it took 21 minutes to get a manager. Still no resolution.

Your company tried to deliver a package to me while I was at work. I have repeatedly asked for it to be delivered either before or after my shift.
I don't drive I take buses. I'm a disabled person but I work part-time.
Every person I have spoken to does nothing to help me get my package delivered properly.
I'm ready to call your head office and better business bureau

Recieved notification that delivery would be made by 8pm yesterday Aug 20,2020. Then was told shipment was held pending payment but no attempt was made to deliver and collect payment (no notification left either) called and was told all there systems were down so they couldn't deliver (hard to believe) call back and check tomorrow. Called this morning and was on hold for 20 min being
bounced around to different people trying to give us answers. Only to be told to go pick it up at local FedEx store. Why do they charge such crazy prices to deliver something that they don't even attempt to deliver. B. S all around.

Had a shipment from usa that said package on the way until the day of arriving, they say i owe money on duty fees, avoid FedEx as well as Purlator

If you are ordering something to Canada from the States, do not pay extra for express delivery. The package will arrive in Canada fast, but chances are the package will be delayed in customs and will not arrive on time.

If the scheduled delivery date passes while stuck in customs, you will not be able to see a new scheduled delivery date. They do not offer refunds now because of Covid-19.

If you have to call or they call you asking for duty payments, CONFIRM with them that the package is properly labeled that duties were paid. Expect to wait on hold for 10-20 minutes to either, have your call dropped, or finally speak to a customer service agent.

Going forward, I will avoid using Fedex.

I've been using this FedEx centre, mostly to send work product to a publisher in another city in Ontario, for many years, and on all but two occasions I've been happy with the service. Today I was the second customer in (with a two customer limit), and waited. A second staffer appeared, and offered to serve me. She set about entering the details of my package into the database, asking me questions, and the other customer was replaced by a new one. This new customer said he was there to collect a package. Had he brought the necessary information? No, he left it at home. But he had received a phone call, and spoken to 'Lisa. ' 'That's me! ' said my staffer with a grin. And that was the end of her giving her undivided attention to me and my transaction. Moments later she actually gave up taking care of me altogether, and went down the hall to get something the other customer needed. Not wishing my head to explode, I leaned forward, pointed my face at the hallway, and turned up the volume: 'I think I'd prefer it if you would finish serving me before going on to the next customer, please. ' A minute or so later Lisa returned with what the other customer needed and gave it to him. No apology; nothing. She finished my transaction. 'Debit or credit? ' 'Debit. ' 'There you go, ' she said, handing me my invoice and receipt. I thanked her politely and left. I said there were two occasions. A couple of years ago a male staffer stopped serving me to go and pick up a phone that was ringing in another room, leaving me standing there waiting until he'd finished. What does FedEx teach its counter staff about customer service? Do the basics even exist? Because I get the impression that all the good ones I've encountered here over the years were simply displaying what they picked up (as one hopes everyone does) from their mummies and daddies, and not anything the company taught them in some weekend seminar. Perhaps the firm thinks it should be so innate that they don't need to teach it. If so, I'm here to tell them they're wrong.

Update. I'm pleased to say that FedEx Customer Service online replied to my complaint quickly and gave me to understand that they were taking it seriously. I believe them and, as I said, the aggravating experience was the exception, and have otherwise had only good ones here. For that reason I'm adding a couple of stars.

The two ladies at the front desk were very helpful. I missed a delivery and needed the package quickly. They let me wait a few minutes past closing inside for the driver to return, and got my package for me! Great customer service.

I took a day off at home just to wait for my important package shipping to my new apartment and I checked tracking number every hour to see if it was updated because the said it will delivery sometime by 8PM. At 3pm, they updated that the shipment is pending with note" Customer not available or business closed". What? I waited whole day and you told me that customer not available. Nobody called me, and even my package required direct signature. I called hotline number and a lady told me that she will contact driver and make another attempt by 8pm.and still nothing happened. Kinda disappointed

Nice center, good safety measures and providing hand sanitizers. Only two customers allowed at a time. Staff is helpful.

Not sure the lady's name who helped me today but she was awesome and very helpful. Dark hair and pulled back in a bun. She printed me a quote for a guitar I was sending. She was very personable and patient. Even suggesting where to go to get a box. Awesome service!

Front counter staff are fantastic. Drivers normally have been good to me but today I received a call stating my package had been delivered but front desk said no one by that name worked there. I verified they had the correct address which they did and I called my office. My admin asst told me UPS and Purolator had been but not fedex. We paid ALOT for next day service and now they are saying Monday when they lied and never attempted delivery in the first place

The good: I went to pickup a package and I was in and out in probably 1 minute. It was so fast. The bad: they only tried to deliver the package once, so since I missed it I had to go pick it up. I don't know why don't you try at least 2 times? Ideally 3 times would be the best. But one? Come on.

I used this Fed Ex for an envelope to be sent from St Catharines to Milton. I was told it would be delivered in 1 business day. Well, today was day 13! And still has not been delivered! I went back in today and asked why? They had no apology, nothing. Wrote down a # for me to call and sent me on my way. 1st and last time I use Fed Ex
