Such a wonderful experience at this location. I had to ship back two packages internationally to return a printer and I was super confused since the return label had like 14 pages. Commercial invoices, RMA slips, etc. - I gave all of it to the african-canadian lady at the front desk and she sorted everything out for me.

If I did the same thing at Canada Post - they would've got confused, irritated and told me to gtfo. Fedex and UPS are now my top choice for parcels!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wasn't at home to accept the package so a notice was left telling me where to pick it up. I arrive at the shipping centre only to be told that they need to find my package because they were going to attempt another delivery. Why leave a damn notice telling me to go pick it up then? !? Also got told I had to call to make alternate arrangements for the package if I wanted to pick it up. Your stupid notice told me to come pick it up and said nothing about making alternate arrangements! FedEx is the worst delivery company!

Quick and fast service. Come early morning and the staff should service you right away. In addition, one of the staff was the sweetest and she was like an angel she works the opening shifts.

As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by FedEx couriers. The unprofessionalism displayed by their staff is simply unacceptable. From the start, they made fake promises, luring me in with claims of efficient and reliable deliveries. However, this turned out to be nothing more than empty words.

Not only did FedEx fail to deliver on time, but they also demonstrated a careless attitude towards their responsibilities. My packages were handled haphazardly, leading to damaged items and a complete disregard for the importance of careful handling. It is disheartening to see such negligence from a renowned courier service.

The repeated instances of late deliveries have caused immense inconvenience. I relied on FedEx to meet their delivery commitments, but time and time again, they have failed to do so. This lack of punctuality reflects a severe lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.

This company is a complete joke! They make rules and then break them so even if you do everything you are asked they do not deliver your package as PAID for. Why ask for a signature to be left and affixed to the door if you still want someone home? Isnt that the point? Not to mention there is no option to sign online as before not can you pick your preferred pick up location. And customer service is a complete joke.

Their courier doesnt even try to deliver the shipment. They simply leave a note at your door and have you pick up your item at this location. Have had tons of packages sent through fedex, nothing is getting delivered.

I don’t know her name but the black woman with the headband was super rude. Would not release my package despite providing proof that it was mine. I had it shipped to a different address that was on my license so I showed my lease form and she gave me a hard time because my lease form had no unit number. She talked down to me and told me that I “shouldn’t have signed a lease if there was no unit number”. I was able to get my partner to pick up from here before using the same proof of address, I told her that and she accused me of lying. Even worse is the FedEx number is all automated so I can’t even complain to them either.

Got a return label from uniqlo. In the instruction from the FedEx said you can use the QR code from the email and the ship center can print out the lable. However the lady said they don't have the service. Prin out you lable.

“MARKHAM” is definitely worst branch of FEDEX. Workers who work front side (custmr servic) are rude&reckless. Also their manager was (that time shift manager lady) really unsympathetic and careless.

They were saying me lie that order was shipped you were not there and so on and when i came here to pickup just straight from ajax, they misplaced it. I paid for door-to-door delivery. They did not even attempt to deliver the package to my address, but asked me to go across town to pick up my package at their facility. This company does not seem to take their business very seriously.

This location is SUPER SLOW and very unfriendly staff (been coming here for over 4 years now). This time they also kept calling me to come pick up a package but when I reviewed the tracking number online it said there was a delay? So thats weird. Anyways overall FedEx should just not exist. They DONT EVENT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE PACKAGES AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TRAINED. The amount of times I have to go out of my way to pick up packages WHEN IM PAYING FOR DELIVERY IS BIZARRE THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE EVER DELIVERED OR ACTUALLY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER ANYTHING!

For the second time we ordered a package for home delivery. Well fedex decided they didn’t want to deliver it and decided we should go pick it up at their steelcase location in Markham. What’s the point in ordering something for delivery if you have to go further than the store you ordered from to pick it up. Makes no sense.they made no attempt at all and when we called them they said oh we’re sorry we will try to deliver it tomorrow, only to call us back 30 minutes later to say no you have to pick it up.i guess when you are such a big company you no longer care about customer service.

Tracking was in transit for two days, i waited for two days at home cause it's my off day and nothing no delivery man/notice or even a call. Worst service ever! I have received only door tags! I have been at home whole day waiting for the parcel. And they didn’t even call or rang the bell. They just stick a note and left. I don’t drive to go there location and pick up my parcel. What I am supposed to do? I have called fed ex and they said they will call you or contact you by today but they didn’t call me.this is very frustrating thing.

I paid $100 extra to get expressed delivery (2-4 business days). It has now been 14 days and still no signs of my package. For the last 6 days, I have been calling support and in spite of each agent "understanding my problem" and being told every day that the shipping agent in Markham will "make sure my package is delivered tomorrow" nothing happens. 6 days in a row of being told "it should arrive tomorrow". I will now drive 25km to this shipping centre to "pick up" the package that was supposed to be "delivered" to my home 14 days ago. #defeatsthepurpouse. Maybe FedEx should borrow the Amazon delivery model?

The lady I dealt with was amazing. I had a heavy large box and could not lift it. She told me to bring my car around to a delivery door and she took it out of the car for me. Excellent customer service.

Despite many negative reviews I would have to say I was very satisfied with the service at this location. I got there with 2 people ahead of me and I was able to pick up my package and be out of there in about 5 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly.

Fedex has had 2 of my packages in their Markham, Ontario location for a week. I reached out and they opened a case to have them delivered today, and they ended up on the delivery truck. But are now both back at the Markham, Ontario facility. So either you just don't want to deliver my packages or you're stealing them and I'm preparing to file a claim because this is ridiculous and its not the first time this has happened. I've reached out to the store that ships with you and have advised them of this and to no longer use your company for shipping, and it seems I'm not the only one that has complained to them about it.

Only 1 agent working in the morning apparently and she as also training someone. So you are have to wait long if the customer in front of you have a million questions about shipping a packaging internationally. Staff doesn’t really care if there is a wait. I will try a different location next time. Maybe they are all like that. At least there is parking.

Disgusting service. It is impossible to contact the representative, the robot answers all the time, which is hard to hear. To receive the parcel, you need to stay at home all day until 5pm. If you are working, you must take the day off to receive the package. Week can not get express delivery. Now I need to go to the central office for my package, which is 30 km from my house, and this is called a delivery company! Terrible, terrible, terrible service!

Taking an hour lining up in frezzing winter night to get a package. Poor customer service inside. Bad experience. Certainly not use FedEx next time.

Remember to bring your driver's license with you. They don't accept photos nor health card and will ask you to come back and line up again even you may just leave it in your car.

Then, shipping address must match the address in your driver's license or your package will be shipped back if you can not show the prove that you are working in this address.

If your package is being routed through this delivery centre expect to have it delayed.

A package I was suppose to receive two days ago sat at this location without any updates or changes. I’m pretty sure this is the last Centre before it goes out on the trucks for delivery as well. Why have estimated delivery times when they don’t mean anything? Please hire more workers, drivers, or programmers/operations guys to make sure your tracking is correct. For how much you money you scam from your customers I’m pretty sure there’s budget for this.

Update: Three of three packages at this location are late. If Fedex is 100% at something, it’s not meeting the schedule.

Terrible customer service. Called fedex to inquire about my package. The representative told me my package is currently at this location and I can pick it up instead of having it delivered. I asked for this locations contact number but apparently they don’t have a phone to contact them. The representative told me she wrote a note in the system I will pick it up.
I went to this location, and the rep told me it’s still in the shipping container! What a waste of time.

Why couldn’t the representative on the phone tell me that? I don’t mind waiting a few more days if this was the answer. But the rep on the phone told me I can go to this location to pick it up. Basically wasted my time driving there.

Why couldn’t they give me this location contact number so I can make sure I can pick up the package?

This is the third time the Markham FedEx location has "delivered" my packages to my home, except that I never received them. I think they are stealing them. Investigations never seem to end in any answers, just more excuses.

Update: The next day I went back at 8: 50 am with my winter coat. There's already 6 people in line. It was windy. I checked the weather on my phone, it was 40km. After 15 mins or so, I was next one to go in. The wind was too strong making my head hurt, triggering my migraine, so I sneaked in the space between front door and the door to the office, hoping to take a break from the wind. The young male staff immediately came over asking me to step back out. I understand, and actually very much appreciate his efforts of sticking to regulation and keeping the place safe. He's also very polite and calm. I give him credit for that. But 20 mins of fighting 40km gusty wind was enough to make me losing my mind and breaking some rules.

Second review: Dec 15 2021 11: 45am, 6 people ahead of me, again waited too long. It was super windy and wet. Lining up outside was a real torture. I had to give up and leave. Will bring my best winter jacket and try again tomorrow. BTW, I had already set up a Delivery Manager account and had all my future packages forwarded to my choice of pickup location that's only 2 mins away from my home. Somehow this random package ended up holding at this location 25 mins away. What fresh hell is this? !

First review: Oh my good lord I waited too long to pick up my package. It was 6pm.there's only 4 people before me. I don't remember how long, probably long enough for me to finish two episodes of sitcom, or a three course meal. The staff are friendly, but seriously, too long of a wait.

What a joke of a company. They don't ring the door bell, just leave a notice to pickup then run. Called to reschedule a delivery, they say it's scheduled but don't know when they can resend. Everyday get an automated call saying package is ready for pickup. I think they just wear you down to pickup yourself to save on drivers. Like other reviews, lineup at this pickup is crazy long. Avoid FedEx at all costs!

They always deliver packages delaying 2 days even if it is priority overnight delivery type.
They also don't attempt to deliver to my home stating there is no buzz code. My home type is town house. I have explained this multiple times to Fedex, but still I facing same issue.

Scheduled delivery was on Tuesday, I didn't made it home and missed it. No doortag, no email, no whatsoever information left for me.
Wednesday, waited whole day home, nothing. Late night I looked up my tracking number from web and it showed delivery by Thursday 5pm.
Thursday, waited whole day, nothing. Delivery didn't show up at all. No emails, no calls, no anything to follow up.
Today Friday, still waiting without any idea. I wonder when will my parcel come.
Conclusion, I'll remember not to choose FedEx to mail anything. Unreliable!

I don't know if it's this location or FedEx in general but they're horrible. You'll never recieve your package (s) on the delivery date. Always extremely late. There's no point in paying for express shipping if the delivery service used is FedEx. I wish merchants would switch to UPS or some where more reliable.

This is the worst service ever. The delivery agent did not knock the door or ring the bill. He just left a note to go and pick up myself from the station. Why would anyone do that to make people drive and run after their shipments while he can easily knock on the door? Very strange process or behavior. I do not know why is that. It doesn’t make any sense to me.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. FedEx needs a serious wake up call. Delivery guys who do not knock or ring the doorbell just so they can get a return trip on the client's expense, time and money. We had an overnight expedited delivery paid for a reason. I was at home checking the tracking number, anything short of waiting all day in front of the house, only to get a note stuck on the door for missed delivery. FedEx employees jeopardized my husband and my work conditions and situation severely. This is serios to play with the lively hood of people and not take any steps to remedy the situation, to be accountable or to take responsibility in any way. Train your employees, have a backbone to do something palpable for your customers to solve their need when they need it, where they need it, for the price they pay, equip your delivery staff with cell phones in 2021! Our family's trust in your business, on parcel delivery, where timing is essential, is ruined.

The manager and staff are not friendly at all. Drivers don’t have due diligence. They deliver the packages to wrong place twice and don’t give people a call. The address number is 3477 but they deliver to 3447 and unit number was wrong too. There’s no apologies and they don’t care customers frustration. What they do is just ask you to call customer service to ask for parcel lost and hang up your call. Such a bad experience and I will never ever choose fedex in my whole life!

Space is small. Line up was too long especially for later in the evening - took at least 30 min to get inside along with another 10 min wait when we finally got in. Staff are helpful but I think more employees are required to support because the efficiency was lacking.

I can't speak for the rest of of the management team at this location, but the CSR Manager, as said by some one else in a previous post is not educated. More importantly, he lacks INTEGRITY and professionalism.

I was once taken to task for spending too much time with customers. I was just trying to fufill, the Purple Promise and make every customer experience the best it could be.

Unfortunately the manager would take it upon himself to intervein when he thought I was taking too long serving customer. And as the previous post mentioned he would not de-escalate, but rather make the situation much worse.

Instead of having a dis-satisfied customer, the customer would leave the building dis-satisfied, upset and angry. I completely understand these scathing reviews.

So very disappointed, I expected much more from this company. Thankfully, I have moved to a position with another company within my field. Please try to be patient with the CSRs, most of them are trying their best.

Fedex committed to deliver July 8th by 5pm delivery. I made arrangements to stay home all day.nothing. But next day they "attempt delivery at 11: 45am". Nobody is freaking home! Have to pick up now which is a 90km drive because if I don't they will send back to sender and now I can't trust they will keep there commitment to possibly delivery on another date.madness July 9th 2021

4 times this year I've had run around from Fedex. Everytime it ends up in Markham. After 8 phone calls with no explanation I drove to Markham only to get hassled there for 1/2 hour before they finally released it. I'll never order anything again that uses FedEx as a courier.

They should have local drop sites such as corner stores and such where it can be signed for

In desperate need of Customer Service training. Especially the manager on site.

A delayed delivery followed by a failed delivery attempt in Pickering resulting in a parcel pickup in Markham, because that makes logistical sense since there aren't enough FedEx locations in Pickering or between Pickering and Markham (sarcasm).

Package was shipped in my name but to my parents' address, which is not an uncommon practice to ship to a different location other than your primary residence. Although I provided a picture of my mother's driver's license with the shipping address, they refused to release the package to me (same last name) even though the package was in my name and I showed receipts from the vendor showing the billing and shipping address differences. They wanted a bill (like a utility bill) showing the shipping address, or my parents to be physically there in order to release the shipment. And apparently it makes perfect sense to them that a piece of paper is more valid than a picture of the license.

The young lady at the counter refused to understand the situation so I asked to speak with her manager. The manager arrived from the back room and offered no help, had no de-escalation skills, and instead created more of a situation by not allowing me to even explain my situation. He came to me with attitude instead of a helpful mindset, like he was ready for an argument. He aggressively told me to be quiet and listen to him, while I was calmly beginning to explain my situation.

The lack of customer service skills, empathy, kindness and just plain common sense and logic is downright astonishing at this location. I can't figure out if they are just not educated enough, don't care about their jobs, or a bit of both.

I have been here twice+ so far. They were not so good at customer service on the phone. I wish they would deliver all the way Uxbridge Township where I live currently.
Otherwise, the two times I have made it there. The staff has been pretty pleasant. No public washroom; yet given good tips on where to go when needed one today. I drove as suggested to the local Starbucks coffee shop after.
47 + minutes from Uxbridge, feels like with traffic, but otherwise when picking up a package, it comes with a reward.
Plus I purchased an iced chai drink at Starbucks as a bit of a reward and refuel too.

I Did have to pay duty fees on the package today. Which is unfortunate.but.hehe at least I got out out of the house & out of town for a drive! Now to head back home.
