The tracking number said the package was to be delivered on Friday between 11-3 I waited all day, then the tracking app said it would be delivered before 10pm Friday night. I waited all night. This company does not deliver on weekends and therefore the package arrived on Monday afternoon. The driver said "the app lies"! Really terrible service. And there is no local number to call about the double duty charge! I do not recommend FedEx

I have never had a good experience with this location. First they refuse to leave my couch on front of my residence, then when I drive to pick it up, they only have one of the two packages. Now I'm just wondering if these mongs managed to lose it or if I just need drive out to grab it again. Avoid fed ex at all cost of you live is Sudbury.

No accountability for drivers to do their job. On numerous occasions I have had drivers from this branch leave notices on my door without knocking when I have been home, and fail to even make any attempt to deliver my packages while giving bogus excuses, as was the case today. When the office then called to inform me of the incident the operators take zero ownership for the conduct of their business and refuse to take any sort of feedback regarding their conducts and ethics. This is not the first time I’ve had this happen with this branch, and all I can say is utterly unprofessional staff, simply not how a good business is operated!

Alicia was absolutely amazing. Great customer service to ensure customers get their packages despite them being located so far out of town.

Worst delivery service ever. Sat on my package for days. Tried to deliver on the 8th, I missed them. They left a door tag on my door telling me to pick up my package at staples after 6pm. Go to staples after 6pm, surprise my package isn’t there it went back to the Garson facility. Called customer service told them I would pick it up at their Garson facility on the 9th. Get there around 9: 30ish am Dec 9 and Surprise it’s not there. An hour drive to and there and it’s not there. I can pick it up after 3pm at Staples on the 9th. Does anyone communicate with anyone there? Horrible avoid them if possible. I to wish I could give zero stars but it’s not an option. So disappointed.

Worst delivery company next to muskoka. I already paid for a delivery and they wouldn’t leave it because they said it needed to be paid. After being on hold for 20 minutes they hang up on you.
Driver would not turn around to deliver my package he messed up on and made me drive 2 hours to get it.
Choose a different service because they have no clue what’s is going on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the last time I ever use FedEx. Much rather Purolator or canada post. Much more punctual and polite. My package has taken longer to deliver from Garson than it took to get here from Texas. The worst warehouse and delivery service, rarely is it on time. If you have another option for shipping I'd recommend it. It's been 3 days waiting for a simple delivery, and of course when I call I can't go get it because they have no clue where it is. Such a unpleasant experience. Will always make sure not to use FedEx whenever possible.

Update**
Called again and have now been told it is with a third party courrier and have no clue when it will be delivered. Also have not received any tracking information for the third party courrier. Very unprofessional and poor service. Package will always be 4 days late with them.

Worst company and worst customer service EVER! A pigeon could deliver my package faster.
I called to find my package which apparently as been given to another shipping company is now 3 days late! Call to talk to a representative after going through their ridiculous automated phone system I finally get to talk to someome and just get silence on the other end of the line no one can find my package or tell me ANY information on it. Best I get is maybe Monday so now I'm without my package for over a week past the expected date. This is the most RIDICULOUS IDIOTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IF I COULD RATE NEGATIVE I WOULD!

Great job of getting the package to Sudbury every time but if you actually expect it to be delivered to your door expect an extra 3-4 days to be added if you live in the outskirts.

If no stars was an option they'd be getting it. Here I am in the washroom which has a window view of my deck coming straight to my door. The FedEx driver doesn't attempt to knock at the door to state they're here to deliver the long awaited package for which I paid the extra few dollars to expedite it, they then have the audacity to state on the tracking option on the website " Customer not available, door tag will provide time, date, and address of FedEx location where you may pick up your shipment".

Seeing such, I rush out the door to check. No tag was left. I then call the call center to state of such as no attempt to even leave the package where which I might add the shipping cost more than the items itself, in the mailbox which was an option to the driver. I am then told is to pick up the package on Monday at this Garson location.

For one: No knock
Two: No tag

At this point I cold have drove to Quebec and picked up the items as the curb-side option and banked the cash. At this rate, FedEx will be on the same level as Canada post.and if you don't undertsand this, what I am really saying is they are GARBAGE! Hot. Hot hot, unreliable GARBAGE!

They won't deliver my package until I pay more taxes, I'm so confused by this as I have a receipt that shows I paid all taxes. Not to mention they said its just a random pick. What does that even mean? Very weird, I called & didn't even give them any info but they knew it was me already & were trying to get payment for me?

Don't use this company if you live in Sudbury and don't have access to a vehicle. Unbeleivably bad service. They don't call you when they get to your building and assume all buildings have a buuzer. The woman who called me from FedEx to arrange the second failed delivery was so rude, when I asked for her name to make a complaint she hung up on me. In the middle of a quarantine they sent back my package as I couldn't get to the FedEx site which is an hour away from my house on bus. So In the end I didn't get my package and had my time and money wasted by this company. Not customer service. I wouldn't of even given them one star if it was an option. So dissapointed.

This location was a little hard for me to find as I was directed to the wrong location originally. As far as services as one would expect from any courier. Simply give them the parcel and required information, pay the cost and you're on your way. Really there us not much more to add.

I was at home waiting for my Fed Ex packages to be delivered. Followed the tracking number. No one even attempted to deliver the packages or notify me of their arrival. They simply put a notice on my apartment mailbox. Now I have to drive out to Falconbridge to retrieve packages that should have been delivered to my door. Absolutely ridiculous!

With a more than helpful staff I was pleased to have chosen FedEx to ship my package. They were knowledgeable and helped me get the best shipping option/cost for my package. Everything was made easy for me who was a first time customer.

Received someone else's package. The delivery person left the pkg outside my door without ringing or knocking.
Tried calling the 1-800 number (as there's no way to call the local store). I called twice & waited over 6 minutes without someone answering.
I was able to reach the person the pkg was intended for.
