I tried getting a job here a few times over the years but for some reason I was unsuccessful. FedEx was actually my dream job but I ended up finding a delivery job with another big employer that's known worldwide. I was a perfect fit for the job so I don't know why I had so many failed attempts. It makes me wonder why they decide to hire certain people over others. I knew a couple employees and I don't mean to be rude but they're not the brightest and they're definitely not what you would classify as being a good worker.

It's a one star because they won't let me give none. I have had nothing but issues with Fed-Ex. First is started because a friend was trying to send me a birthday gift. A GIFT! Which took days to get sorted out on my end because your staff doesn't know how to do their job properly when the packages are being shipped from the U. S.to Canada. Then it ends with me getting a bill for disbursement fee, ancillary fee, HST on the two fees, clearance fees and of course HST. I'm not worried about the $63.81 bill. I am more irritated that I get a bill last week dated February 27th and before anyone even gets a chance to pay said bill I get a letter from a collection agency (3/13) dated March 6th that my February 27th invoice has gone into collections. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I had literally just received the invoice and Fed-Ex we already sending it into collections. UNBELIEVABLE. NEVER AGAIN! I will be sharing this experience with EVERYONE and telling them to NEVER using Fed-Ex again because this is ridiculous.

Came to the fedex on Wheeton and the young lady at the counter was so kind! Polite and fast! Definitely will now only ship fedex! KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE. Well Done!

Left simple instructions to ring the doorbell and the drivers cannot do that on Friday, and then I called today to get an update and they didn’t follow the instructions that were quite simple. It is so hard to talk to a representative with the automated voice message service.

They don’t listen or follow simple instructions. Customer service is mediocre at best.

I just received my medical package in Chatham from a smiling 10 star employee Mike from FedEx Windsor! He gave me my package and my flyers because it was starting to rain. I received excellent service. Great Delivery Professional! Thanks Mike!

I’m not sure what FedEx specifically delivered my stuff today but I watched the driver LAUNCH my item from the end of the driveway to my front porch. It is clothing but it still boggles my mind that someone would do that. I spent a lot of money on this. The sticker on the front is completely mangled from it being thrown. Shame on you.

I was home awaiting a package. I went to grab my mail and BAM. FedEx door tag saying they tried to deliver my shipment but I wasn't home. The driver didn't even attempt to knock. Get your act together, FedEx!

I absolutely hate when something gets shipped with this company. The drivers can't even knock on the door, they have the pick up slip ready before they leave their vehicle. Absolute incompetence.

The fedex delivery person do not call/mail/msg about the package delivery. They just knock the door once and go back without delivering the package.
Fedex should enable call connect through IVR and map customer/delivery person number exclusively via order ID.

So I was looking on indeed and it turns out they are making vaccinations Mandatory to even work in this facility. So they discriminate against our human civil rights. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! There are so many other good companies that do mail delivery! If I could give this facility no stars I would but I just thought you should know they do discriminate and if places don’t stop, we will rise and protest!

Openly discriminates against customers with medical conditions. Staff walk around without masks but require customers to wear them.

After paying $130 for expedited international service, I had to spend 2 hours today driving back and forth to FedEx. Why? Well, the company whose sole job is shipping packages has some of the most inept, incompetent employees I have ever experienced. Since FedEx made an error when accepting the package and pricing the value of the package at $1 instead of $500 as was requested, customs held the package. Was I contacted about this hold? Oh no, had to find out by tracking the package myself. When I go the FedEx warehouse, they now want me to email a copy of the receipt. They would not simply let me show them my receipt on my phone. Since these clowns don't have guest wifi, I head back home to send the email receipt of the package, plus the receipt of how much I paid for shipping. When I return to the office, they now say they never received the email, when I can clearly see they responded to it before I got back to the office, and did not notice the two receipts in the email and was again asking for another email with the information. After another 20 minutes of being looked at as a nuisance after paying all of that money, they added insult to injury by actually asking for ID, plus another $80 for customs. FedEx, here are a few tips: Have guest wifi since you are demanding emails from customers. You are an international company. Second, contact customers promptly when there are shipping issues. DHL seems to able to do this just fine. Third, learn to read emails. Lastly, please hire some competent, professional people. The comments that I had to hear while waiting for the clowns in the back to do their job, specifically Franca, the GTS senior broker, only made me angrier. If I was so bad at my job, I would be fired. Thank you for reassuring that I NEVER use FedEx for the rest of my natural life. I will also be formally filing a complaint with FedEx after this experience. I honestly have never experienced so many incompetent people working in one location.

The staff are great, professional and courteous. Can’t say the same about the delivery people. A bunch of unprofessional and rude people. Have caught them mishandling packages on my home camera multiple times. Never will do business with them again.

Professional, thoughtful, above and beyond staff. Really worked to make sure that I was properly set up which in the end saved me money.

My child had to go to the washroom and was denied. Resulted in my poor disabled child having to go potty in the front bushes. Shame on you fedex.

We had a unique shipment with special requirements from our vendor. Dionne and the team were very respectful and accommodating to our vendors requests. They informed us on what can be done, what may happen and what we should expect in the coming days. Amazing customer service!

Fedx Markham Canada, Indonesian woman had zero service skills and could care less that people have no idea how to fill out international paperwork, a task that she had done a thousand times. Just said do it, end of the line. I'll never is that place again.
