Took a bit before someone came to the desk to help me but they were friendly and helped me ship my package

I had a delivery today that arrived well within the window of time stated, and the delivery driver Lynn was the most professional, nicest, kind delivery driver I have ever encountered. Thank You So Much! Best Service!

Delivery driver dropped off package and did not bring to my door in apartment building I hurt myself getting it to my door wondering if I have legal resource this driver was rude and ignorant

The service counter is maned with very friendly and knowledgeable staff~ really busy establishment~ all Covid-19 safety measures in place.

Long line of people out in the cold. Customer service was very slow, it's a very small area for customers and not well marked as to which door to go in once your inside. I wasn't picking up anything but was giving someone a ride to pick up a package.

Still waiting at home for 72 hours.still no package. Contacted FedEx 4 times. I was talking to the US. I am trying to contact Thunder Bay office.do they not have a phone? The worst service ever.

It would have been 5 stars but fedex shipping was a problem. I paid $180 for 24 hour delivery which took 3 days

Shipment was a month late and when called, they always promised to get it delivered "today", and apparently, their "today" never came. When tried to talk to their 'superior", they just put me on hold for eternity. Bunch of liers, that's what they are.

An extra 4 days added to delivery date as they use uaeless Canada Post for final delivery and don't bother phoning to see if you can just pick it up

Out of all the major curriers in Thunder Bay, FedEx seems to always be the most reliable, regardless of the day my parcels seem to always arrive around the same time, which is great. I’ve never had issues with them as of yet, and the drivers are always friendly.

Staff were polite and friendly but to get there is a challenge in winter. The entrance seems a little confusing with odd signage but you will eventually find the right entrance.

So between all major shippers these guys have the best 1-800 number, they managed to hold my package at the Depot. I made the mistake of going to the wrong door and the guy walked me out and pointed to the sign instead of just telling me, although he wasn't rude he wasn't friendly either so I thought oh here we go with these guys but I got to the back door and was greeted by a friendly lady she seemed to be the manager of the place, the staff there were all friendly, I was there while it was very busy and they all apologized when they had to interrupt. Amazing service, thank you to the staff for helping me out before I hit the road. You Ladies/Guys rock!

Mostly shipping out, but haven't had any issues in the small number of deliveries I've had to send. Staff were friendly, location kind of inconvenient.

Great service and very patient with me as I had a large package that was going to be shipped. I didnt know that they had a office there and now I do. I will ship with them again and thanks for your patience.

Never had any issues with them. Was super nice when they gave me my package and gave my dog a lot of pets

Very poor and worst kind of service.
I won't suggest this. My final dental degree got ruined because of them. Non sense people folded my degree like a normal paper.
I tried to contact them bt receiver office said tht is a problem from shipping and and shipping office said that it is a problem from receiving side. I stuck in between and my degree got ruined.
Never go to FedEx as they are careless

Do not do business with this company. I am in business with three banks, and Fed Ex, treated the banking people with little no no respect from the Thunder Bay, airport location. If your in business, and your company requires shipping or very important documentation to assist your business. Do not, do not rely of FED EX, worst customer service towards these banking people, that I have ever witnessed. Im in shock really. George Ward, CEO Ward Contracting.

They regularly don't even bother to try to deliver the package. They just silently leave an "attempted delivery" notice and then drive off immediately.

Bit hard to find, otherwise easy to deal with.i called ahead and my parcel was ready for pickup when I arrived.

I was home all day but they still put a notification on my mailbox. The notification said it’s available after 4pm but they closed at 4pm. That is a New Year gift for my boyfriend and now I can’t give it to my boyfriend. They ruined my New Year. They ruined my 2019. So stupid.
