Trash at working with customers I paid my shipping and handling 3 days in advance and was told “payment was declined” but they didn’t even look it took me 3 calls just to clear things up because they mismanage money and time

Will never ship FedEx again.
My shipment never made it after full 28 days.
Customer Service is a joke.
Call after call after call - It's a joke from them to say " I have forwarded your concern to the station".
What after? Zero customer service is too high of a rating.
There is no one to talk to in person and no one returns the calls or email.
People should stop using FedEx it's the only way someone learns a lesson.

Never on time with packages. They will tell you they attempted delivery, even when they didn’t, just so that they can delay it if they don’t want to deliver it that day. I was told delivery was attempted twice even when I was home all day both days & there were no tire tracks on my snowy driveway! So the only conclusion I can come to is that they do this deliberately to make it appear as though they are trying to deliver your package when they in fact are not.

Not possible even to pick up a priority package that's been sitting in sorting facility for few business days, let alone timely delivery. While short-staffed they keep pretending they can handle priority parcels. If your business depends on punctual delivery, avoid please

Its still in the container and has not been taken out yet. Delayed by 2 days and still no guarantee when its going to be deliver.

Horrendous customer service. Covid is an excuse to not hire enough employees required to get peoples packages delivered. Automated messages are sent out with inaccurate information and no hospitality and care for peoples time and belongings.

Busy as usual. There are waits to grab an envelope of box. As a suggestion, they should keep envelopes and boxes open to public to save their time. Otherwise, their service is good.

FedEx is a necessary service that takes full advantage of low competition in the market. The customer experience is lovely, with sweet representatives at the head office. However, it is slower than a glacier to see the line move.

I needed to pick up a package that was redirected to this location instead of my local pick up spot, for no reason except the CS rep not listening. And onsite, the line had 2 people ahead of me and 2 personnel behind the counter. Yet it took me 30 minutes to pick up my package.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is lovely.

Great customer service! When I visited last I was greeted nicely and served well. If you are in rush and running late, they are open late. They close at 9: 30pm and provide all courier services.

Never use for anything important. UPS or DHL are better. Lost and sus drivers not following their own policy (too lazy to even stick a note on our door and now delayed over 2 weeks for an expedited package)

FedEx was a catastrophic experience. Dry ice shipment for hundreds of dollars. Not delivered on time, after hours on the phone and many stories, why the delivery was not done, FedEx promised to fill up the dry ice for cooling. Of course they did not. Package was unopened. I had to drive to pick it up, with barely any ice left. A complete disaster, unreliable, lies on the phone. First it was customs fault, then weather, then no transport from the airport possible. In other words prefabricated stories that did not match. Never again, never!
Staff at the pickup centre was nice and totally incompetent.

This is a hub of laziness, it is absolutely disgusting that my package can make it from Osaka Japan to this ship facility in 3 days and their incompetence has it sitting there 40 mins from my house for 5 days. They seem to have no concern for their guaranteed delivery dates and fed ex support is just as useless 3 phonecalls to tell me my package is late and they dont know why and that it will be shipped today, well here it is about 3 am the next day and I don't have my package.

As small business owner i am very disappointed by fedex it’s been two weeks that they been holding my package and can’t bring it to my store, the delivery driver is keep on lying about the weather cause he is lazy and I’ve called 20 plus times and they’ve been lying to me
For a whole week about when I will receive my package. Absolutely trashy service I definitely don’t recommend using fed ex to anybody specially small business owners, unreliable service and they bluntly lie to you about weather

I paid for my delivery and they said they tried 3 times but I HAVE BEEN HOME THE WHOLE TIME DURING THE PANDEMIC so I don't understand when that 3 times took place. I have to go all the way to their facility to pick up my package that I paid for to be delivered AT THE DOOR to me. Ridiculous! No tags or any information on my door about the delivery. They made me call them two times about this and they said they can't do anything about it. Their customer service number has a delay so they have a delay on my messages too. Pathetic FedEx

Cannot even begin to describe how AWFUL the staff here are especially Ms. Dalwinder. She asked me to get CBSA clearance which I promptly did the same day she requested me to, and 10 days later after MULTIPLE calls and emails she says she never received my email which is just a lie as I had put my husband and the fedex office in kuwait in the cc. I asked a colleague of hers if ms. Dalwinder dropped off the face of the earth as she didn’t have the decency to return any of my calls or emails and the only response I got was “oh I’m sorry it’s out of my control” ‍️Honestly FedEx train your staff to respond to your customers first before anything else because this is just ridiculous! Praying I get my packages soon

Worst service ever. No one is doing their job here. Drivers feel easy to leave door tags instead of package. Called 5 times and was told that i can pickup from this location but when i showed up then they said its in container and cant be picked up. This is so frustrating. Would recommend their service.

I didn't' know if i should give this a 1 star or a 5 star because i had 2 extremely different staff cater to me on the same day! I walked in to pick up a big package that i received. I repeated and showed my tracking number at least 4-5 times and the lady just looked buzzed out asking me if it was a ground delivery expecting me to know all the technical stuff. I simply was asked to come pick it up and had the tracking number. She was rude and started randomly scanning some other package that came by.it had nothing to do with me! Suddenly a gentlemen on another counter asked my name and said i have your package. The lady completely ignored and i went to the gentlemen.he was great guy, checked my ID and helped me out! Appreciate all your help sir!

Paid for overnight shipping on Tuesday.
End of day Friday and it’s still at the depo. Called them and they said they don’t pick up packages every day. I literally dropped it at the depo! They are also refusing to get the package so I can pick it up and deliver it myself. I am going in as soon as I am off work and somebody there better help me.

Want to really thank and appreciate Suresh who located and got my package from the container even though it was almost closing time on Saturday evening and saved me another trip to the location for same parcel.

A zero star would have been better for this company. I supposed to get my equipments from my company to start work from home, and this guys still haven't delivered it yet. Without the equipments how i am gonna start my work. This guys messed up everything. My employer paid for express shipping so that i can get my shipment on time. If they can't deliver on time, they should return money to the person who paid for express shipping.

Worst shipping experience ever! Paid for express next day shipping and it stayed at this station for 2 weeks before moving and I could finally collect my package. Wasted days/hours with FedEx customer support. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location which is why I'm doing this review. However instead of doing there jobs they always have a excuse saying it's in a container which can not be reached, or delayed due to covid, play the blame game with customs. This plays really needs to get there act together! Horrible experience! I would give it 0 stars but have to give one.

Easy to locate the facility, although lack clear sign board in their other facility adjacent to pickup area building is misleading. Pickup area facility was clean and organized, limited parking. However FedEx is not handling customer’s parcel properly, customer service representative on the calling centre is lacking knowledge of FedEx service and misguiding customer.

Delivered when I was not home. Told I could pick up after 7pm an hour from my house. Arrived at 7pm and waited till 9pm and found out it was not available and they want to charge me to deliver on Saturday when they screwed up. Waiting for supervisor for 15 minutes so far and still on hold.

I should give a minus star if I could, they call me.yestesday that I need make a payment for duty and taxes for my shipment from US I make a payment right after first call, then they call me again couple times I was ignored those call cause I make payment already. Today I should receive my parcel, but someone didn't put information than I make a payment already. What a big mess they have there. Really not recommended

Quick and easy to pick up a package on hold.
Easier to put a package on hold and pick up yourself especially when FedEx delivers one day at noon, and then the next day even earlier instead of in the evening.

Friday they told me my package would arrive, Then nobody contacted me about my duties I had to pay. After that I requested to pick it up here instead. They told me 4 seperate times and 2 different days that I can go and pick up.

I drove an hour and they said they cannot give me the package because its in a container (yet it was out for delivery friday). Monday today and now my package is stuck "Pending".

What is the point of paying for the fastest shipping if you get the slowest response.

I have reached out to them proactively to provide complete address to driver, but as usual carelessness and insensitivity is at peak. Nobody is responding properly and no accountability of delay and miscommunication between fedex team.

Slowest moving crew I've ever seen. I had to watch one very closely to see if he blinked so that I would know he was still alive. 4½ hours to retrieve a parcel that they told me was in the building when I got there. Incredible!

Also, the handicap parking space was filled with debris, a hazard when I stepped out of my car.

I ship at this location quite frequently and has never experienced any issues.
If you have an account set up already it will be much faster and smoother. The staff is great and never hesitant to give you packaging supplies if you need them.

Just dealt with the most amazing customer service rep at the 6895 Bramalea Rd facility.

Kim was courteous and pleasant and she went above and beyond to assist me. It was a wonderful experience and I commend her caring and compassionate attitude and professionalism!

Horrible Customer Service. I called and spoke with a CSR in the morning to pick up a package that was at this location and was scheduled for delivery on Monday. CSR gave me green lights and I drove 50 kms to get this shipment early. When I got here, CSR on site didn't help or give me my shipment. In fact, they refused pickup as the packages were in trucks that weren't unloaded. I completely understand that I cannot get the shipment today because of logistics out of everyone's control.however, misleading your customers through incorrect information is very frustrating and disappointing.

3 separate phone calls to customer service with a different story each time. Decided to be my own carrier/deliverer and went here in person. Currently 20 minutes into a wait for one box that I've already paid for.

Staff seems more concerned with listening to WAP by Cardi B than expediting in any way.

Driver refused delivery due to no payment on duties that were paid the day before. Driver refused to listen and walked away while we were talking.
Call centre said they would deliver within 3 hours and I'll get a call. No call. Call back a day later and now it's back at the facility and won't go out for a few more days. The agent on the phone said not one person read the delivery notes, including the driver. FedEx is a joke. This was expensive air mail. I will never recommend FedEx to anyone. This is a sh*t show.

I'm beyond frustrated! A baby shower gift was purchased for me by a group of my friends and since the package was a gift, I was unable to see when it was supposed to be delivered to my house. On July 8th and 9th, there were 2 attempted deliveries made, which unfortunately I wasn't home for. 2 door tags were left (something I've never had experience with before). On the 2nd door tag, the person who delivered it didn't check off the Fed Ex location where the package was being held. So I called Fed Ex to follow up and they told me it was at this Mississauga location on Bramalea Rd. I live in Milton, Ontario. This Fed Ex centre is a 35-40 minute drive from me (depending on traffic). The item being delivered was travelling from Burlington, Ontario to Milton, Ontario. So I'm unsure why it was sent to that Fed Ex ship centre to begin with and not somewhere more local? Seems silly but anyways.because I missed the delivery, I made arrangements with a customer service rep.to pick it up at this location on the way home from the cottage on Sat. July 18th (since I would be passing through the area and it made the most sense). They made a note to hold the package there. My husband and I arrived at the location with the door tags and gave the representative at the desk my information. She tells me that the "package is here, but its somewhere in the warehouse and it could take about 30-60 minutes to locate, but I'm not sure if we'll be able to today" - which is absolutely ridiculous considering I called a week in advance to ensure I could pick it up here. We asked if it could be redelivered to our house and she said, "Yes it would come on the Monday" and gave me the tracking ID #. Monday, July 20th came around, and no package was delivered and the tracking ID said "No available delivery date scheduled. " Nothing came the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of that week. So I called again on Thursday and the representative that I spoke with told me that they would have to try and locate the package at the Mississauga location, because for some reason they can't seem to find it. She ensured me that she or the manager of the Mississauga location would follow up with me via e-mail or phone call that same day. It is now Tuesday, July 28th (almost 3 weeks from original delivery) and no one from this location OR the customer contact centre has followed up with me regarding the issue. I've now spoken with 6 different Fed Ex representatives trying to sort out this issue and I'm unsure what to do at this point? It seems like I have to go to the location again and wait for over an hour until someone actually tries to find it for me. Unfortunately, I'm 38 weeks pregnant, and it doesn't doesn't seem like the safest option at this point. But I'm at a loss and I'm so disappointed and frustrated by the lack of effort being put into finding this package for me. Very disheartening!

This is one of the worst service I have received from any shipping service across any countries I have lived at.
I wanted to ship a TV but didn't have a box for it. Hence, before going to the center, I called them up and informed them about my situation. They said that you can come to this center as this is the head shipping location in Mississauga and they have a box and the TV can be shipped.
When I reached there, they said that they do not ship any TV without a box and don't have a box for it. I had specified the TV size on the phone (twice) and they confirmed they could ship. Unfortunately, I had to leave the TV back and move without it.

It's so cruel that they say one thing on the phone and provide something else. You should never lie to earn a customer. I am not trusting FedEx anymore (specifically this location).

P. S. - I have not had any bad experiences with FedEx before (at other locations). May be this is one off location to be avoided.

This is the FedEx hub in Ontario offering 6 days service a week. You can deliver and pick a shipment in this station. It offers fast and efficient delivery and pick up. But always remember that before you proceed to this station to pick-up something, it is always wiser to call the FedEx customer service first to maximize your precious time. If you want to deliver a package right away, it is best to go directly to this hub, although there are several satellite FedEx centres and agents in Ontario offering convenient pick up and delivery, going directly if you are closer to this YYZ station is best because you are sure that your shipment goes right away without delay. Remember, it is located at the corner of Derry and Bramalea Roads and within the vicinity of Toronto-Pearson International Airport wherein all the FedEx airplanes are waiting for your shipments to be delivered. You may look for JOY, she is a friendly and efficient CSR, who makes sure that you are getting the right service that every FedEx customer deserves. Happy shipping with a peace of mind! Cheers!

I am regular visitor of this place. As far as customer service is concerned, this is the best place where customer satisfaction is priority. Their customer service staff is multi- cultural so everyone feels comfortable if they don't know international language. FedEx is the best mode for shipments to deliver fast with proper accuracy and without damage.

The sign on the pickup centre should read: "Abandon hope, all ye who enter here. " How any company can survive this persistent level of disappointment is mindboggling. It's sadly become routine for packages to disappear into some mystical Bermuda triangle of chaos.

Somehow, FedEx seems shocked and completely unprepared when package volume increases around the holidays. Any holiday. If only holiday increases were something we could anticipate
