YOU PAY YOUR DRIVERS A GOOD WAGE, THEY SHOULD ATLEAST ATTEMPT TO DELIVER A PACKAGE THAT I PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EXTRA DUE TO"WEIGHT" YET THEY WONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO BUZZ INTO MY BUILDING! THIS HAS HAPPENED 5 TIMES IN A ROW, YOU PEOPLE RUIN SMALL BUSINESSES WITH CARELESS DRIVERS.

I put a notice in my door it says my buzzer is not working please please call to this number i am inside. But they didnt call to my number to give the delivery. Then i need to go burlington from stoney creek to take my stuff. Waste of time. Waste of money.

Please advice your drivers to do there duties. Is not only making money. Please. Thanks. It happend twice in my personal experience.

Bunch of thieves and extortionists. They charge you tax and duties when you order something and then charge you again when they show up at your door and they won't give you your package unless you pay them again. Avoid using them if you can

They staff here are awesome. They are so patient and helpful. We made a mistake shipping something from my place of work, and we weren't sure we could get it delivered in time for our customer. Multiple staff here got involved and were able to find a solution to make it work for us. I am so grateful for their efforts! FedEx is my company's go to courier service for a reason.

I do not understand why can FedEx not send a message ahead informing of delivery time. The drivers do not call ahead and try to deliver parcels mid work day (?). They do leave a slip indicating parcel will be at the collection centre but instead keep driving around so there is no way of knowing where and when can you get a hold of parcel. Tracking information is always different from what they wrote or you asked them to do. Lost time, lost efforts and a lot of automated messages that do not loop in drivers; left hand doesn’t talk to right one. Frustrating over and over again.

I live in an apartment building. Fedex drivers don’t even attempt to buzz which goes directly to my cell phone and then slap on a final notice. I work from home and have no missed buzzer calls. This has happened EVERY TIME. I then call customer service & confirm my buzzer to be directly put on my package multiple times and STILL I am waiting on a package they say has been attempted everyday for a week YET I HAVE BEEN HOME and no one buzzed. Amazon has NO PROBLEM or any other carrier for that matter. It is ridiculous. I do not drive and rely on carriers for essentials and this last package was even an EXPEDITED parcel but has been sitting at the depot for Over a week. What is going on? How do you run an express service like this? Or any business for that matter.

I just recently had a parcel shipped with Fed Ex to my apartment. The package was actually going to show up a day early which seemed great. The deliver driver arrived, I was able to buzz him into my apartment building and thought that the parcel would be deliver by being left at my door since no signature was required. I later get another call from my buzzer from the driver asking if I was home, which I was not since it was 3pm on a Monday and people have day jobs. I advised them I wasn't and to please leave the package at my door. He said no and would attempt the deliver again tomorrow. Literally had no reason not to leave the package, it needed no signature and was in a secure building. I called support to find out why he would not, and to attempt redeliver as he just wasn't doing his job. Support agreed with me he should have delivered the package but could not get through to the driver. "Attempted" redelivery the next day and still there was no delivery. Now my package is at a Burlington sorting centre when I live in Hamilton. How is this a functioning delivery company. No apparent formal way for me to complain, no way for the package to be moved to somewhere at least in my city to pick up. Icing on top is that the sorting centre will only hold the package for 5 business days before sending it back to the shipper. Thanks for making me take 2 hours out of a day now to pick up a package because your drivers don't want to do their job.

Oh how I regret attempting to receive a package via FedEx. Even just contacting them is a nightmare. There phone lines are very busy "because of the pandemic". Really? We are two years in. Also, it has been declared as over.

The root of my problem is I won't be home to sign for the package. The delivery windows is all day, so I am expected to take a day off work to receive the package. There is no way to send the package to a FedEx store or shipping center. The hold feature claims I don't even have any FedEx near me, which isn't true.

When I finally could take to a person, the phone line was so bad I could hardly understand a word she said. She was nearly useless. Turns out I have to wait for failed deliveries and then wait till next week to attempt a redirect to a FedEx in Burlington, not FedEx where I live. They won' allow to arrange for another company to ship it to me from FedEx Burlington, so I have to go to Burlington in person. They don't seem to understand the concept of delivering packages?

Driver never showed up at my house on April 17,2022 at 12: 40 PM. But he/she marked the order as delivered and he wrote a note that "Left at front door". I've ring motion sensor video door bell installed. I've proof that he didn't show up. I saw the status "delivered" at 12: 45 and immediately went to front door and then I checked neighbors and around. Didn't find anything. But FedEx still claims that driver delivered it at correct address. Even though they don't have any evidence.

Horrible (Aside from the woman I spoke to on the phone. She was very nice) experience. I live it a small little house turned apartments. There is literally only a couple of units. I waited all day to receive my package. I opted in for notifications, I kept my tracker up. There was no way I should have missed it. Bam. The driver did not notify me (through text update until well after the time I was on the phone with customer service). They left a note saying that my door was not labeled. My door is 1000% labeled. They just didn't feel like knocking on my door. I do not write reviews, but having waited weeks for my package. I am utterly disappointed with the lack of try. I have had great experiences with every other delivery service - except this one. Order text books for school? Same thing happens. Computer for school - same thing. Call customer service, and the woman had tried to get them to resend it back out. I ended up getting a scold from the driver (I mean in the long run, I know he was probably frustrated that they sent him back). Now, I have to pay 80$ out of pocket for travel because this location is out of city for me. I have to travel in to pick it up. Protocols and options should be looked into. If all other delivery services knock on your door, leave the package for you or deliver local - FedEx should as well. Give us the option to have it left for us.
I have to say, the only good experiences I have every received with FedEx is your customer service agents. They are kind and understanding and provide you with the details of your package etc.

Not a great service.they just left with door tag not even tried to contact on given number and deleivered.door tag said pick up will be ready by 5: 30.when you call next day they said not ready for pick up and have to wait.very disappointed with service

Delivery date chnage twice. You wait for your delivery and they just leave door tag not even trying once to call and reach you. This is 2nd time happened. Other courier give better service.

The automated response was exasperating every attempt it keep hearing my tracking number wrong. I asked for a person and everything was quick, professional and kind. I wish I'd gotten the young man's, he was such a pleasure to deal with.

Great place. Have gone their for many years to ship everything from envelopes to 5 gallon pails of pulp. Staff are always very friendly and efficient so that even when there has been a line I am not there for long.

In and out very fast! Polite, respectful and knowledgeable! Was able to get my package and leave with the smile I came in with! No hassle what so ever! Would definitely recommend this location!

I paid FedEx 57 USD for 2 day delivery. Its now going on 11 days. No notes were left as to why my package wasn't delivered. I had to call and find out why. After finally speaking to someone, I paid said duty and they came to my house with the product only to tell me they couldn't release my product as duty had not been paid. I filed a claim with FedEx only to find out the driver said no one was available to accept the package. Totally untrue. They then proceeded to tell me I would have my product the following day. I still have nothing. They've really dropped the ball and will NEVER use them again. No refund for the service I paid for which they did not honor. I work hard for my money and don't particularly like giving it away for free. They've done absolutely nothing to rectify the issue except further disappoint.

I was expecting a package from FedEx and was waiting for it the whole day at my home. They came and put the sticker of “not delivered” at the front door. They didn't even knock on the door or call me. Now I have to go to Burlington to get the package. Date: Feb 4,2021. This is the second time, I have been facing this issue.

Customer service for payment department, is unbelievable, I called FedEx to make a payment for my incoming delivery. I use my bf debit card because its his order & he put it under my name, his just visiting here in Canada, so the lady said the payment didn’t go through, so I decided my debit card, then again she said it didn’t go through, that I have to call my bank, she keeps on saying it might be different address, or no money, so I called the bank, there’s no issues or whatsoever at my bank so I called again and try to use my bank card and she said it didn’t go through again.so I decided to borrowed my mom debit card for payment and then she said again it didn’t go through. She has no help at all, I told her check her systems at well coz they might have a problem on their system, 3 cards all declined! Are you serious Fedex!

I seem to visit this place once every few months either because I've missed the driver or it's just easier to have my package held for pick up. Even on Covid, the wait time is reasonable. Hours are decent and the staff always very friendly, not sure how they do it.

Had to pick something up, got there right around closing time. The gentleman there was very helpful and courteous. Glad I wasn’t made to feel like a ‘lame’ customer for coming in within 10 minutes of close.

It frustrated me regarding their delivery procedure. Leaving door tag that not having a good and reliable endorsement of time. It ruined my whole day. No words to say it just really very inconvenient. If there's a worst and bad review at of 1 star.

Improve communication and stop apologizing it can't fix any ruined time.

FedEx didn't deliver my package (I was home all day). They left a missed delivery note saying to come to the depot after 530. I arrived at 6 and was told the driver doesn't get back until 630 and I could try again.

Why would you say come by after 530 if you're not there? Stupid.

Very disappointed of their service. The estimated delivery was yesterday and today they changed it to tomorrow delivery. They don’t even bother about your urgency. We are really frustrated about the service! Dhl is way better than fedex.

Very dissapointed with their delivery service. They should deliver any parcel right to your door regardless if you live in a house or apartment building. I was recently expecting a check sent by a company via FedEx instead the delivery person never tried or make an effort taking the elevator to the sixth floor and knock at the door. Instead he/ she left a note saying We Missed you. I went to Burlington branch to pick up the envelope ad soon as I got there I was told the delivery person should be back in an hour. The note says parcel can be picked up after 5 pm I was there at 5 30

Went to pick up the package. Guy at front desk confirmed that the package is at back. After checking ID he went to grab the package and came back saying I can't access the package as it arrived in morning and there are other packages in way. Now have to wait for the driver to drop off the package.

The shipment centre was good. Wendy answering the phone at the 1800 GO FEDEX line should not work in customer service or a supervisor should explain that her job is to HELP customers.

FedEx customer service at the Burlington, Ontario depot.absolutely pathetic! Just had a Customer Service rep refuse to listen to my litany of concerns from the last few months.just talked over me, refused to listen to me, and then hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE!

Very bad customer service shouting throw the phone I never recieve my packaging, no tag on my door, and then they want me to go and pick up the package from the main center which far away 30 minute this the first and last time I will deal with FedEx

I have used FedEx 3 times for my company and all three times there was an error on the Fedex side. I had to call and be on hold for a long time to get a reference number and wait months for the credit. I was at the fedex depot last week, and they said they would have my account manager call me. Well surprise - NO call.

I have not had a good experience with FedEx. I found the staff difficult to deal with and not helpful when it came to getting your packages done. Their online portal is confusing and when you have a problem they will not look to solve it. I switched to Canada Post for small business.
