Pathetic service. Will never book any shippment at fedex. They didnt even take an effort to call at the number given for delivery address not did they bother to ring the door bell. Do they expect us to wait outside for them when it shows out for delivery on their tracking app. They just stick a door note that come and pick up. No contact number left no reattempt.

I've literally never had a smooth experience with Fedex. Every delivery is worse than the last, and my recent one filled me with the most rage by far.

Shipped a package today at FedEx (1450 caterpillar rd location) and I had Amanda (woman with long blonde hair) help
Me. She was great, very friendly and helpful, really made my day! I will definitely be using this location to ship anything I need shipped from now on!

Worst experience ever! Only did one attempt and kept saying delay to the next business day. Waited a week still no updates and called CS, 3 days after the call and the package returned to the sender!? No door tag left either otherwise I will just go and pick up myself instead of wasted my time for the 2nd attempt and no package. What’s going on?

Worst experience ever! Parcel never arrived on time, and it went to another depo. When I called they were absolutely clueless
I should have realized when the employee was incompetent. I knew my insured package wasn't going to arrive. And it didn't! Terrible. Canada poat is actually more reliable. Shouldn't even give 1 star. But you can't give zero. Ha!

A surprisingly good experience. Not a big pick up centre but their staff move quickly to ensure you pick up or drop off your parcel fast.

I brought in my door tag, they said my package wasn't there. I called FedEx, they said my package was there. I think the fella working just had enough for the day. He didn't look at all. Entered the number and said it's not here. Why would I get a door tag that it's there if it wasn't?
FedEx custom service had them redeliver it for me because of all the confusion.

They made me sign up for something called Fedex Delivery Manager, you enter in your address, any special instructions, and they mail you a code to verify your account. This way you're SUPPOSE to track all of your deliveries - HOWEVER, it doesn't even work. My deliveries are always late, they've never been on time, it doesn't even track anything, and when I speak with Fedex customer support they don't even know about it. This location needs up to 24 hours to get your delivery ready for pick up - huh? !

Took 7 large boxes of Amazon returns and was turned away. Was told to take them to Airport rd location. Would help if this was noted on their site that they dont take bulky items!

They were supposed to deliver between 9 and 5. Showed up at 8: 45 and gave us a slip to go pick it up in mississauga which is a 3/4 of an hour drive and most of the route is under construction when there is a FedEx office 5 minutes from here in Burlington. Not at all happy with them. Purolator is much better in my opinion!

I was expecting the worst, coming during the evening rush to pick-up an oversized shipment. To my surprise, pick-up was super quick and easy, and they even provided a cart to help me bring to the car. Parking available close to customer entrance with no steps, critical with big parcels.

Probably the worst delivery service in Canada, they are always late and inconsiderate, there wasn't one time they didn't lie about not having anyone at home to receive the package. Everyone works from home nowadays this excuse doesn't work anymore.

They don't communicate with receiver or shipper at all. My shipment returned because of $16 customs duty wasn't paid. Receiver didn't even notified. They returned my item and they charged $168.04 (4 times higher than what I paid for outbound) Still struggling with customer service numbers to fix this. Whoever did this I hope will burn in hell.

FedEx had my package that was supposed to be a next day delivery and kept saying that I didn’t pay customers even after I had paid it and still has my package. Very inconsiderate and wicked people. They have no human feelings and they say is sorry. I had bought this gift for someone’s graduation and till the moment I haven’t received it because the driver is busy delivering to more important people. FEDEX I WANT MY PACKAGE.

Very slow processing times. I've been here to pick up my parcel twice and both times I had to wait 15+ minutes because they can't find my parcel or its put somewhere they need to search for it. I seldomly give 1 star ratings but twice the experience is enough for me.

I just wanted to send my package to Bermuda and it’s in the custom cause these people didn’t attach the invoice to my package! It’s still at the custom and it’s been 8 months. Don’t even try FEDEX please!

Excellent service. Rep was helpful, with taking our order and giving us info on what items we could and couldn't ship, what size box to use, etc.
We were served right away. There is an area for packing. Rep double checked address info.
They take Amex.
(We ended up here because Staples couldn't process our FedEx order. Next time we will go directly to them.)
Tracking the package now. It seems to be on schedule so far!

Absolute worst fedex shipping ctr to deal with. Paid duties on two items the previous day. They ignored delivery instructions and didn't even update drivers that the duties had been paid for. Horribly disorganized and they make it so that you have no way of contacting the centre themselves.

Without FedEx my mail would not get on time. I had one night to deliver important package and they did it. I asked other companies and they were not helpful at all. Thank you!

Tried to drop off a package. Lineup was out the door and down the parking lot by about 20+ people. That seems a little excessive considering I just needed to drop off a pre-labelled package that wouldn’t fit into self service drop boxes.
They should offer a free pickup service, or open more drop-off only locations.

I had to travel all the way to this place, it cost me twice the amount of my prescription. All because your delivery driver could not press a door bell. No text or email to give customers prior notice before delivery, Drivers are quick to pass out "Sorry we missed you! " cards. Automate your service to notify your customers before your impatient drivers storm off. Added to this the scorching heat and cues outside the place just tops off how unprofessional this service is.

I'm here to pick up packages maybe once or twice a month. During the holiday season, it was extremely busy (as can be expected), but the staff worked hard and handled it well, even with all the covid protocols in place. These last few months (april-june) it looks like they've streamlined everything and I'm almost always very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the speed of the service and the cleanliness of the facility.

They still make you wait in line outside with little shade and it is a slow, inefficient process. Even if you have your labels and account number on your package, they ask you to fill out a carbon copy form. The staff should be proactive and provide you with the forms while you are in line outside the building. This carbon form should have been done away with in the 90s.

The center itself is good however their logistics behind the scene is poor. Just retiring from a logistics career this service will drive away customers. We were waiting for a delivery and stayed close to home to not miss the delivery. We found a door knocker on our front door that had no delivery date nor time completely blank and on the back a sticker with a pick up location in Mississauga at 403 and Dundas, we live in Etobicoke which is part of Toronto. It said the parcel would be available after 6 PM with no date. We drove to the location and it was closed at 6 PM. This was a Friday and everything was closed until Monday. We tried to reach customer service but it is a frustrating automated service from which we did not gain anything from. We later learned you have to keep saying i want to speak to a customer service rep and keep doing it. Eventually you will get a rep. Monday we drive all the way back to the location near the Oakville border. We find out our parcel is not there. The driver put the wrong pick up depot. We had to drive to the Dixie and Queensway depot. So after wasting about 3 hours of frustrating time a very unhappy wife with package in hand. Good luck using this company.your choice.

There is one delivery staff that refused to use the smart locker in our condo building for whatever reason and had a fight with the security and management office. Then this guy just left the parcels somewhere outside and they were all gone. Lots of people in our building have been suffering from losing parcels and Fedex didn't even care to help to solve it. It's still happening and no one receiving any parcel in our building by Fedex if this guy is on duty. The most ridiculous and unbearable customer service I've ever seen.

Fast service at center, the delivery guy will just try call once from unknown no, no attempt retry and no direct contact with delivery guy. Then have to go pick up the item or wait for about a week to reschedule delivery.

Although slightly out of sight (took one turn around to find it) service was quick and efficient. It might have been better if FedEx had delivered to my home as promised, but this was the fastest alternative and worked out fine.

Amazing customer service! Young lady was in training and despite some confusion on our end with the way a package was shipped to our business she was able to help with all my questions. Highly recommend visiting here very detail focused customer service!

Their online platform is the opposite of user friendly, glitches all the time (instead of saving time it costs more time and confusion), & the customer service teams have given me contradictory information about the status of an order over the last 24 hours.

Staff is useless. Go to Canada Post.

I wanted to mail 3 calendars to US. They made me fill out 1 duties form and 1 commercial invoice for each of the 3. Then they proceeded to check my form for 10min. Then they told me it will be $150 for 1 of the items. I cannot make this up - $450 to mail 3 desk calendars.
"Are you serious? " - me
"Yes, thats what the system shows, sir" - the guy who was training a young girl

I gave up, went to Canada Post. I spent less than 10min in Canada Post, they did not make me fill out anything and it cost $30 to ship all 3 items.

I was surprised to see how the boxes are weighed, almost like they weigh gold. I mean to say not the boxes are treated as gold, but even a gram of weight is worth the weight in dollars. No wonder FedEx have become a giant. The place I visited had not even changed its time in clock at the entrance after the day light savings

Small location in a secluded area along warehouses and truck parking/ storage area.
At times there can be queue outside as only two counters are operational.

FedEx customers in Oakville will have to drive all the way to this location to pick up their package if it wasn't delivered successfully. This is the closest FedEx "pickup point" (ie: a 40 minute drive each way). FedEx clearly doesn't care about their customers.

Sitting in my car in fron of the building-they are supposed to be open till 9pm on a Friday and I arrived at exactly 9 to receive a package, which should have been delivered to my door! The delivery driver disn't even bother to call just left a note. Now it is closed! Staff is moving around inside but making signs at me that is closed, not even willing to come and explain why they closed obviously early. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Better use DHL, UPS, Purolator, pigeon, ANYTHING! Now I have to wait until Monday! I would give 0 stars if I could.

The staff here is super friendly and prompt. There is ample parking in the area and i have never had issues picking up or dropping items at this location.

Even during this time of year, the ladies at the counter were all smiling and in goid spirits. Even going the extra mile with the smile to research any other packages in holding or refused and returned. Very helpful.

Terrible shipping company. This location is out of the way, and the customer service rep has the worst attitude. They're perplexed at the idea that sometimes the shipping address and name can be different from the ID of the person picking up because GUESS WHAT, nobody can pronounce my actual first name, and there's a reason billing addresses are often different than shipping addresses. No other shipping company has ever had a problem with this. The pickup slip and the phone number associated with the package (which if called, would reach my cell phone) was not sufficient to prove that the 2 skeins of yarn in an Amazon box was mine. There's policy, and there's basic common sense.
