I wish I could put a 0 star here. By far the WORST fedex delivery service I’ve ever seen. They never deliver, and never even leave a note. They make their pickup centre to call and drive all the way to other side of the town to pickup the parcels. I’m not sure what’s the purpose of this fedex delivery people.

FedEx didn’t even attempt delivery. Driver just retuned my box to depot and I had to figure out how to get across town to pick it up. Was told I requested it to be picked up but I was home waiting for the package.

Driver will attempt to deliver, but if they can’t get into the building they will directly bring it back to the FedEx facility and not attempt delivery another time. No note. And the holding period is only 5 days. Very frustrating as their facility is a 20 min drive (x2) from downtown London…

FedEx is always brutal ‍️ staff at the location are fine but I know for a fact the deliverers do the bare minimum even when you pay for direct shipping, they always somehow “missed you” even when you’re home all day. By the looks of all these reviews I’d say can the drivers and hire RELIABLE staff.

Never uses my buzzer, just always claims I’m not home. Every single FedEx express package. Every other courtier can figure out how to use a buzzer, why can’t you?

Edit: Yet another FedEx delivery where the driver just took off with no attempt to buzz and left a door tag right by the buzzer. At least they left a door tag this time? Lol
Even have FedEx delivery manager and made sure my buzzer number was attached to the package. Absolute trash service.

The fact that this is the only pickup spot for London is ridiculous. It is an hour round trip from North London to here. Fail!

Driver likely just drove by my building. No attempt made to deliver. Just told dispatch the door buzzer didn't work. We checked the buzzer, building managers DOUBLE checked the buzzer was working. No "Sorry we missed you" note.lazy driver couldn't be bothered to deliver. Obviously following the business model put forth by Purolator.

Emailed confirmation of delivery to front door. Go home to a note indicating a balance was outstanding due to duty/taxes - so item could not be delivered. I was never notified of this in advance and would have paid in advance to avoid this mess. I drive across the city to pickup the parcel. Im denied because my address on my drivers license did not match the destination (I just moved into a new build home). I am told to bring back an item with my name and address on it. The following Monday, I screenshot my Fedex tracking email with my name, email, address and item, and return to the store along with about 4 pieces of photo identification - thinking this should be more than sufficient evidence. Im told that anyone could have accessed that information with the 12 digit tracking number (would be a hell of a guess), and that it is not accepted. How could I have guessed the number, provided evidence of the delivery sent to my personal email with my name, tracking number and address?

My argument is that common sense needs to prevail; I have now provided an email confirmation, my email address with full name, tracking number, home address, credit card, and multiple photo IDs.

I still do not have the parcel.

A woman looking like some kind of day manager, who was with glasses. She came out and talking to the customers rudely, asking questions such as "did we call you? ! ", to the co worker to "take hers so that they can get her out of the way ". Felt weird and not comfortable.

To be honest, all staff (the lady and the gentleman working at front desk) are very friendly. I think most of 1 star reviews are about pickup option, I think this is not their fault because some shipper requires a signature. I wish FedEx can drop our package to the nearby office, It’s painful to drive like 25 mins to pick it up after work -_-

For whoever attempted to deliver every single piece of my packages, thank you for your most efforts, because it must be extremely hard for you to do a job that at least requires to know how to read. I've given every single detail in the delivery instruction to help you and you just can't even read numbers for a buzz code. You had one job, John, and you still fkd it up. Probably this guy has never been to school or smth, but you know what, this guy surprisingly knows how to write things on a notice card! Umm. I wonder where he learnt that.

You know what would be nice? If FedEx actually made an attempt at dropping off my package instead of slapping their missed delivery sticker on the door immediately after arriving to my building. But whatever, it's no big deal, because they have a pick-up center down the street from me. Do they leave my package there? No, I have to drive ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN to pick it up.

If you're going to make zero effort to deliver my stuff, can you at least drop it off at the FedEx terminal at the Staples literally 2 minutes down the road?

Useless, absolutely useless and it happens every time.

The line was long and slow moving. Eventually I was able to drop of a prepaid label return that did not need any processing.

Worst service. They don't even try to deliver, just leave a notice and leave. Don't leave package even in private secure building. They refuse to re-deliver because they say "Only shipper can request a reattempt. " leaving me to drive for 1 hour to pick up my package. I really hope sellers stop using Fedex.

The worst experience I've ever had with shipments.not only 1 occasion but also multiple times (almost every time). The drivers are not delivering packages. 99% just stick the sticker to doors and don't even bother themselves ringing the bell and 1% who ring the bell, don't bother themselves to deliver it to the unit door and just leave them in the lobby.

Every single FedEx delivery I’ve had they make any excuse to not drop it off and it ends back at the shipping facility. What’s the point of ordering something to my house when I have to drive over an hour to pick it up… if I could rate a 0 star I would

The Staff were fine but the Location is ridiculous. It's in the middle of nowhere on Exeter Road (worst possible locations). There's no Public Transportation to this location. They have Depots around the City and by my Postal Code they should have taken my small package to the Staples Depot. If I had to cab to pick up something I bought, it would just make my parcel more expensive. They didn't make a couple of attempts to deliver to my place. They didn't even attempt to drop it off at my place. I guess it's how they do business. It was horribly inconvenient.
