Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer leaves a number to call that leads to only having a robot speak to me. With nothing being able to be done. I hope to never have to deal with Fedex ever again. I do not know what the people at the center are like but dealing with trying to get a hold of them has left me never wanting to deal with them again.

Do not use FedEx Canada for personal international shipments.
Received an unsolicited package (granted Christmas presents from Grandma) that were clearly labelled "GIFT. " Then received a bill from FedEx Canada demanding payment. Not just the $25 that they inexplicably paid in duties on a gift, but $75 in fees for negotiating the duty that should have never been paid.

And it gets even better. They sent the bill with payment demand after the terms (which they also set) for arguing about charges (based on the date they pad the duty) had long past.

The company has been unresponsive to inquiries and has just continued to send automated bills, threatening to send the matter to collection.

Needs to say, Grandma now knows to no longer use the shylarks at FedEx Canada.

FedEx website says that are FedEx office expert would package my item for me, however, when I arrived on site, they refused to provide the service. If the service is not available it should not be advertised on the website. I drove almost half an hour to get here to have my time wasted.

FedEx Canada is racist, I unfortunately shipped my S22 Ultra to Samsung to be fixed and FedEx Canada refuses to return my device because I guess black people can't afford to buy phones.

In short: not good.
I work in the customer service field and one of the principal tenets for happy clients is that you provide what you promise. Does Fedex deliver packages? Yes. Does it deliver when it says it will. Regrettably not.
Example: I was emailed that my delivery would happen on a Monday before noon. I cleared my schedule in consequence. Then Fedex tried to deliver on the preceding Sunday instead. Delivering early is just as bad as delivering late: it's not your service promise. When client expect a specific date and time slot, that's when you deliver.
The note left on the door was that they would try again on the promised Monday before 5PM. That didn't happen either. The result is that I must now pick it up. 25 kilometers away!
Give me a call Fedex: I can fix your customer service issues and I guarantee that my rates are much cheaper than what it is costing you in lost business from dissatisfied clients.

Was not overly impressed that I had to go all the way out there to ship a computer as they wouldn't take at a local fedex. However, the staff at at this location were super friendly and I forgot all about being annoyed!

Ridiculous. I've been waiting for a package for almost a week from my work (which is the federal government) and am told that FedEx can't enter a building without a buzzer code and I mentioned we don't have one because our building is open. When the person called me and asked about that, there didn't seem to be an issue. Wait a whole day at home to call after 8pm to be told they can't enter without a buzzer number (it's their policy). Yet the first time they tried the driver would have entered the building to give me the door tag on my door. So I have to wait another day for FedEx to bring me my package. There's nothing anywhere that says that's their policy and when I spoke to the first person that CALLED ME, she never said anything about drivers not being allowed to enter the building. Completely ridiculous and I will definitely tell my director to not use FedEx for governor deliveries anymore. Hope they enjoy losing business.

Location is good and employees friendly, however for a multi-billion dollar company would expect a cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing (fresh paint, better lighting, etc) environment. Note: I didn’t take pictures as the room is small, and out of respect for employees and fellow customers.

Rude service. Went to get a package, had my legal ID which they must accept (passport) but they said they needed only a drivers license, after an argument and pointing out to them that a passport was a legal photo id they gave me my package but it was a headache

Missed first delivery attempt and received notification slip that instructed the package would be available for pickup after 2PM that same day as they would not attempt any further deliveries. Went to depot facility near the airport the next morning, because I was lucky enough to get a ride, which takes 30 minutes from the east end, only to be told my package was still in transit on the truck. They expected me to return to this inconvenient location either the next day or at the beginning of next week. They also told me it wasn't possible to arrange to send to an alternate address in the event that you can't be home. I work and don't have a vehicle and can't always rely on a ride, so obviously, going back is not an option. They should at least have retail locations in one's own area, so that someone can collect their package without these kinds of hassles or commutes.

Non-delivery notice left at door. I was at home and door bell was not used. It was functional. Note said this was final delivery and item would be returned to sender if I did not call and make other arrangements. Called the 1 800 number. Discovered that it was final delivery because Fedex only makes one delivery -charming. Told to pick up my package at the centre. Arrived to find that it was still on the truck. It was a stormy day and I did not want to be out. Extremely poor service. Someone needs to take control of delivers.
Less than 1 star for service.

Package NOT delivered on time, no reason for the delay and no answers from anyone how are you still in business?

There are SO many better options out there its a shame the vendor used your service.

Lazy. Use another company. Never came to the door, never called. Just said that they were unable to collect payment. 3 of us are home all day everyday. Now we have to drive to the airport location (20 mins both ways) Paid a fortune to have the package delivered TO THE HOUSE.

Good service. The sender sent a parcel to me in my old address. I called FedEx and asked to hold my parcel to shipment centre, however, the parcel was already been picked up by delivery driver. It was returned to shipment centre at the end of the day and was ready for pick up next day. I picked the parcel up from the shipment centre. The customer care at the centre was well maintained for pandemic precaution. Another good thing- parking is FREE

Called ahead to say I would pick up my package in the morning, they confirmed.
Came here, and have been standing in the store for the last 2hs and still no signs of my package, and they dont have a time.plus, the agent said, nobody is paid to search for my package in the back, that someone else is stopping their job to find my package!

Driver said business closed. It was a Staples fed ex affiliat that was open. Guess leaving work early for new years was more important.

I've been there twice this month and times the service was tense kind of rude. Plus they told me I couldn't insure up to $5000 but I did at another location

FedEx est l’un de compagnie que j’ai eu l’occasion d’utiliser leur service pour la première fois mais ça sera la dernière.
Ma femme envoie un téléphone depuis le Canada, le téléphone arrive à bon port 5 jours plu tard en Égypte, mais le calvaire commence a partir le téléphone a atterri en Égypte.

Premièrement FedEx en Égypte me contact pas, je le contact la même journée il m’envoie un sms de confirmation, j’envoie les documents nécessaires le 7 juillet 2020. J’attend leur réponse, aucune mis à jours, je leur contact le 09 juillet 2020, il me demande d’aller à l’aéroport pour régulariser les documents que j’ai envoyé.

Je trouve bizarre cet histoire mais je me déplace bien que l’aéroport est loin est que je dois assurer mes frais de déplacement.

1er jours à l’aéroport à ma grande surprise on me dis qu’il ont reçu mes document le 10 juillet pas le 7 juillet or que j’avais envoyé le 7 juillet, donc il me demande de repartir et d’attendre la journée d’après.

On me contact la journée d’après pour me dire que le processus ont commencé pour le dédouanement et que je pourrais aller chercher le papier qui autorise l’utilisation du téléphone dans le pays, les chose ne s’accélère pas.

2ème jour de déplacement je demande le document en question moi même, il me disent qu’il y’a eu erreur de leur part et que le dédouanement a retardé et qu’il s’excuse.
Trop irrité par le manque de professionnalisme je repart chez moi après une perte sur mes frais de déplacement.

3ème jour on me donne le papier le 13 juillet avec des reçu écrite à la main pour le service de dédouanement pour présenter au service NTRA télécommunications pour prendre l’autorisation.
Et la bas on que FedEx a écrite à la main tous ces informations et que je dois repartir voir FedEx pour leur demander des documents numérisé et tamponner, très fatigué de ce manque de professionnalisme de deux côté, j’ai pris une décision de faire repartir le colis et que FedEx nous rembourse et nous dédommage pour son manque de service.
