Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have an issue I need a real person's help with and because I don't have a "tracking number" the automated thing won't even transfer.so I'm left irritated and have received ZERO help

I went there without a tracking number and the lady behind the counter did everything to find my package. She ran all over that warehouse.

Package was not delivered because “charges were owed” that were paid but not double checked. Came to this location after 6 as stated just to get told “it’s too far in the bin, we can’t get it for you”. Great service

Not the locations fault but the fed ex phone line is the worst thing to ever exist. Never call them

Judy called me after my package was dropped off at the wrong house (my complex is very confusing, not the drivers fault!) and she worked with me to find a solution. She was very attentive and gave me her direct line to make it easier to reach her when she left me a message. She was very polite and went above and beyond with her service! I hope this reaches her management team because she is AMAZING at her job!

I wish I didn't have to go there, they could've just left the package at the door and taken a picture to prove.

Without fail, every FED EX ground shipment destined for Bracebridge gets delayed in Barrie, regardless of how far away it’s coming from.
Apparently they broker the delivery to an outside carrier, and that carrier drops the ball.
Three shipments in a few months, and now another that arrived in Barrie two days ago is still sitting with no ETA.
Could have driven down to pick it up, but FED EX won’t connect customers to the outside carrier.
So no way to retrieve packages without lengthy phone battles to light a fire.
I think these carriers forget that many of us work in the transportation industry.
There is no excuse for this level of poor customer service and lack of communication.
If there’s an option, avoid using fed ex if you live north of Barrie.

Nobody answers the phone since one number serves the whole company. Guess I'll have to drive there in order to speak to someone. Nice.

See the trend? Our package was shipped from Guelph to Vaughn where we live close by, figured there's no WAY it could take another day. Woke up to a notification that our package is now in Barrie, an hour north of us! Can't make this stuff up folks. No wonder everyone is buying from Amazon now. This will be the last time I use FedEx.

**Update, finally got here. This is how FedEx proudly takes care of your packages. Completely crushed and torn apart on 3 sides. Driver didn't care one bit.

Lied and said my MEDICATION was delivered when it wasn't causing me to run out. Gross how they could lie like that.

Horrible fukn service, refuse to seve ppl just cause they have a medical condition thats just ignorent and the lady was unprofessional and ignorent why work for a company if ur gonna be ignorent like that

Highly do not recommend this place. There work unprofessional people, who did not understand from 4 times repeated that need to send papers with signature required, and still does not mark for signature request. Management is useless, covers their employees and employer can’t even answer why didn’t she mark signature required. Will never return to this place and overall use fedex. Their couriers are also unprofessional, who breaks company’s rules and delivers registered mail to businesses without signature.

Do not use this service as they totally incompetent. The driver doesn't know how to ring a doorbell so knocks on the door and gives you 30sec to answer before driving away. The delivery of the package I am expecting was delayed three times and then they employed a total useless driver to deliver.

Good protocols for the new virus but it did create a wait outside because it was busy at the time

Missed collecting a package so had to go to the center to collect it. The staff was friendly and helped me get out in no time.

FedEx Ship Centre is always on time, in my experience they have actually been very responsive and punctual to there scheduled delivery. At most it earlier than expected which is at most very acceptable. But if you should happen to miss a scheduled delivery FedEx is so user friendly and convenient all you do is call the Ship Cetre with your personal information and tracking number and the take great care of you and your corresponding parcels.

Amazing service! Not only did they make an exception to leave my package at my doorstep but they also wrapped it in plastic to keep it from getting wet! They were kind and funny and very human! Amazing service and incredible people!

I received excellent service here today. I beleive the name was Chris and he solved a postal code issue for me.

Unbelievablly rude lady at counter after the door tag I brought wasn't properly associated with the parcel sitting right behind the desk. How that's my fault is beyond me.

I'll be closing my corporate FedEx account tomorrow. Screw this company. Ups will at least treat you with dignity.

Always great staff and usually in and out pretty quickly. Amble front row parking that is close to the door to easily carry large boxes or items in. Tucked down a side street so if you are newer to Barrie it is a little off the beaten path.

Fast counter service. Friendly people, it's a pleasure using FedEx for shipping. Their billing dept however could use some improvement. We were billed twice for the same shipment.

The service staff both in the depot and over the phone are friendly and knowledgeable which was very much appreciated. Their business to business and LTL services are also hard to fault. However their home delivery of parcels is decidedly subpar. The last three parcels we've had "delivered" by Fedex in Barrie have all not been delivered. Someone waits at home all day for the package but the driver, rather than buzzing the apartment number listed on the package, leaves a slip and takes the package to the depot. This requires a drive to the depot, which unlike for Canada post, Purolator and UPS, is not local. While the in depot experience is generally good I don't think we should have to visit it as often as we do. The Fedex tracking is also poor, compared to other couriers, and each time they have told the vendor that we requested the package be taken to the depot rather than delivered; which is untrue and appears to be an effort to mislead the vendors and hide persistent service issues. The depot hours are also worse than those of the big name competition.

Constantly changing rules. Everytime I go it's something different. Blows my mind! I've never experienced such inconsistency at any other FedEx.
