Worst customer service. Employees are rude and misbehave with customers. Not being a racist, but Indians should learn some manners. Their service is also the worst, all the customers visited their office went back home because their parcels were delayed and the their representative were making funny excuses like driver took wrong route etc.

After experiencing, I can say that why FedEx have so much negative rating especially this office. They need to change the management and teach them some manners first.

I am so disappointed with FedEx services. It's been one week since I received my package to FedEx they did not deliver that package till now. I went to the store yesterday to ask, they said they will be delivering today. But they did not. It is showing out for delivery and by the end of the day it is again going to in transit status. It happened from the past week. I am so disappointed. The worst delivery service.

While the phone-based costumer service was inaccessible (I had tried unsuccessfully to get a hold of anyone over the phone ahead of my package being delivered but was constantly rerouted to an automated service or disconnection), the delivery representative who came to my door (George B.) was stellar! Thoughtful, patient, and solution-oriented to help me connect my account properly with the package. George is a HUGE positive representative for FedEx out on the delivery route. George made my day! Thank you.

Worst delivery service possible. I had payed for the 1-2 day service and everything seemed fine until the day of delivery when I was notified it would be delayed until next day. Next day I get a notification saying it will be delayed once again. I called spoke with customer service who told me my package was out to some other facility and would be delayed. I asked if I could pick up my package as it was time sensitive and I was told I'd have to wait for a call or email but no guarantees as to when it will be ready for pick up. I've had faster delivery from the US than my own province yet alone same city. Absolutely the worst delivery service I've ever seen.

Fedex service is getting worse day by day. Their driver now don't care about anything. I had to travel 22 kms to get my package. I had to call them to know about my package cz driver put useless doortags. Worst service.

Even looking for a smaller star than one star because the delivery service is utter worst why because I didn't get my package delivered after five days it's out for delivery then I spoke to an agent in the whole company he did the best because he reacted immediately to find what happen for him it's five stars. For the company delivery service team, it's a big zero because they didn't acknowledge the issue at least. Yet I will not use this service anymore for the international courier, and I will recommend 10 of my friends not to use this.

Astounded how poor the service is. Things can be sent across the world overnight, then will spend 3 days sitting here despite paying for overnight. Multiple times with this happening. This is where packages go to die.

The worst experience ever! I had a 3 packages shipment,
First >>> it was delayed due to weather conditions from Friday 23/12 to Monday 26/12, so I called them on Friday and request a hold on them to pickup on Saturday 24/12 they told me ok they will be available and you can do it, and make sure the 3 packages will be hold to pickup and they confirm that. On Saturday morning I got 2 packages delivered!
Second >>> The last one was held in one of the delivery cars, waiting for it to be delivered to Cambridge branch so that I could go and pick it up! I called them and they told me it will be available by the end of the day, just wait our confirmation email! I didn’t receive any email or SMS, I called them again and said to me you can pick it up on Monday it will be available.
Third >>> I waited until Monday and called them to make sure the package was in the branch. They told me that all branches are closed on Monday and Tuesday, so you can't pick it up!

• 3 different agents I called them and gave me wrong information! They didn’t know when the branches will be closed or open!
• The first agent told me she will request a hold to 3 packages, but she held only one!
• You have the worst SMS service! You can change it on holidays to give the right dates of delivery!

Have had my package for the last 3 days sitting in cambridge. They won’t let me come pick it up, but they also won’t deliver it. Saying “mam it’s in a box”.
ya they’re all in boxes. Maybe you guys should be delivering them? Or updating people when you are going to deliver them? It was supposed to show up on the 29th, then the 30th and today is now the 2nd.the tracking website says it will be delivered today but after speaking with customer service they stated that is not likely.

I always dread having packages delivered by these people because they just can't be arsed to do their jobs I guess. Why call yourselves a "ship centre" if you never bother to deliver anything I order online to my address, and make me have to go pick it up anyways; and in the most inconvenient location possible too? The only thing they deliver is disappointment.

Id rate this location 0 stars if I could. No delivery attempt, they just changed the status to ready for pickup when no request for hold was sent. Request for a delivery went through, next day they just changed it back to held for pickup.

I week ago (Nov 10) I shipped some docs to US with Fedex. I was a bit nervous about my docs getting lost. The employees at the Barnes location where very helpful & friendly. My docs arrived at the estimated time. My passport was delivered today (Nov17) from US to my house with no delays. A few months ago I had a very bad experience with another shipper (not going to mention the name of the Co), lost my doc, it has been six months. I was told to file a claim, nothing has been done. No customer service or accountability. For this reason FedEx deserves 5 Stars. I'm only rating 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. Setting up an account w/ FedEx was easy, I wasn't sure about things I wish it was easy to talk to a real person.

The worst shipping experience ever. If I paid attention and realized Apple was shipping with FedEx, I would have just gone to the Apple Store to pick up my order instead. I had to reroute my package and it took them roughly 3 weeks to get it right. Also their customer service is another country and usually can't provide solutions for you. If you value your time and sanity, ship with somebody else!

Horrible customer service. No person to person connection. If you have question that the automated assistant isn’t prepared to answer you are SOL. Even chat is unavailable. Perfect example of a company that thinks it is better than its customers. Not only am I done with FedEx, I will find different suppliers if this is their chosen courier. Who need the hassle?

The worst shipping company you can deal with, I have to travel 150km to pick up my package because they will not deliver it. To send it to one of the 20 closer shipcenters they want to charge 20$. I paid 60$ for shipping to have to travel 150km.
NEVER will I ever even consider FedEx for anything. Worst company in existence.

Packages from different cities get sent to here for pickup as if they believe this is the closest location. Nope. I'm 10 minutes away from FedEx Ship Centre and packages are still dropped off here 50/50.

Can't provide 0 star so 1 star.
Be ready to wait for at least 2 days (extra) from promised delivery date and few phone calls to get your shipment.
System provides updates which will be changed every time. Keep screen shot of updates other wise nobody will listen.

Worst FedEx location ever! Unpleasant, unprofessional and beyond unorganized. Had a package on hold for pick up here. This was my second attempt to pick it up. The employee disappeared for 15 mins and came to tell me they couldn't find my 2000$ package because the driver just threw in a "random" bin and they can't locate it, but I can wait for a delivery attempt to be made tomorrow and hope they find it. Needless to say I made him aware that I was not leaving as they did the same BS yesterday. After about 25 mins of waiting a helpful female took five mins to locate my package. I will be avoiding this location at all cost moving forward.

Both front desk staff were friendly and engaging. They were, however, busy and I was asked to wait while they processed incoming parcels to meet a deadline. A much longer wait than when I have been at other delivery places. Oh, and I never was able to get through on the phone to an actual person, so I just gave up and went there.

Extremely horrible service. They keep saying my package is out for delivery and no one is bothering to even show up to my address because I live in a apartment building. I even stuck my buzzer number in the window in the lobby. I’ve called multiple times to make sure my package was at this centre just to show up and them tell me that its out for delivery again when I made sure to tell them that I will pick it up. I wasted a hour of my time and gas to get there as well. These people play games and its not right.

Courier left a tag on the front door of my apartment building with the description "not on buzzer". I know this is a straight up lie because the buzzer is tied to my cell phone which has nothing in the call history for the entire day. Package got taken back to this facility which is over an hour round trip if I wanted to go get it.

Still waiting to see if my package gets delivered tomorrow. It blows my mind that the courier fails their one task of delivering a package.

I have phoned several times to a main hub for my package to be delivered. No attempt has ever been made, it has never left the Cambridge warehouse. Duties were paid by 9: 00 am of delivery date. 1: 30 hour drive out of my way. This is the third time I've had to do this in the last 9 months. The facility is poorly managed.

Zero stars would be more appropriate, they have kept my package for days and it was very important for me to receive this package on time, I paid over $60 to receive it on time, I called them and they say they don’t know when it would deliver because they had a Covid breakdown, it’s non of customers business if you had a Covid breakdown if you’re gonna charge people almost a hundred dollars for a 5 day delivery then make sure to have extra uninfected carriers to deliver the packages! These people are greedy and will steal your money and lie about how fast you’d get your package. Do not trust them.

Trying to get Fedex to deliver anything is a disaster. I tried to pay duties, but apparently their systems bounced my payment, and they didn't notify me until the day of delivery. On the day of delivery, apparently the driver drove up to my door, and did not deliver the package because of this, and now my package is in limbo.

Do not use Fedex. For a delivery company, Fedex does anything but.

FedEx is the worst! I know these drivers are trying to save time on their routes by not actually knocking at doors or ringing doorbells to get payment and just slapping a pick up notice on the door. I would have gladly paid the import fee with my credit card at the door but nooooooooo. Whoever the driver was that day didnt have time for that. Now I have find time to drive across town to pick up my package. Horrible.

I have to say, my very sensitive biological medicine was delayed and Kira and Mohammed went above and beyond and delivered my meds to me personally so I wouldn't have to do without or wait!
I commend these 2 employees and they need to be recognized for their commitment to the customer!

These drivers only care about meeting their quotas.they didn’t knock on the door, slapped a door tag on, even though me and all my roommates were home.and then marked the package as delivered, even though it was clearly not delivered.the package was supposed to be here saturday, but i just received a call saying it’ll be here tomorrow, probably.but the customer service representative said he can’t guarantee it.super disappointed

My package was scheduled for delivery 2 weeks, since then I have only received "not scheduled for delivery" updates. Any number I call is simply an automated recording telling me the same thing over and over.

* update package was sent back to the shipper because they were "unable to deliver", when they didn't even attempt any deliveries. FedEx is trash and I wish companies would stop using them

Well, of course, this Christmas Holiday period has now become a nightmare experience for anyone involved in online shopping and delivery, and Fedex is no exception. I finally gave up waiting for my package to be delivered in early December and collected it myself. I don't blame Fedex, they just can't keep up with the demand. I was served by polite, helpful people run off their feet trying to manage an impossible situation.

There was a first timers mistake of mine that had surprise unknown fees for my turntables that I ordered from Japan with free shipping, thanks due to customs it turns out that I am now aware of such additional fees.

If I was unable to come up with the $37.00 to complete my parcel delivery, they were willing to extend the time before sending it back to Japan.

Thanks for the offer, that was a huge stress reliever.

No proper communication from the FedEx team. I had to travel all the way to the store house go pick my order. Delivery person always gives a wrong tag without delivering the product. I have to spend 70$ to get my pickup.

I use FedEx often and I've never had an issue with the company or this location. Seems pretty well managed and the staff have always been helpful. Definitely blows other logistics companies out of the water (looking at you, Purolator).

Having worked here I'm not surprised by the reviews with the way management runs the place and that couriers load their own trucks (which could run 3 hours long) which is the only place I know that does this it's no surprise service is poor as drivers start driving so late into their shift.

I know some will say any (courier) company provides poor service though i can't say any courier company has "attempted delivery" like FedEx and Canada Post has while UPS and Amazon have no problem with delivery. Because of my experiences if I notice Fedex is the shipper for something I want to order I'll have to graciously decline to purchase or discuss alternative options just as I do for Canada Post (Flex Delivery) unless absolutely necessary. On another note my Amazon Prime subscription has made other courier companies nearly irrelevant as I am happy with my 2 day shipping with ALL orders delivered.

My experience with this centre has put me off ever using Fedex again. They are just completely unreliable. They tell you they'll do something, and then they don't follow through with it.

I was expecting a package for a certain date, and when it became days late, I contacted both Fedex customer service representatives on the phone and employees at the Fedex Ship Centre in Cambridge. They all told me that my package would be on a truck and sent to me "that day. " That day would come and go, and yet no package would be left at my residence. I would call the next day, lodge a complaint, be "assured" that my package would be put on a truck for delivery the next day but, lo and behold, no package would arrive that day either. On and on this went. It was just totally unprofessional behaviour.

They also have a totally uncoordinated communications system. Despite being told that my package was on a truck and that it would be delivered to me, I still kept getting texts telling me to come to the Fedex Ship Centre in Cambridge to pick it up.

I paid their fee and got terrible service in return. Never going back.

They delayed my package 3 times, then I asked them to hold it at the location for pick up then they proceed to load it on a contractor truck for delivery and tell me they don't gaurantee its delivery today. When I needed it today Oct 2nd. Now that I've been hung up on twice and disrespected 4 times this whole company is trash do not give them money. Use Purolator!
I'd rather have to walk the country to pick up my package and risk death before using fedex ever again their service is trash!

This Fedex is the most terrible in the world. They never came to my house, and they always said that they could not delivery because of customer's absent. If my order is delivered by Fedex, it never happens that I receive my parcel. They are absolutely rude, uneducated, and unprofessional. I hope none of my parcel is delivered by Fedex.

I have yet to have a good experience with Fedex. This is my third delivery through this company, and my third horrible experience. Customer service is a joke. The final straw story: I had an item shipped by Fedex to my home address. I live in a condo building with no buzzer code, I tried to update this online and the feature was "unavailable". So, I called and was transferred with no answer. I called again and expressed that I had no buzzer code and asked if I could authorize them to leave it in the lobby. They said no problem. 4 days passed and no delivery, so I checked my tracking again and it still said that there was an "unresolved issue" still. I called AGAIN. Now, she said that my package was sitting there with no instructions (they didn't think to call and ask either?). She informed me that there was no documentation of the request I had put through days ago, and she had "no idea", with no further elaboration to help. I again asked if they could leave it in the lobby, and the response to that was "the drivers are dramatic and don't like to do that". I was then told to pick up at a Staples location near myself. When asking questions such as "will this update on my tracking so I know when to pick it up? " the only answers I got were "I actually don't know". I asked if she knew when I could pick it up then, she said "I actually don't know". I called CUSTOMER SERVICE to receive SERVICE, but got ZERO answers and ZERO help. VERY unprofessional. Now "I actually don't know" if I will be getting my package. I can only hope.

A month late. My package was stuck 3 km away from me for a month and they wouldn't let me get it myself. Then they priority posted a cord that had fallen out of the box somehow during that month.

No wonder FedEx left Tom Hanks on an island for years. Idiots.

I wish to give them 0 if possible. One of the worst courier service provider. More than 3 times, they emphasized to collect your shipment from their location which is far away from my home. It is very frustrating. They not even call the recipient if they face any issue at your location just put the label for pick-up. Just try to avoid it's service.

I've been watching my package status online for over a week and it continues to reset each day with promised delivery for the next day. I've paid all import fees already. Today I was told by FedEx Customer Service the package was sitting idle at this location so I went to pick it up. Surprise, surprise, it was not there. They were "kind of sure" it was on a truck to be delivered today, but couldn't reach the driver and promised to call back with confirmation it was on the way. No one called. Nothing delivered. And another day it sits in the queue, somewhere in Cambridge (or not) with no one at FedEx able to tell me where it is or how I can get it. I can't believe I paid 60 GBP for this abysmal level of service!

Just got off the phone with customer service while they filibustered for 5 minutes telling me how busy they are and they just don't have time to deliver it. Complete joke. The fed ex ship centre is fine and well organized. Don't go without your tracking number if you're picking up. My issue is with the fact that I had to drive to another city to pick up my item after receiving a number of garbled phone calls that I honestly thought were a scam. I don't know why I didn't get an email. Wait times for phoning were unacceptably long and the website helper didn't do anything but regurgitate unhelpful stock questions before directing me to the phone. I suggest using an alternate shipper. So a 5 for the people working at the actual site and a 1 for the rest.

Package was on truck to be delivered Friday at 10 am.at 2 pm it was on hold for unable to collect payment.called fed ex cleared up payment, was promised it would be delivered today but now it says "ready for reciepient pickup" called fed ex again and was told its probably being delivered.edit: they did manage to get it in a vehicle and delivered moments ago.

This 5 star rating is specifically for Christine who works at FedEx on Barnes Rd. She went above and beyond for me to make sure I got my package before Christmas Day when delivery kept failing several times to get to me in Brantford. She never stopped tracking my package and went out of her way to deliver my package herself! Never have I received such amazing customer service from a postal company in my life. Christine, I hope you get to read this. I am truly so thankful for all you did for me! 2020 has been crazy but you helped make it end on a high note! Thank you so much:)

Similar to other reviewers, not really sure what's going on here! I'd ordered a package from California, and paid about $30 in shipping on Black Friday. Package was to be delivered on Dec 16/20, I called FedEx on Dec 14/20 to pay duties and taxes over the phone and recieved payment confirmation. FedEx then calls me on Dec 16 to say that my package is being held at this location. I made a total of 4 calls to FedEx customer service in the days leading up to this review inquiring about why my package was being held instead of delivered (turns out they didn't update that I had paid duties ahead of time). I also made several requests to have my package delivered to my parents' residence in Guelph given that I had paid to have it shipped there, and was repeatedly told it would be delivered there. I arrived home from Eastern Ontario Christmas, and still no package. Today (Christmas Eve) I drove 30 mins each way, using time that I could have spent with family and using gas, and finally got my package! Staff at this location and over the phone were all pleasant, but clearly their is no communication going on within this organization.

I have been waiting for a very important order that FedEx has at it's facility and I keep receiving notices "delivery will be today"! This has been ongoing for a week. FedEx is the worst services anyone could retain to send anything through it's system. I've called many times and get the same report, "we'll look into it. " When will consumers refuse to hire this incompetent neglectful company. It ranks the worst delivery services besides DHL! I gave 1 star, because they actually answered the phone?

For the third time in a row, they've only attempted delivery once to issue a final delivery notice. For a delivery service I paid for, I expect them to at least have a second delivery attempt, rather than having to pay commuting cost of a 30 minute trip to their pick up location.

Finally I got around to calling the fed ex facility and the woman was super nice! She told me I could come pick it up at any time and the wait wasn’t bad! Thanks

TERRIBLE. Did not make a delivery attempt, I know because I was home all day waiting. Didn't bother to try again and sent my package to a pick-up location. With the way management runs the place it's no surprise service is poor. I know someone will say the same thing for any (courier) company though i can't say any private courier company has given me the hassle like Fedex has. If/when i ever need express shipping Fedex will definitely definitely not be considered.
