Not happy going there to pick up items. Unpaved road with lots of potholes. It’s a depressing place.

I ordered a quilt from Bed Bath and Beyond. It was coming from California via Fed Ex.the tracking continued all through the US trip up to Buffalo and then was transferred to Canadian Fed ex. It took a few stops and ended at the destination depot in Belleville at 5: 07a.m. On Nov 9,2022. Then apparently it disappeared into thin air. It was never delivered, the staff could not find it. The customer service was not helpful at all just said go back to the seller. They offered no explanation as the the vanishing of my parcel. This is totally unacceptable to me but I have no recourse as to their thievery and I am out $200.00. They offered no compensation what so ever. Very poor service. DO NOT USE FED EX EVER.

FedEx Driver Complaint

My home receives deliveries from carriers including UPS and Purlator. However, the Belleville, Ontario FedEx driver Mark, from the Belleville shipment centre refuses.
That’s his prerogative. Yesterday he called me on his cell, telling me he won’t drive to my home. He yells and talks without interruption; stating the lane in unmaintained. I was shocked at the behaviour and language. I attempted to interact with him for a solution; maybe meet him or deliver to an alternative location. He hung up!

The FedEx driver Mark, is a disgrace to the great name and service standards of FedEx.

In order for me to get the important package I needed. I had to leave my business commitments drive three hours to the FedEx shipping centre in Belleville to pick up the document. I was met by a similarly aggressive rude young lady attendant, it seems “birds of a feather flock together”.

Over many decades my business has used FedEx, that no longer is likely to be the case, unless these employees apologize, they do not reflect the superb and long-standing excellent service that I have experienced over the last couple of decades I hope the senior management who are responsible for these two employees take a very close look at the impact that they are having on their Belleville business and take appropriate actions to protect their business and their reputation.

For the record.
My home is on an unpaved lane, there are three full time all season homes.
This road is maintained all year. Compliant with 911 access. Meets insurance requirements. Every day all year round, regular cars (Not All Wheel Drive) use this lane, propane suppliers, contractors, Hydro One and of course emergency services, not excluding Purlator and UPS, all drive on it all seasons.

Terrible customer service. They do not try to help the disabled people at all. I called to have my nephew pick up a lift recliner I ordered and I was the only one that could get it even though I am disabled. I asked them to deliver it and was told that the request would be put in and they didn't know if it would be delivered. So now I have a recliner I paid 1200 for somewhere out there and not in my possession. Awful service.

Thanks for the lovely package. I hope it was better if I hadn't ordered. You guys really know how to do your job. Great job guys. Keep it up

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. My packages were sent out and recieved on time and the rates were affordable.

I pick up my Medications and other things here since Covid became part of our daily lives. They have been nothing but professional and well majored every single time I have come in, even if I was missing the slip, they still helped me leave with my item.

Complete incompetence when asked to enter an apartment building. Address, buzzer code and unit number provided and still made 3 attempts failing to enter the building and/or let me know that they were down there. Made me drive to pick it up anyway, I may as well have gone to the store in Toronto to buy it. Totally bizarre experience.

FedEx repeatedly delivers my parcels to other properties no where near mine. People getting my packages have found me on Facebook to get my deliveries to me. When called about this fedex has been very rude. There’s no follow up. My last delivery disappeared completely. The driver says he came to my house but people were home and we have cameras. He lied and no one followed up. Horrible horrible delivery service.

Does FedEx Center is a good place to take all your Parcels in shipments. The people are very friendly very knowledgeable and very courteous. We found the rates here are the same as any FedEx office a little pricey but again they get the job done. There is ample parking and you won't be congested as feeling overpopulated.

Paid for express shipping. Three days in a row I was told I’d get my package by the end of the day. 2 of the days they delayed for weather while the weather was perfectly fine. Today it’s delayed because “delivery was not attempted”. Lazy workers, every excuse not to deliver. I’ll be filing a complaint and getting my money back. If I knew they’d be this bad at their jobs I would just drive to Belleville and pick the damn thing up myself. What a joke.

I have asked to sign for release to leave items at door through them and shipper and every time they never leave at my door and you can't specify time of day that works best maybe consider we don't all have cats to get to your depot that has no business service near it and frankly I'm not paying shipping fees to be inconvenienced over and over again, worse than post because you womteave in community mailboxes. If you can make it into my lobby to leave a tag, which is rare btw, you can make it to my apt door k thanks.
