Feds Used Books

Selection is pretty hit-or-miss. But you can search online before you go in. Service has always been friendly and efficient.

Be cautious when using the Feds Used Bookstore. You must stay on top on when your book sells as they have no ability to send you an email notification when your book has sold. Although my book sold, failure to monitor my account resulted in a loss of 70$ which I attempted to claim at a later date. I was told that the "fiscal year had passed and regrettably nothing could be done". As simple as that! It's an easy profiteering scheme for FEDS. For a student association, FEDS does relatively little when compared to other major universities & what services they do provide students do not always serve students' best interests.

Horrible customer service, overpriced books. The place is quiet nice. But trying to get to it is an inconvenience.

It's an amazing place to get discounted books and has the best consignment rates I've ever seen

The service here is okay. I sold one of my books here and they lost the book and did not reimburse me for the cost. Go here at the begining of the term if you want to buy and sell at the end of the term

Store does not have the BEST organization but if you know what you're looking for you can find it using the shelf labels. The staff were happy to help anyone who needed it.

For used books, prices could be lower. Store is well run, tidy and easily navigatable. Books can be found with only some slight difficulty.

Important to support. Hard to when there's not a certainty that the books will sell. Often end up selling them myself. But got a nice deal when I was in first year

Very useful if you can find the textbook you need; sometimes that can be hard. You more often find older editions.

The best place to get used textbooks for your courses as well as sell your old ones. The store gives you a fair price for the book once it is sold as it is a commission based store. For those buying books you can find good conditions books for your courses at noticeably less then buying them new.

Rules for the sale of books were clearly explained to me and they helped finding books as well.

Very useful if you wanna buy course books for a low price but not all course books are available.
