It was a nice surprise for Sara, however for $77 thought it would be a bigger bunch of flowers.

I live in Alberta, I always use fellows to send gifts to my mom, we are never disappointed. Service is always excellent and the gifts or bouquet are always beautiful

She loved it and sent me a photo.
Just as I had ordered. It was lovely and I will be sure to use you again.
I have been disappointed in the past by other florists so, nice to find a place that actually tries to do as the order requests.

The flowers were for my mums birthday, I have ordered flowers last 3 years in a row from your flower shop! My mum was absolutely delighted with her flowers and she said the roses smelled amazing.

Received horrible customer service.
I received a call from Fellow Flowers delivery driver advising me that I had flowers to be delivered. I said I would be home at 5pm.

This was not acceptable as they do not deliver that late. I explained that unfortunately I work out of town. What else can be done? They told me I could pick it up myself before 5: 30pm at the store, which I was willing to do but wanted to ensure than the delivery fee was refunded. The delivery driver told me that the charge for delivery was non refundable? So what was the point?

Then I spoke to the manager Donna and explained that I really couldn’t make it to the south end of St. Thomas before 5: 30pm and was looking for a solution. Her response was “well we don’t operate 24/7”. We ended the conversation with, she would see what she could do and get back to me, but very unhappy about it.

Then I called back to advise that I could have the flowers delivered the following morning instead, but early at 8: 30am - just trying to suggest a possible solution to them. And the lady that picked up again was rude and said “you work every single day? ”very sarcastically and continued to give a lot of attitude, like I was an idiot for expecting a delivery after 5pm.

I did address that I did not appreciate the sour customer service, but it was not received.

Then Donna the owner/manager got back on the phone and said “you know, we’re just going to give the money back, this isn’t working” and hung up on me.

It was extremely unprofessional and seeing as there are multiple flower shops in the St. Thomas area, I strongly suggest seeking alternative flower shops if you expect to be treated respectfully at the very least.

I had roses delivered and they were excellent! I’ve never had any issues with Fernlea flowers. Will definitely order from here again.

Very friendly staff, a great variety of fresh and artificial flowers, and plants.

My daughter sent me a gorgeous arrangement from there, and then i visited them in person to replace plants that died during a trip. It was a great experience.

I purchased a potted plant arrangement for my bro and sister-in-law who recently moved into their new home in St. Thomas, as I cannot visit from the GTA (due to COVID etiquette/restrictions). I’m incredibly happy with the service and the beautiful arrangement. I’m also happy to share that my brother and his wife were also very happy with the beautiful arrangement. Will definitely order from Fellows Fernlea Flowers I the future:)

Ordered the Sympathy 'Sweet Memory Planter' online and a Christmas Planter was delivered. BUYER BEWARE. Very disappointed.

My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary, to be delivered on the 29th or 30th. They ended up delivering the arrangement a full week early. So now I have a lovely vase of mostly wilted flowers for the day of our anniversary ‍️

The arrangement was gorgeous, however.

I ordered flowers the day of my friend's birthday. They were delivered the same day and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful.

They make every effort to keep customers happy. Flowers are beautiful and fresh, and carefully arranged.

We are not from St. Thomas and needed a floral shop that did great work. This was actually, amazing work! Better than what we expected; arrangement looked better than the photo! Super happy as I am usually very particular with my arrangement orders. I expect them to be almost perfect and these pretty much were!

Loved how Fellow Fernlea Flowers placed a lot of flowers that haven't bloomed yet. It really is beautiful! Thank you. Highly recommend this floral shop.

Ordered for same day delivery to my wife in St Thomas. After reading the various warnings on the website saying that specific flowers may be unavailable for different specific arrangements I just went with the florists special as suggested and was not disappointed. My wife really enjoyed the arrangement and couldn't have been more pleased.

Fellows Fernlea is the best. The floral arrangements are thoughtful, creative, and absolutely beautiful; the service is wonderful, and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Fellows Fernlea.

Disappointed. I understand mothers day weekend is a busy time however I was told my flowers would be delivered today (Friday May 11th) My parents stayed home all day waiting. They received a call at 610pm that they would be there in 20 mins. An hour later they still hadn't arrived. I called the shop to see what happened. I calmly explained that I was disappointed with their service. She shot back at me that they have 100s of orders. She was very rude. I completely understand it's a busy weekend but why take so many orders if you can't handle it? Paid $66 and I was trying to be nice about the situation. The flowers were beautiful though.
