Just recently had to replace my 20 year old heat pump.
I called 3 companies for a quote. Daniel from Fernand Denis was first to reply and gave a quote two days later. The other 2 took a week and one of them could not supply a unit that would qualify for the government subsidy. The other price was substantially higher for the same BTU.
Fernand Denis was awarded the contract as they had the most attractive offer.
Daniel their salesman was very friendly and professional and knew what he was doing, and even started the process to have an energy audit done.
A date was also set for the installation of the new unit. On the day of the promised installation the team of Mathew and Michael arrived on time and worked all day to finish the job. Both were friendly and efficient and seemed to know what they were doing.
The unit started up and has been running ever since, keeping set temperature without the assistance of my furnace. It has not been too cold yet and will see once the temperature drops how this unit performs in colder conditions.
The installation was well done and they left the work site nice and clean.
Very happy with the total process as the employees involved made this seamless.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

There was damage to our fairly new furnace due to our basement flooding during the ice storm and we needed to replace it. Spoke to the owner Pascal Denis and he sent his work crew consisting of Guillaume Leclair and Jacob Lalonde (the very next day after our conversation) with a brand new furnace. The installation went smoothly, these gentlemen were very pleasant, they rolled out a mat to prevent dirtying our floors. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. I've used their services several times and have been consistently impressed by their work. I have scheduled several "annual maintenance" appointments with Fernand Denis and they offer quality service, show up when they are schedule, are efficient and courteous. Pricing is fair, they're transparent and I've never had 'hidden costs or fees' surprise me. Technicians are knowledgeable. Like many homeowners I've also had emergencies with home heating. When I called for help I found them to be very sympathetic, responsive and they were able to send someone to help within a reasonable time period.
They are my "go to" service for home HVAC.

Fernand Denis replaced our oil furnace with propane early 2020. Great work, professional, on time and on budget. So much so we had them come back December 2020 to put a propane fireplace in. I would recommend them to everyone!

I am very impressed with all aspects of this company and their employees!

We had called the company to come quote us for central air/furnace with the duct work. Daniel was able to make time to come to our house within a week of calling. Once he got here, he assessed /everything/ and was able to provide us with very clear details as to what our options are and what the costs would be. His personality and work ethic were both a pleasure to work with. With regards to covid, he came in with his mask and kept it on properly the entire time. We all worked together to provide social distancing.

The HVAC guys got here to do the job and they were on time, wearing masks, keeping distance and got right to work after introducing themselves. Charlie and Terry worked as a great team! They answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves and returned my basement to the exact way they found it.

They made my kids and myself feel comfortable while having strangers in our home. Their personalities and respectful attitudes were an added bonus to the amazing work they did. They were on time every day and always arrived with smiling eyes and a 'lets get to work' attitude!

Both men made a point to explain everything to me before leaving so I wasn't left with any unanswered questions.

Fernand Denis Inc has been awesome to deal with. They were very efficient and fixed my pool heater in two days. They were polite and friendly throughout our dealings with them. I had a two stage furnace installed two years ago by Fernand Denis and this spring an Elite air conditioner. Both times I was more than pleased with the level of service I was provided. On time, clean, courteous, professional combined with great customer service and just a great experience having them to install their products and the bonus is their prices were the best. I would highly recommend Fernand Denis, without hesitation, if you are looking for quality products, excellent installation at a price that is very very good.

It was a pleasure to deal fernand denis to address our various cooling and heating needs. My wife and I have dealt with this company twice now and its been a delight both times. Our sales rep Daniel took his time to listen to our needs and provided us with several options to choose from that met our current and future needs at our desired price point. The installation staff was curtious, took the time to explain what they were doing and required maintenance not to mention cleaning up after themselves. I would strongly recomend their services to anyone and will be contacting again when I require it in the future.

We have used them for decades for yearly maintenance. They take the worry of the unexpected off our mind.

Un petit problėme concernant le froid qui sort du foyer mais les techniciens ont fait tout ce qu'il pouvait, insuler etc Ça as aidé mais, a -10 et moins 15, on ressent encore le froid même avec le pilote allumé
Il semble que c'est une situation jamais arrivée
Au moins la compagnie as essayé de règler ce petit problème
