It's okay. I think the dresses are overpriced, but happy with what I purchased and my experience.

My experience with Ferre Sposa was amazing from the very start. After 5 different bridal stores over the course of months, I was starting to get discouraged trying on dresses and not finding what I was looking for. Once you book an appointment, you pre-select gowns that you like, and based on those selections you have a pre-appointment bridal consultation to find your "bridal style". This call was SO helpful to me, as we went into details on what I liked, what I didn't, and what I was looking for before I even came into the store. Everyone there was super knowledgable and professional, and really helped guide and simplify the process. My consultant for my appointment, Ankita, was so lovely and app. She came in with great energy, enthusiasm, and understanding and helped me find what I was looking for. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for a high quality experience!

Ankita was TREMENDOUSLY helpful in helping me find my perfect dress. She called me ahead of time to understand my vision and budget. The appointment was seamless and efficient. I found my dress on the first visit and it could not have been possible without her! 10/10 would recommend

I visited the store with my sister to shop for her wedding dress. We attended the sample sale event for an appointment of 30 minutes. Even though it was such a short amount of time, my sister was able to find a dress within that time frame. The associate was really fast with changing and super helpful with trying on each gown. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to the store for my own wedding!

I had such an amazing experience at Ferre Sposa and found my dream dress! Everyone involved was so lovely and welcoming. Heather was who I was initially paired with and pulled the dress I ended up purchasing early in our appointment - she quickly got a sense of what I was and wasn't liking and what I felt best in. When I came in a second time to try it on once more, Ankita was so bubbly and helpful. The whole team made everything so much fun, I'd recommend Ferre Sposa to anyone. From the top notch team to the amazing selection (for any budget), I couldn't be happier!

I do not normally write reviews, but would like to add to the great reviews that Ferre Sposa already has. I confirmed my wedding dress about a month ago, and of all the stores I went to, Ferre Sposa was the best experience! I particularly loved Claudia who was incredibly kind, patient, and fun - she definitely impacted my experience and set the bar high in terms of customer service as I continued to shop at other places. The store felt very comfortable and your section feels private. Ferre Sposa was the first place I went to, and I ended up buying the very first dress. For the following two weeks, all I could think about was going back to Ferre Sposa! I think that speaks volumes to how Claudia made me feel. Thanks so much, Ferre Sposa & Claudia, for helping me say yes to the dress!

This was my 4th dress appointment (1st appointment at Ferre Sposa) and truly it was amazing. Claudia, Chantelle and Ankita were fantastic and made the whole experience wonderful.

We were in with my daughter, Ryanne who is getting married this Sept. Our consultant was Chantal and she was so amazing, pleasant and helpful. While my daughter tried on some dresses, Chantal listened to all of the ideas that my daughter wanted for her day and what she wanted in her dress and Chantal said "I think I have something for you! " and she went to get it! She came back with THE ONE! It was perfect! Ryanne looks stunning in it and the price was right on point and we are all so excited for the wedding!

Highly recommend, all of the staff are very friendly and professional, huge selection, love the price range, lots of parking in the area available. Really made the whole experience fun and relaxing!

I had the most amazing experience at Ferre Sposa! The ladies who work there are so professional, fun and lovely. Had the most quick, random but amazing experience with Ferré Sposa, all thanks to Ankita who made my last minute wedding preparation easy and smooth. I was looking for a fur gown cover for almost 3 weeks now and tried my luck to do walk in, first try was failed. Arrived at the shop 1hr after the business hours. 2nd attempt, I met my fairy godmother named Ankita, she accommodated me even without scheduled appointment and provided my request without hesitation. I highly recommended this boutique specially Ankita, experience is beyond expectations?

I went to Ferre Sposa after shopping at a few boutiques and failing to find "the one. " Ankita was my stylist and helped me through my millions of preferences and ideas, and we found what I *fingers crossed* might say yes to! She was exceptionally kind, positive, patient and informative. I'd recommend Ferre Sposa to any bride-to-be a hundred times!

As the “Father of the Bride” my experience with my daughter Fatima was absolutely brilliant! Chantelle at the Ferra Esposa was simply sensational. Her patience, her care and her communication is second to none.

My glorious wife of 29 years passed away earlier this year. Fatima’s wedding and her wedding dress is all she would talk about. (What a wonderful mom). She was so excited and wanted to be part of this Wedding dress fitting so much! She’s always wanted to purchase the wedding dress for her daughter.
I would never here the end of this, she was so so looking forward to this. Well we made her dream and wish happen - with big thanks to Chantelle. As a recent widower and proud Father of the bride, I’m certainly not an expert in wedding dresses. But what I do know for sure and recognize, and feel is: Care, Love, Passion, Commitment and Trust. These are the qualities Chantelle represents in my humble opinion. Ferra Esposa is very lucky to have her in their team. What an amazing human being! We didn’t ever once feel pressured or hurried. It’s most likely a competitive industry to sell wedding dresses. But selling a dress in a big hurry is NOT what Chantelle is about.

My experience at Ferre Sposa was wonderful! After going to several different bridal shops, the process started to feel super daunting but Chantelle turned my attitude around. She preselected so many options that fit my taste perfectly to try when I arrived, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt great. I ended up buying my dress! And I am SO happy with it. Their selection is massive and they really care for their customers. Could not recommend more.

Most incredible experience at Ferré Sposa. The staff made the bride-to-be feel so special and heard with her requests for dress styles. The lovely women assisting us were not pushy at all with any of the gowns, it was very easy going. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and the esthetic of the store was beautiful. Had a great experience at Ferré Sposa from initial email to trying on dresses to saying yes to the dress. Ankita really understood what style I was drawn to and brought me the perfect selection to try. I am so happy with my dress and can't wait to share pics of my special day!

I booked an appointment for sample sale dresses. I was expecting a great experience given the $50 fee I paid. Prior to the appointment, I received a call asking about the style I was looking for and was told that they would prepare dresses based on my preferences. I then emailed them with the dresses I like from their website and descriptions for my style preferences. There was no reply to that email and I assumed the team was clear about what I was looking for.

When I arrived at the store, my friend and I received a nice welcome from the front desk staff. We were happy to take photos with the personal message. But then I had to wait for the stylist and there was no preselected dresses prepared. The stylist asked me on the spot about the style I was looking for. If they needed more clarifications about my email, they could have let me know before. And I had to wait for them to look for the dresses I provided. It turned out most of them were not available.

On top of that, I did not know that I can’t see all the sample sale dresses to select myself. The team said the dresses were all downstairs with their working areas, so customers were not allowed to see. So only they could get dresses to show me based on their interpretations of what I was looking for. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with any dresses shown to me. Although the in-store experience was not bad, I was disappointed about the communications. I felt that there was not enough preparation for my appointment and clear expectations should have been provided.

Ferre Sposa, thank you for helping me find my dream wedding dress. What really blew me away, however, was your ongoing support and customer service throughout COVID. I purchased my wedding dress just before COVID and then the wedding was postponed by two plus years. When the time finally came, Ferre Sposa helped me in setting up multiple alterations appointments to ensure the dress was still perfect for our big day. Thank you so much! The team is amazing.

Ferre Sposa came highly recommended to me by my wedding planner, and I absolutely loved my dress shopping experience! Rachel was so fun and lively to work with from the initial phone consultation to the actual appointment. I was really impressed with the dresses that she chose based on my indicated preferences - she really understood the assignment! They had a great collection of dresses from different designers to try on that matched what I was looking for, and I did not feel pressured to buy at all. I did find my dress during the first visit, which I was super happy about. They also sell beautiful veils and bridal accessories, so you can get everything you need in one visit. Last week I had the most amazing bridal experience at Ferre Sposa. My consultant was Rachel and she was absolutely amazing!

I reached out to Ferre Sposa a few months earlier asking if I’d be able to rent out the entire salon, I had fallen in love with some of their dresses, but also wanted the “Luxe Bridal Experience” I’d seen some salons adverting. Although they didn’t officially offer the service, Rachel was quick to respond and come up with an offering which was way better than anything I’d seen advertised. I was offered a menu, the choice between alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments and could bring more people. They also offered a zoom option which is great if you want to include out of town friends and family. Rachel made sure that everyone was included and moved the tablet around so they could see all the details!

As I spoke to Rachel about what I had envisioned for the appointment she was receptive and excited! It felt like I was planning with someone I’d known for a while. She ended up hand making Yes/No signs for my guests and creating hand written place cards. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness was superb!

The best part is once I found my dress she SANG my wedding song (she is a professionally trained opera singer and has an amazing voice)!

Rachel and Ferre Sposa made choosing my dress a memorable moment for me and my guests and I can’t thank them enough.

I can’t not stress enough how incredible the service at Ferre Sposa is and the dresses are just gorgeous (not to mention reasonably priced!).

I am thrilled with my experience at Ferre Sposa! As a Toronto-based bride I was overwhelmed at the amount of bridal salons and I wasn't sure where to start, but decided to try Ferre Sposa first. It ended up being the only salon I tried as I was so impressed. It was a cozy, comfortable, amazing experience from beginning to end! Before my first appointment I was able to pick out my top dress choices and had a virtual consultation with Rachel. When I arrived at my first appointment, my top choices were all picked out, plus some additional recommendations from Rachel. My family and friends attending the appointment (in person and online) had a blast too. My dress ended up being one that Rachel suggested! The salon was also super accommodating with my 2 follow-up appointments to ensure I was fully ready to commit to a dress. All staff are kind and courteous and honest. Rachel is simply amazing. I couldn't recommend this salon (and Rachel) enough!

I just want to start off with the fact that I love: 1) Ferre Sposa and 2) Rachel! As a soon-to-be bride, I had already visited 3 other boutiques before coming to Ferre Sposa. Despite this, I was blown away by the beautiful selection of wedding dresses here and how I felt incredibly special and valued as a bride. My consultant, Rachel, was honestly the biggest differentiator for me! It felt like being helped by a best friend - she was enthusiastic, personable, kind, and always made me laugh with her bubbly personality! Even when I did a complete switcheroo on her with my dress preferences, she rose to the occasion and EXCEEDED all my expectations by finding my dream wedding dress (which was also under my budget!). And to top it all off.she even SANG my wedding ceremony song acapella to really make me feel like a bride on my wedding day! All future brides. DO not hesitate and check out Ferre Sposa! It was a wonderful experience with so much love and attention from the entire team. The stylist was so kind and made sure I felt beautiful and comfortable and heard every step of the process. I had such a great experience shopping at Ferre Sposa for my wedding dress!

My bridal consultant, Taylor, showed me multiple dresses and really listened to the feedback I was providing. She demonstrated that when she pulled a dress that brought me to tears (obviously bought it!).

I have a nickel allergy and one of the types of beads on my dress had nickel in them so Ferre Sposa worked with the designer to replace those beads with a nickel-free option that looked IDENTICAL for no cost.

After my first alteration appointment, I was feeling unsure so I was able to call them back and go back and re-pin my dress to my liking.

The team there is SO great - and they have amazing selection.

I went to help a dear friend find their wedding dress during the last day of the sample sale.

It was so well organized, the team would look at a picture and immediately know where it was or if it had been sold, and they ended up finding "the one" based on the others she liked.

Not only is this place organized, clean, and incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also friendly, supportive, and attentive. It did not feel like we were rushing during this short appointment (short due to sample sale, which makes sense) and they did let us go a little overtime when they brought over the last few options that were their suggestions.

Thanks to this team my beautiful friend has the perfect dress that encompasses everything she wanted.

I booked my dress session sort of last minute. I was flying in with my girlfriends from across the country and knew I had to find a dress that weekend and had only booked in with one store that had the designer I wanted. Thank goodness I did because it was absolutely amazing! Before the appointment I was sent a quiz to help narrow down my choices which was really helpful as otherwise I would have been overwhelmed. When we arrived we were greeted and introduced to my bridal consultant, Andrea. I cannot say enough great things about her. She made trying things on easy and the fitting room was spacious (Note: I went to another store the next day and the fitting rooms were cramped and the consultant literally threw dresses at me so appreciated this even more in retrospect). She made sure everything looked perfect before my friends came in and when I had narrowed it down she helped me try on each dress a million more times (pictured is the runner up). She also accessorized so I could get the feeling with a bouquet and veil. I felt very heard during the appointment and Andrea tweaked the dresses she brought me based on feedback. I left the store feeling great and with a top contender but didn't want to commit as I had the appointment with the store I had come down for. Andrea wrote down all the details for me in case I wanted to go back and I found completely unpressured, I felt like she genuinely wanted me to find whatever made me happiest. The next day I went to the other appointment and it was terrible, cramped fitting room, loud music, no help and a consultant that clearly cared at a scale of >0. It was really, really bad. Part way through my appointment I texted one of my bridesmaids to call ferre sposa to see if I could try on my "it" dress again. They were so accommodating as I was flying out the next day and made an appointment for that afternoon. On arrival, the fitting room and dress were already ready for me along with the lovely Andrea. I tried it on and knew I had made the right decision. When I looked at the price tag I was shocked - I had given her a 3k budget with possibly more for the right dress. This dress was half the price! I think sometimes people show you expensive options so that they get a higher commission but she was just so dedicated to the process and what I wanted. I also loved the details at ferre sposa including the little sign with my name. The attention to detail was what made it feel special and they took a picture and video with my friends and I after I found the dress and emailed it to me on the next business day. Wedding dress shopping and weddings in general are stressful, but with Andrea it was a delight trying on dresses and chatting made me feel at home and made the whole experience fun. Yes you have to spend a fee to book a consultation, but it is more than worth it as the location is well curated, spacious and as opposed to other places, the brides weren't crammed in like cattle. Plus if you find your dress there, the fee comes off the dress cost. Trust me, Ferre Sposa is the best place to buy a dress and just ask for Andrea, I guarantee you will love it!

After a less than positive experience with another bridal store, our experience at Ferre Sposa was incredible. Andrea listened to our Bride’s needs and picked out a dress that made her look and and feel beautiful. She said yes on her first day of looking. Recommend this store for any Brides with any trepidation!

This was the first store I wanted to go to when dress shopping because my friend bought her wedding dress here a few years. Jennifer helped me and let me tell you, she is brilliant. Prior to coming in, I was on the website and selected the dresses I liked. So as soon as I arrived, all the dresses I had chosen were already in the change room. Jennifer really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and by the end of the hour, we went from a general “I’m not sure what I want” to a very specific style. She was very accommodating. I highly recommend coming here!

With my new wife and I both having found our wedding dresses at Ferre Sposa, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer and the team. Jennifer's expertise, perfectionism, and creativity helped make my dream wedding dress come to life. When I couldn't find the dress that felt right in store, Jennifer proposed a custom dress made from a skirt and top that went well together. She further arranged for my dress to include elements from my partner's dress without spoiling the surprise of what her dress would look like. The experience only got better through alterations, where Jennifer's expertise really shines. Her attention-to-detail and commitment to making sure everything was perfect was so appreciated. She even was flexible and understanding when I made significant changes a few weeks before the wedding. Would highly recommend.

Geysel made wedding dress shopping so easy and fun. She was so helpful and patient as I tried on multiple dresses until I found the one! Prior to the appointment I was set on a specific style dress, going in and telling Geysel that I had changed my mind, she immediately removed the dresses and began pulling beautiful gowns to try on! I can’t wait for my dress to come in!

Probably one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. My appointment was at 4: 15 in September. I arrived right on time and signed in with my mom. The bride before me was running late, which is totally fine, but instead of letting me know that, the clerk just left us sitting there for 15 mins. I was sitting directly in front of her and she ignored me the whole time just kept typing on the computer, not letting me know they were running late. Finally when it was my turn, the sales girls refused to let us look at any dresses on our own, but there was no one else in the store so I wouldn't have come into contact with anyone. I've been to dozens of bridal stores during COVID and every single one has let me look at dresses. Most provide clips so that you can pull the dress out without touching it too much or others near it.
Anyway, I was trying one the dresses they pulled for me, but the change room is tucked away in the back, it's poorly lit with terrible florescent lighting and the walls are pink so it's tough to see the true colour of some of the off white dresses.
When I asked to see the dress in natural light by the front window, again no other costumer was in the store, they didn't want me walking there.
I understand you have COVID protocols but when I'm about to drop thousands of dollars on a dress, and there's NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE, let me see the damn dress in natural light. After I said I wanted to leave cause the experience was terrible, the sales girl tried to save the appointment by telling me I could go to the window. By that point, I was over it. If you want to be treated like you're a nuisance or clueless about wedding dresses this is the store for you!
If not, stick to the cute, smaller boutiques with friendly and helpful sales staff and cool, unique dresses that aren't massed produced. Terrible experience.

Wonderful shop. They made me feel special! Ursula was just fantastic. During the consultation over the internet she asked me the right questions that helped me try on dresses that I would be most likely to love and that would fit in my budget. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and just all around a lovely person. My in store experience was somehow even better. They made me feel safe during the crazy times we're having now and special at the same time. All the dresses I tried on were gorgeous. Even though I didn't find 'the one' that day I highly recommend this shop for their beautiful gowns for almost any budget and their absolutely fantastic staff. 10/10.

Shopping for a wedding dress at Ferre Sposa was an absolute delight! Sarah was my bridal consultant and she was so helpful and really took her time to figure out what I was looking for in a bridal gown. Her energy was contagious and took off the added pressure and anxiety of choosing a wedding gown. She was very helpful with assisting in the zoom meeting to allow my close friends and family watch the whole process and even took detailed gown photos! The entire team at Ferre Sposa are just AMAZING! Not only do they have a huge selection of beautiful dresses, everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though I went through this during a pandemic, my entire experience from pre-appointment, alterations to final fitting was just flawless. I was so impressed with their pre-appointment consultation where they got to know me and my style so that by the time I showed up, it felt like they'd been a part of the process forever.

They are also super meticulous with alterations. Even when I thought the dress was perfect, the additional tweaks they made enhanced the fit and the beauty of the dress even more. They really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

The team at Ferre Sposa really made my wedding journey memorable with their help, honesty and kindness. The dress was great and their recommendations were to the point. There was no pressure to be sold instead, a lot of guidance to ensure I was making the right decision. Alterations need to be done. Looking forward to seeing how that experience will develop. Joe I believe her name is, is great!

My experience w/ Ferré Sposa was wonderful before I ever stepped foot in the boutique. The detailed information on myself and our wedding that they gathered really helped curate my try on list. The pre-call with Ursula was not only incredibly positive (she is likely one of the loveliest people you can ever meet) but invaluable in ensuring the appointment was set up for success. This team is absolutely bride-first.

I felt incredibly welcomed upon arrival with my mum and best friend. We knew it was going to be a fun appointment. They already had all my picks and then some ready to go, reviewed them with me and gave the chance to wander around the stunning store and choose more.

The try on room was sweet and I loved that my guests came to me so I didn't have to move around in big dresses:) I am very decisive so am FAST and they worked with my speed.

Best part? I found THE dress! I felt so celebrated by their whole team, and there was NO pressure to buy at all. It was such a fun, easy experience and they really made me feel special. Not to mention they have amazing offers if you purchase on your first visit.

This bridal store was my last stop of the day, so you can imagine how exhausted and mentally drained I was after trying to sooo many dresses and traveling throughout GTA for my other appointments. When I first walked in with my mom and cousin, we were greeted and immediately checked in for the appointment, they were so welcoming, the store looked clean and beautiful, and it was overall, a really great experience, especially when it was the last store! My consultant was Stephanie and she was a beast! She was straight forward, laid back, and I loved it! OMG she was awesome, she listened to my concerns and my likes and dislikes and after trying on the dresses from my look book, she got a handful of dresses in the silhouette I wanted and within 15 minutes of the appointment, I found my dress! Just like that! She got dresses ready for me to hop in and out of and it was the fastest I ever tried on dresses. EVER. It made it so much easier and it was exciting and fun and it was a good way to end my day. Thank you Stephanie, you have no idea how happy I was when I left the store!

Ladies.wow wow wow my experience at ferre sposa with SARAH was unbelievable, unforgettable and one of a kind. She really knows what she’s doing!
She was so professional, friendly and got right down to helping my find my dress (I felt extremely comfortable) I will never ever forget this day and the amazing time I had finding my wedding dress. The selection of dresses at this store was just never ending.one gorgeous dress after another. But what made it easier was the help I had, Thank you SARAH for all your guidance and support!

Sarah and Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure I had the “bridal experience”, despite being in a pandemic. Sarah is an amazing consultant; she made me feel as if we had known each of forever. She took the time to understand my vision. Sarah made me feel that I could truly find a dress that would fit me properly, look amazing on me and be in my budget. When we couldn’t find my perfect dress Sarah and Jennifer helped me to create a custom dress.
After purchasing the dress, I became overwhelmed that it wasn’t the one. I discussed with Jennifer my concerns and she suggested coming in for another appointment. During my second appointment Jennifer and Sarah were just as amazing as the time time I visited the store. They took the time to understand my concerns and helped to resolve the issue. I can’t wait to see my dress!

I had a lovely experience at Ferré Sposa where I was fortunate to have found "the" dress thanks to my consultant Geysel helping me narrow down my vision. Geysel was super patient and attentive throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated being able to pre-select the dresses that interested me from their online catalogue so that they were all ready for me to try on when I came for my appointment (plus the preliminary zoom call to discuss my vision). Very organized! Looking forward to coming back once my dress is in:)

Ferre Sposa has a great selection of dresses and the consultants are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Morgan. She was very helpful and took the time to understand my vision, not just for the dress, but for the overall wedding. She actually recommended some dress styles and materials I hadn't even considered based on how I described my personality, wedding theme, and body type. I really appreciated that because it helped me narrow down the dress that suited me best!

Taylor was the stylist that assisted me and she was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and made very helpful suggestions, keeping my budget in mind. Great selection of dresses, very kind staff and good prices.

10/10 - Ferra was the best experience I had dress shopping. Both Sarah and Geysel were attentive, kind, understanding and extremely helpful.

I had an initial zoom call with Geysel, where she helped me gather ideas and get a better understanding of my needs.

When I was ready to come in, all my picks were pulled and ready to go. Sarah made the experience so special, answered every question I had and had so much patience. Her kindness and her bubbly personality made the experience so much fun!

After coming from a previous bridal appointment at another boutique, that left me feeling insecure and hopeless.

Sarah was amazing! She was honest when needed and very welcoming through the whole process. Even when I didn’t say yes right away; she ended the appointment with a smile and never tried to push me into buying/trying anything I didn’t want.

In general, Ferre Sposa is very professional. The overall experience and customer service is 100%. With zoom calls, phone stands (for FaceTime), and the website graphics. BEAUTY!

Just went yesterday for my first ever wedding dress shopping experience, and it couldn’t have been a more memorable one! I brought my mom and sister with me, which was already super special, but Sarah was honestly the most incredible dress consultant that she made the experience even more special. We laughed, cried and celebrated together. (Even though I didn’t leave with a dress during the appointment!) I couldn’t have asked for a better first stop in my dress search. Highly recommend it!
