Ferrell Builders’ Supply Ltd

I took on a rather large, out of my scope DIY project that I would never have been able to complete wothout the help of Ferrell Builders' Supply. Todd and Duane were incredibly helpful from helping me pick out stone, steps, wall and coping. They had everything I needed to complete the job from start to finish, along with advice that set me up for success.
I couldn't recommend the team at Ferrell more!

Getting patio stones in the last 2 years has been a nightmare. We've been to about a dozen places and everyone has the same response,

"We don't have stock of that. "
"Okay so what's in stock? "
"I don't know"
*shrugs and walks away*

We get it, the pandemic has been hard on construction companies. However, this amount of indifference was rampant across the board and we were ready to give up.

BUT one day I accidentally called Ferrell Brick in Fonthill (instead of our local Hamilton store) and the call was answered by a lovely person of the name Duane. Duane here at Ferrell has been an absolute blessing. He had an answer for EVERYTHING and if he didn't, he went out of his way to find it for us. Whenever I call to get an update he remembers our names, order, etc. PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. My partner used to be a carpenter and he says this level of service in the industry is rare, and I couldn't agree more. So we ordered our stones with Duane, even though his shop is 70 km away from us, because that's who Duane is. He makes it happen.

Thank you, Duane, for everything. I hope your manager sees this and gives you a nice bonus, you deserve it.

I purchased field stone and base material for a path from my deck to my pool shed. Also, found drain pipe attachments that aren't easy to fing elsewhere. I've also purchased blocks here to make a few short retaining walls during a landscape project. Staff is very helpful!
