Ferris Lane Dental

An excellent dental clinic. They're always very friendly and understanding when I need to adjust a scheduled appointment (within reason, I expect anything last minute I still need to pay for). My Dentist (Dr. O) is friendly, very gentle and is very kind. She made me feel better about my own oral health post-covid and is willing to answer any questions I have.

I went hear to take my daughter for some work. For some reason my Insurance declined but after a few days it was resolved and they got paid.

What I didn't like was being threatened to take it to collections on the same day. What kind of business does this.
