Fersina Windows

What a brutal place to deal with. I was looking for a purchase and install of a phantom screen door. After getting the Fersina one number from Phantom screen head office I was put in contact from Peterborough office to the lindsay office. I set up a sale and install and was to receive a call the following Monday. No one called and it's now Friday. I've already moved on to a Mirage retractable door and have an appointment in a week. I would never deal with Fersina windows again. I'll get this done and buy the 6 windows I need replaced from the same company doing my door. Stay away.
