Dr. Fervaha he’s an absolutely amazing individual! He is very wise in his questioning and he actually listens to you as a patient.
His staff at Theidor Pringle are amazing and go above and beyond! Laura is such a wonderful woman who will bend over backwards for her clients. They treat you like family. Laura will even disguise price plans promotions and getting the best bang for your buck.
I absolutely recommend them!

We took our 4 year old here for his first ever eye exam. They were absolutely amazing with him. He was fidgety, upset, and cranky, but they were so patient and kind with him. Would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Fervaha and staff were pleasant, thorough and answered all questions that I had with regards to my eye exam.

It was a great experience, he was very detailed throughout the exam, and explained everything to you, good old fashioned service goes a long way now a days!

Eye doctor explained the examining process and provided results after each test. Customer service at the reception was excellent, very polite. My eye test was done Feb- 2021.

This is the second time I have dealt with the staff at the zhers optical centre at the Yonge st. Location. I have never had such great service or deals, help and patience from an optical centre in my life. Greg quality of glasses have also been the best I’ve had and the warranty and customer service:).

Excellent focus on my eye in depth analysis and everything explained in detail. Gave quality time in checking all aspects of my eye health. Gave me updated status of my glaucoma, cataract and its impact on my new prescription.
