Not too bad! The store carries all sorts of trinkets and gadgets that you might need. Board games, cards, casino-related accessories, dice, whatever. Good selection too, a lot of high quality items in here. Not to mention the vast amount of billiard tables that are there. Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable on even the most niche items. All in all, great place for your game night needs.

Good variety of all sort of entertainment, from board games to dart, party games, hockey table, and so on. Great choice of pool tables/dining table 2-in-1.

Stopped by yesterday to look at options for pool cues. It was our first time buying cues and we were probably looking lost. Bradley was an amazing help. Taught us all about the basics of pool cues and how to get the right one for us. He had a vast knowledge of pool cues and everything pool related. If you are looking for anything pool related be sure to talk to Bradley. We left with a couple very nice cues, very reasonably priced.

This store had an amazing assessment of entertainment options. Puzzles, board games, arcade games. Any game that involves a table. If you are looking to build a game room, you need to check this store out.
I can't wait to come back.

The store is great. The guy with the frizzy hair is rude. I didn't buy anything because I didn't make it passed the hand sanitizer stand before he said I couldn't come in if I don't put any on their hand sanitizer. I have my own that is softer on my skin. I took my $300 for Christmas spending and went somewhere that wanted my business. Your loss.

Edited after businesses response: That is why the customer service fails here. In the end, the business cares more about protecting their ego's, that they can't properly apologize. Following proper Covid safety does not mean that you need to sacrifice customer service. There is more then one way to go about dealing with guests, but your method was "It's my way or the high way". Black and white is meant for old movies and not modern. I would have been back in maybe a year and then I probably would have changed my review to reflect, but not after you said that I don't take "pandemic safety measures seriously". Cheers.

In response to your review. I understand that you could be busy. But the way whoever answered was talking with me was rude and not listening at all to what i was trying to explain. As soon as i called another place they listened to what i was looking for and were able to sell me what i needed. It was a simple non contact transaction.

Awesome selection, great service, they really know their stuff! No wait, free parking, ok prices - maybe a little high. Lots of selection. Masks worn, a team member asked a customer to pull his mask up over his nose, customer ignored and the team member asked again and the customer complied. Felt safe there. Highly recommend! Enjoy

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The selection of games and puzzles is very large. Prices aren't too bad - pretty comparable with most places that sell boardgames.

I had initially rated them higher than 1 star but unfortunately I'm changing my review after finding out that the Dufferin Cue that I purchased from them comes with joint protectors from the manufacturer and FG Bradley's takes them off the cue before selling it to the customers so they can charge additional $15-$20 for them. Would not go shop with them for this reason.

Great selection of games from all over the world. I bought an attractive, well-made dart board and dart set for a great price. The store is clean, well organized, with great displays. They carry quality game supplies and furniture locally made and imported. I was surprised to find that they carried carrom boards from India and all kinds of puzzle and logic problem books. It is a paradise for game lovers. If it is an unplugged game, they have it.

Staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I came here to check out the billiard cues and it was a great experience. It helped to hear that a few employees also played in the same league as me. Thanks so much!

Fantastic got some great gifts for my guy & sons darts, so many options who knew? Plus those sm silver model builds & game.

I brought in my cue to have it re-tipped but it was misplaced during the process, at first I was upset that it could not be found by the staff but after contacting the manager Andrew he found it and explained what had happened.
When I returned to the store about a week later Andrew took the time to check the shaft and the tip that had been installed. He was a complete gentleman and took the time to sand and adjust the tip properly. He did not charge me for the work or the part.
It goes to show you that when things go wrong if the people in charge rectify the issue and compensate the customer it will go far when I am in the market next time for my gaming products.

Ended up leaving disappointed last Saturday after they didn't have stock of a dartboard light I was looking for. The gentleman told me he could order it and it would be in-store 5 days later for pick up. I asked if he could place an order to have it shipped directly to my house, as I live in Oakville, nope, can't do that. I checked the website that evening and the shipping estimate gave me a delivery date a day earlier than the in-store order. Tried to process the payment, didn't work. Tried several more times over the course of a few hours with the same result.

Bought it on Amazon and it was delivered the next day.

I love the store, I have since there was a Dufferin Games in Oakville Place, but this is why retail is dying. Telling me I could buy the display model but not offering a discount? Not being able to place an order in-store? I felt bad walking away empty handed and ended up grabbing a set of shafts and flights. Had to make the half hour drive worth it!

There arent a lot of game stores like this anymore and its refreshing to browse the boxes and games by hand.

Cool store. Came in looking for sea monkeys but they didn't have any. They're usually sold in game and toy shops, oh well

We returned back to the store and were able to make the exchange. There was a previous misunderstanding and everything was sorted out this time. We were pleased with their flexibility that we also purchased another cue.

Purchased a cue from this location. The representative had mentioned to check the straightness of the cue based on the shaft only. The cue seemed fine and was purchased. Later when playing, the cue was rolled as a whole and it was noticed that the cue was wobbling. When returned back to the store, the manager would not allow for any changes. This was an upsetting experience and will not be returning back.

Was looking for cards against humanity, telestrations after dark and cranium after dark. This store has them all in one place and so many more to choose from! It was fun just browsing around all the games.

Great place for billiards and board games and more.it's now my favourite games store. Prices seem very reasonable for board games!

I am writing for my 5 year old son who had a great Christmas cus of the gift I bought here. Really want to tell you this.

They have a great selection of board and card games. The only downside is that some games are overly priced compared to other places. All in all, it's a great place to find hidden gems like dinosaur island.
