Fido

This store is completely trash. I order iphone 14pro from here and I couldn't go to pick up because I didn’t see the mail. When I went to the store later, the young male employee told me to cancel and reorder. When I did this, the offer was gone and the fido authorities told me that I should have not cancel it, that they would normally renew the order. Then they said it's the responsibility of the store. When I went to the store they didn't even care and I changed to Freedom. Don’t go this store!

Unhelpful and unresponsive. Never answers call. They had my 14 pro max for a week and didn't bother to revert back. Losers. Not at all helpful
