The best service ever! 100% services and 100% professional advice! Save me a lots of time and answer all my questions. The lady and the guy in the front door are both super nice and friendly, they even helped me on the txt msg and the changing the SIM card. If you need Fido services you must go the this location!

The team is always in a rush even though they don’t have customers. You will inquire, they will just give you a flyer. And also I came to ask for assistance but they told me to call customer service though they don’t have customero. Very lazy staffs!

My friend went to this store and they attempted to lie to my friend about Premium device protection and what it covered. When I explained to my friend what it covered and how he would still have to pay a processing fee. They wanted to know if I worked at Rogers or Fido in order to try to get me fired for protecting my friend from their unethical sales practices.

They kept laughing at me when I came to ask for something. Not sure if they were making jokes, but it was rude. The attitude of the one who answered question was inappropriate as well - as if I was not supposed to ask a question.

I called Fido to change the name on the account and was told this has to be done in person. I went to this location and was greeted by ‘Sarah! ’. I told her what I was there to do and Sarah started typing away. After a few minutes (approx 5), Sarah calls over an associate (I believe Daniel), who advised Sarah to perhaps close all the tabs Sarah had open because Sarah could not log in to the system. Daniel then asked me what I was there for and I once again repeated that I needed to change the name on the account. To which Daniel said, ‘did you call? Is that what they told you on the phone? Because the ids need to be faxed and we don’t do that in the store’. I asked Daniel for the fax number, but of course, Daniel responded with ‘I don’t know it because the phone Fido and store Fido are separate’. Completely useless. And Sarah was still struggling to log in as I was leaving after more than 10 min.

My internet bill was 79$ while my payment was 65$. Why is my 1 year contract expired? But no information was given that the price will change. So bad business.

I wanted to change my plan and upgrade my phone and told the salesperson my budget/what I was looking for. They listened and seemed to understand and even reassured me that their new back to school plan and phone would be the best bet as it would come out to slightly less than what I used to pay. However, he never mentioned the amount for mobile financing which increased my bill significantly. I don't recommend this place as they have very DECEPTIVE staff and business practices!

I had better service at the Eaton Centre Fido than this one. Such horrible and deceptive sales people who are ommitting information on the contract just to make sale. Avoid at all cost and save your time.

Came in a couple days ago to change my phone plan and got exceptional service. Cory who helped me out was very clear and concise on what he was doing and was very helpful all through out the process. Will definitely be going back there to upgrade my phone!

I went to this location and I was quickly greeted by his kind gentle soul. He carefully walked me through the whole transaction and his patience was unmatched. I got an iPhone 13 pro max sierras blue. He convinced me to get the same phone as his and I’m more than happy about this decision. Overall, this is the best Fido store I’ve ever been to. I would recommend everyone to go here and ask for the guy with the beanie hat. He was wonderful, 10/10!

No interest in running the store. The ataff at the counter was rude. Was not interested in selling the iPhone. No proper customer service. It’s like she didn’t want to work post 7: 30pm for store closing at 8. Never coming back here.

Worst service ever! I want to give them 0! Please do not go to this place. I traded my phone back in August. The rep didnt know how to process trade-in, she asked me to sign multiple pages without any new information nor the price increase. I had to call back the following day to figure things out with new price. I called back again in October to ensure premium protection is removed from my plan which was supposed to be reimbursed after 90days. Guess what? Fido said they don’t do that and I misunderstood. I am done with Fido after this contract.

Seems like Fido's hiring lazy, disrespectful students to run all their locations. Hailey at Yorkdale was absolutely terrible, snarky demeaning attitude and didn't want to do any work whatsoever. She was leaning against the counter, shirt all wrinkled up like a slob. In just three months I've had awful service from Sherway Gardens location, Yonge-Eglinton centre twice, and now Yorkdale twice. Good thing there are other phone companies.

I would have given a zero if there was an option.
I had an awful experience when I went to return the moden after service cancellation. Firstly, they didn't accept any digital photo IDs, physical school photo IDs and then when I called the customer service executive, they refused to talk to them. When I had cancelled the service, the reps didn't ask me to carry a physical photo ID proof with me when I go to the nearest store. I was misinformed and mistreated by Fido.

Their unwelcoming and ignorant behaviour stamped my decision of cancelling their services.

I was sooooo excited to go in and trade my phone (Which I've had for 5 years) to get the new I phone. Stood around for 10 min only to be approached by the most lack-luster associate I've ever encountered. Keep in mind it was not busy. Asked one question about a shared plan and was instantly turned off. I'm now considering switching providers completely because my view is so soured. Don't go to this location. And take a look at the other reviews if you don't believe me.

Terrible customer service, I waited in line for 20 minutes while two associates are discussing switching shifts, laughing and complaining about shopping instead of actually helping customers. I went back to the Yorkdale location because couple months ago, a staff member offered to find me a great deal if I were to come back. I will not be going back.

Had a wonderful experience here, great customer service overall, was especially impressed with the associate helping me out, i think his name was Giriraj if i can recall, helped me get a new iPhone, and explained all the details in depth, would recommend.

Very crappy service, did a line of about 50 minutes to an hour because the customer service was crap and they gave me an answer of two minutes.
VERY SLOW! DO NOT GO TO FIDO YORKDALE IF YOU NEED TO GET STUFF DONE.
Specially when you got representatives with a rude attitude, and unapproachable body language.
Very disappointed provided with the customer service provided by such a big phone company located in such a well known mall like Yorkdale, clearly Fido is missing the actual definition of customer service and organizational behaviour.
