I am really happy I stopped by the store today, I met Neil the fido customer service representative who was able to get me a new iphone, also got a cheaper phone plan and a cheaper home internet plan. The phone lines were quite busy over the holidays and it was a bit challenging to get anything done over the phone, this led me to go into the closest fido store and I am glad i did. The store at 45 overlea had some good promotions and Neil was able to pair me up with the best deal on the iphone 15 pro max and also increased my savings by offering me cheaper plans with better benefits than i previously had. Thank you for sincerely helping Neil.i appreciate it.

I have been in Canada for 15 years and have never come across a wonderful, amazing and helpful fido customer service professional than Neil. He went above and beyond in helping me set up my plan, phone transfer all of my important data from my old phone to my new phone and even walk from the fido store to the Roger's store situated in the same mall to get me a screen protector. I would give him more stars if I could.he is truly an ASSET to the fido community. If you ever go to this store ask for Neil.he won't disappoint you.

I would recommend getting a plan for new comers from here. Cheap plans and great service. Best fido branch in the area. Neil is easy to talk to and he will solve your problems. He makes you feel comfortable to talk to and very helpful.

I'm a senior and I'd already had a negative, Fido experience at another store. That Fido staff customer service experience was terrible. No patience at all, with people who were seniors.
Rose was the exact opposite!
She was very patient, with no pressure and understood that I wanted to learn! How to use the Fido app on my phone myself. (In fact I have 5 products! Between myself and the other members of my household with Fido.)

Today we were going into the store with intention of just getting a resonably priced plan but thanks to Rose, we also got much more. Along with a better plan, she informed us that it would come with a free phone and hooked us up with acessories so we had to take it! Her shift ended but stayed almost an extra hour to help us. So patient and sweet! We would definetly recommend her.

God knows how the services Fido has. But the speed of the employees is slower than the turtle/ have been standing since 4.50 and it’s been 26 minutes and I am still in the line. If the public behind me would be comfortable, I would have taken photo and showed how much time these people take and how many people are standing. Atleast 7 in the line and 3 pair of people inside. Fido, hire some employee for some particular days. Very poor quality of staff

First of all i have no problem in my service network but the representative in this location name ali he is dismissive and scold her trainee in front of us for printing 3 pieces of paper for us regarding to a bill, like he cant just talk to her privately i feel sorry for her trainee

Got a call saying that our phones were due for an upgrade. Sajal, who was very accommodating and transparent, got us a good deal for our plans and our phones because we were long time customers!

I went in just to inquire about my options and wasn’t even considering a new phone thinking it was out of my price range, ishaan took the time and gave me all of my options and I ended up getting a brand new phone that I LOVE and that I could afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and completed the entire set up of the phone! I highly recommend this store and ishaan for the amazing customer service. It was worth going to this store.

I went to return a modem, which was super easy and the person assisting me was prompt and very kind. However, I wasn't impressed with the experience with another rep there. 2 stars for the assistance tho!
