I had an excellent experience in this branch with Ms Kim and her team! Since my cell phone plan charge was increased, I went to Fido and looked for some sustainable alternatives. Then I met Kim, first, she is super nice! She asked about my needs and concerns, then searched for a suitable plan for me! She explained the plan clearly how I pay a lesser bill, and what my benefits are as well!
Kim and her team have a kind, friendly and warm work atmosphere, they help each other and take care of their customers.

Since I was a bit upset with men in the Bloor-Yonge. I waited for 10-20-ish minutes, and then a man came and asked what for needed, I explained my situation, and he said I could do it by myself on the Fido app, but the plans I searched for were almost the same I had. There were around 4 to 5 staff with 3 customers, but they were just talking with each other when a customer said she came to form the other company then all of them went to her.

Compared Bloor-Yonge branch, I highly recommend just taking 2 more stations to the Easton Centre and getting a better service!

Visited the FIDO store during my lunch hour on Level 1 of the Eaton Centre (in front of the Bath and Body Works) to take advantage of the 40 GB for 40$ offer. Yarmik helped out and provided a quick and easy service. He did a great job explaining the details of the plan to me and was able to answer all of my questions. I was able to get in and out within 15 minutes!

It was a really good experience and found amazing deals on Fido plans and device plans. Yarmik helped me with all my queries and he is the best for this job. He went above and beyond to get me perfect deal on my iPhone that I bought from here. I also brought many friends here, and they also received great customer service from him only. Service at the fido stall across skechers was terrible. The fido rep's first question was "who is my service provider? " was that a joke? Obviously he did not show any interest in resolving the issue. My issue was I am not able to place a call to customer service, and he kept on saying "call the customer service". FYI Fido, these kind of customer service reps will make you lose your customers. BTW the guy's name was Yarnik or something!

After Makeover (Renovation) this CF Eaton Centre Fido location open today September 02,2022. Great Customer Service and Friendly Staff. New look very cozy. Love it. Worst ever! Pathetic! The representative Anwar or something told me that they'll only do a soft check but that guy did both soft and hard check as a result my credit score plummeted. It took a 90 point hit! Most pathetic service ever! Incompetent on all levels! I'm unable to finance anything now! Thanks to this store and the staff!

I was with Virgin previously, but i got a good deal with fido, representatives were very helpful, process was just completed in less than 10 minutes.

I purchased a $50 ZAGG screen protector because I was told by employee it had a "free" lifetime warranty instead of purchasing the same exact thing on Ebay for $3. The protector cracked in two months and Fido fit not stand behind the product, and upon contacting ZAGG I found out that I had to pay $7.69 shipping and put my credit card on file in case I didn't return the broken unit. Or I could drive to a mall and get one for $10. How is that free? If this protector breaks every two months I'm going to spend $42 a year on shipping plus the original cost of protector. ZAGG has nearly 80 complaints on the better business bureau and they should be avoided like the plague.  Shame on Fido employee for selling me a false bag of goods and shame on ZAGG for being scam artists.

Never had such a BAD experience returning an item. I bought headphones from here and tried them on for 20 minutes. They hurt my ears and I wanted a refund (like every other store allows). I am within the 15 day policy and nobody ever told me I could not return them. But they will NOT let me return them despite the policies written on the receipt, website and what the customer service helpline told me.

Fido store and phone customer service are terrible! I cancel our home internet because we have to move up north. When I called the customer service (which took me 35mins to get in touch with a live agent) to cancel the the service, they told me to return the modem within 5 days. I specifically told the CS that I couldn't make it within 5 days coz I'm up north and gave them the exact date I can return it which is 9 days. The customer service assured me that it's fine, it's okay, I wouldn't get in trouble at all.

Now, at the store, they didn't accept the modem coz it's over the 5 days grace period. And they can't do anything bec I am not the account holder. The account holder is my partner who is currently working up north! It's stupid that you have to be physically present when all they need is just the modem the account num.

Five star customer service for Daniel. I was in the store on November 1,2019 to buy a phone and Daniel was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It is difficult to find good customer service nowadays and most people complain more then compliment and Daniel definitely deserves kudos for his customer service. Thanks Daniel, keep up the good work!

BEWARE this Fide Kiosk - they sold me a used phone and when I brought it back within the warranty periods they denied they had done it. We asked them to open a new box and show us the packaging which is when we saw how different the new phones are packaged compared to the way I received mine. Then the store manager lied and said he doesn't sell used phones but later misspoke and had to admit he did.
In the end I had to keep the used phone they sold me - AVOID the Fido kiosk at the Eaton Centre. There was a ton more problems - every phone I asked for they didn't have until they offered me an inferior phone (which they had to 'go downstairs' to the safe to get the USED PHONE they sold me). They also said I could return the phone to any Fide location which was a LIE. I tried the Sherway Gardens location and they said I was lied too. I called Fide and they said the phone has to go back to the Eaton Centre which is brutal because I live 50 km from the Eaton Centre. They also sold me a Monthly Plan that the customer service people at FIDO head office called 'terrible' - which was further annoying. In the end I can say that the manger is arrogant and a lier and has HORRIBLY AGGRESSIVE interpersonal skills. AVOID the KIOSK at the Eaton Centre

Staff don’t know what they are doing. They asked us to call the customer service. One staff called Cathy had a really bad attitude and you can obviously tell from her facial expression. Awful experience at this store.

Came to the fido store to get a new phone, the sales girl took 2 hours and didn't not finish setting up the phone. Me and my wife were walking by and found another fido in the same mall that helped me and my wife set up the phone and transfer my information to our new phone. Next time I will only go to the fido Kiosk and see Syed!

If you are going to this location you MUST ask for Ankush at FIDO KIOSK. He is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond helping us set up our wireless internet so quickly and recommended deals we didn't even know were options. Thanks so much again Ankush for making our experience a great one!

Went in today and received the absolute best service from Michael. He was very helpful and helped me switch over from freedom mobile to Fifi in less than an hour with a brand new phone! The service was hundreds of times better then the service I have grown accustomed to with my previous service provider. Very professional, and really helped me out

No one should every have to deal with sales managers like them. They told me i could write and complain that what i did

I walked past this kiosk and it's like they have no respect for customers or future customers. I accidentally walked inside their booth because I was distracted on a phone call. And this creepy short unattractive indian guy is like "hey are yoo loking for fido" and one of the female employees begins to laugh. Really extra, fix your customer service. Nasty attidues and ppl.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store in Eaton Centre. Went to buy a prepaid SIM card. They charged for initiation/ voucher (no idea what this is for!) before I bought a sim for the value I chose from their plan.

After paying and installing it, I got a message that stated "SIM not activated". This happened within seconds of paying for it and at the store. When I asked the representative, she casually said that it could be because my phone was locked. I had no clue about it and asked if they could refund my money while I try to unlock as it was literally less than a minute of me paying. Her tone immediate changed from being friendly to distant and rude, and she blatantly refused!

Upon insisting I speak to the manager, she went inside and returned without a manager, but said that she will refund the initiation voucher. However this doesn't mean anything as she said I need to call back to pay for this voucher if I want to activate the SIM after unlocking phone.

I am shocked how bad customer service could be! This is how companies lose loyal good customers. I wished she checked if my phone is locked prior to selling her product. The very least she could have done is be nice!
