I was hoping to get a Pre-paid annual plan and was told that it is impossible in that location. Initially they sent me downstairs to another kiosk in which I was rejected as well. After that they send me to the Centerpoint Mall where I was told that I could've done this on the Sheppard-Yonge location - they just had to issue me a sim-card a make a call to the Fido call desk to activate it. Horrible service.

Fido has been spam calling me non stop for the past several months at all hours of the day. Nobody picks up even when you answer. I’ve spoken with them multiple times and they either claim they’ve removed my number, which evidently is a lie since the calls keep coming, or say THEY ARE UNABLE TO REMOVE NUMBERS FROM THE SPAM BOT and that I should just block their number instead. Setting aside the incredibly dumb claim that they are unable to stop their own spam bot, I have blocked their number and each time they just start spamming with a new one.

TLDR: Do NOT give Fido your business and do NOT give them your contact information. Stay far away.

Kareem you are awesome! I went to store to update my SIM card and there is an internal issue with updating that, but he didn’t gave up and helped me in fixing my issue. They do care their customers. Recommend visiting this store.

I went to the store because my old phone died on Sunday and they immediately helped me get a Pixel 7 that was just released a day ago, transferred it from other store. It's fast and efficient. The sales explained cleared. Great experience.

I went in store to set up my internet and the employee by the name RJ helped me. He was very helpful and thorough in explaining the available options and deals. It was a smooth process and I was able to leave the store within 20 mins with my internet set up without any issues. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any modems available at the store but the modem was shipped to my address and the shipping time did not take long. Will return to RJ for future transactions.

Extremely bad experience i had with this store.

Friday afternoon, i went to the store to open a home internet. The sale, i won't name names here, explained the 2 different plans they had and i told him and pointed to the $75 150u plan i wanted to open. Evrything was pretty smooth until he showed me the contract. He opened a $65 75u instead. I told him right away about the mistake and he called Fido to get it change. No big deal i thought. A 15 mins set up took another 30 mins but he said they have changed it. I asked for proof but he said they will email me the documents.

Afew hours after i got home, i got the document and it stated i have the $65 75u plan still. So i called Fido to make sure that the plan did not change which they confirmed. So i went back to the store to talk to him. He seemed so surprised, He called again after another 30 mins or so, he confirmed that Fido had changed the plan to 150u but the discount he promised did not apply anymore. I didn't really care about the discount since i just want the correct plan.

The next day, i could not create an account, so i contact Fido and asked why and i accidently found out my plan still has not been changed to the correct one. This time i was really fustrated. I went back to the store again and told them what happened. The sales and the manager was there, they seemed surprised and told me they will do everything to fix it.

I told them the Rep on the phone told me that it has to be cancel first before i can activate the new plan. They did not believe me of course and we spent over 30 mins trying to figure out. At the end, i was right and they had to cancel my existing plan in order to get the correct one. Since they did not have a modem at the store, they said they can change it and then ship it to me which takes 3-5 business days. I told them just to cancel it then, i don't want it anymore.

Then the sales told me i have to cancel it myself. I was like i am not calling and wasting another hour of my time to correct your mistakes. You will need to call them and do it. Then she got defensive and said "I did not make the mistakes". This just got me so angry. I told her, do you work for this fido store, and does the other sale that made the mistakes work here too? So you guys are representing this store.if the mistake is made in the store then you guys have to correct it. After another 20-30 mins on the phone she was able to cancel for me.

I will never come back to this store since the staff are more concerned about their sales then actually helping the customers when the mistake was made by them.

Make sure you hold them accountable if they refuse to help you.

Had a wonderful experience here! I came in last month with a cracked phone and a plan that wasn't working in my favour.for years. Crystal set me up with an iphone 11 pro and I LOVE It. Finally actually feeling good about my phone contract!

I was having some issues with my phone walked in to this Fido location and was pleased with the fast knowledge of the problem. Thank you to the lovely young lady named Crystal which also showed me a better promotion going on.

This Fido shop is the best I ever visited. All of workers are friendly and kind. Especially, Ash guided for change my new phone device with his best and also taught me how to change the policy of phone bills very kindly. If you want to visit this Fido shop, also if you are korean, I strongly recommend him!

Crystal and Ash were especially helpful. They helped me through renewing my contract flawlessly. Great customer service experience, I would recommend 10/10. Ash also speaks Korean, so that's a big selling point for all you Koreans out there!

Amazing and qualitative service. With any issues regarding your phone, weather it’s the physical phone itself or the IT aspect of it, this location is highly professional and get the work done. I had the pleasure of having Crystal, helping me with my phone. Definitely recommend this location to all.

The Store is very clean and well organized and they are nice and kind. Especially they do have a Korean staff in this north york area. It is so thankful that the person can help my mom who can't communicate in English well.
