Raghav at this Fido location is a waste man. I wanted to do a sim exchange I created an online account with an ESIm and wanted a physical sim in store but raghav gave me a blank sim without activating it. He lied to me and gave me the wrong instructions by saying I need to activate myself. I went to Fido other location to activate the sim after, their staff was delightful, but shoppers world was horrible. Manager should teach their employees common sense.

The workers are working are very rude, the boss should care abt this because you have a good location that customer can easy to see you but if the worse service so is zero.

Visited the store today, male employee named loveleen assisted me.but later on after refusing his plan about iphone he gets arrogant and talked rudely. He should know that it is his duty to provide customer service, then its customer's choice whether I should buy or not, he can't force someone with arrogance. He was also talking mannerlessly with his female co-worker while assisting us.
Also suggestion to FIDO TEAM, try to correct such employees who are danger to FIDO STORES.

Worst customer service ever, the girl who was working there had no idea what she is doing, she behaved like she is tim cook, she knows nothing and very arrogant, I wanted to buy phone but the sales rep so bad so arrogant, i just walked away and went to bramlea city, much better service at bramlea city centre
These people need to learn how be sales rep, their customer service is bad

Worst customer service provider i had home internet from them and when i want to return as i upgrade to different they just make me fool on first they said you have to stop service by calling fido help centre its ok, after contacting them waiting on line for almost 2 hours for disconnecting service Employee named Amish said we can't collect back you have to return through canada post office. Shame on you guys please stay on your words atleast you making fool of customers you make them travel and waste time of people.

I have had an amazing experience with Arham Mohammad in this location. I was having an issue with my order online, and Arham went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. He is thorough with the changes in my account. He walked me through all the details and informed me of what to expect in my next bill. I've been with Fido for 19 years and have had some good CSR who had helped me over the years but there are also those ones that are frustrating but today, Arham demonstrated why I'm a loyal Fido customer inspite of the issue that I had to deal with. Also, all the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I'm a very happy customer today

Visited the store on weekend. Sunday to be exact. Wanted to get a plan for my nephew who just came here on student visa. Kunall the store manager was very helpful and calm explaining each and every details. He provided us a best solution and sweeten a deal with a small gift, even though it was just a sim activation. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants best cellular deal.

Purchased a new phone at here. Sales person promised to give me 2 month free device protection plan, but Fido started charge me that fee from the 1st month after I use the phone. Try to contact customer service and talk to them in person but no record for that 2 month free. It’s not a huge money but it’s dishonest behavior.

Worst customer service. The employee named Vishal is very rude, ignorant and does not fit in a customer service role at all. I am very patient and understand that front end staff is at the peak of stress and I do give people a lot of space. However this man is consistently rude, WAS NOT WEARING A MASK WHILE IT IS MANDATORY and is not interested in either listening nor helping customers. He was busy playing on his phone, and was least bothered about even pretending to help anyone. The other two girls were nice and helpful. This is not the first time, every time I have been to this Fido kiosk my experience has been the same. Fido must give a second thought before hiring customer service staff!

Tbhhh this was the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are not giving any values to customers. Like as they are boss and we are working for them. We are paying them amount and in-return we get such a rude behaviour. I was there to exchange my modem and the way she treated was totally inappropriate. I recommend fido to look after their services. Lots of ego in them even she did-not hand my parcel she just left at table and said its here and I was so shocked with that behaviour. I mean who treats their customers in that way. Literally the worsttttt serviceee!

I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service received at Fido Shoppers World Kiosk. I have been a customer of fido for years and usually whether i call in, or speak to someone in person i am always happy with the service. However, Vishal made sure that i left upset and without my issue resolved. He did not even allow me to explain what the problem was, but rather was immediately rude and disinterested in my issue. I cannot begin to understand how someone like him is employed in a position where he is required to deal with people. I ended up leaving and going to another location and had my issue resolved without error. But i am still disgusted that you allow a person like Vishal to represent your brand, do better Fido.
