This store made an error. Came in today asking if I could get a simple top up on my Chatr account. “Teller says you cannot add minutes” Turn around and went to Yonge/Sheppard Center …Topped up no problem. Comprehend things.

I went to fido store to pay my bill. Harsh at the store told me the offer I have in my account and gave me new ph with amazing plan I am very with the service.

Wow, where do I even begin? I had an incredible experience at this Fido location, and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Anna, the representative who assisted us, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, answering all our questions and providing expert advice. Despite not making a purchase, Anna remained incredibly accommodating and friendly. The team at this Fido location is, by far, the best of the best. I highly recommend them! Monday. November 20th, 2023.5: 30 ish PM

Went to buy an Iphone 14 pro max, one of the representatives Maria did an amazing job. Super accommodating, was actively educating me and walking me through the process efficiently. Im definitely coming back!

Staff are really professional and informative and super helpful. Especially Jesika, the assistant Slaes Manager. She helped me a lot to get the best deal with Fido. She went above and beyond my requests. I am really grateful to get the chance to do the business with her. She is just awesome!

I went in to get the number for my new iPhone transferred to an e-sim card. The MANAGER of the store named Jesika charged me $10 to have this done, but gave me the wrong phone number and switched my number with someone else’s. When I realized what happened and went back to the store to get the issue fixed, the manager was extremely rude, refused to apologize and told me it was my fault for what happened. I gave her my correct phone number and even a piece of ID with my full name and address, yet she still made a mistake and transferred the wrong number to my new phone. She accused me of giving her the wrong information and eventually let the other staff to deal with my issue because she was getting angry when I asked for a refund.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Very rude staff who clearly do not know how to use Fido’s system to fix your issues. I decided to switch to a different provider after this incident.

Kanchan is extremely helpful and found the best deal for me. I bought 13 pro and she helped me find the perfect case for my phone. I love it. She also gave me tons of discount. I very much recommend to go to Yonge and eglinton to find best deals for you. They also have tons of back to school offer. Definitely going back to the store for my wife as well

The customer service is really good. I had visited the store to get a new connection and they gave me a good store credit. The sales representative who attended me was Bruce Xavier and he was very helpful. Would give a 10/10 for his customer service.

Had a complicated issue that was started on the phone with Fido. It ended being more complicated than I thought so I Had to go into the store to fix it. It took a lot of time but Harsh stuck with me until the problem was resolved. Amazing and attentive service from the Yonge and eglinton location!

Went in to upgrade my phone and update my plan. I have had fine service with Fido over the last few years but my experience getting everything sorted and updated with Alicia was very easy. She was very professional and friendly, so I am glad I chose this location. Thanks again!

Wanna point out Ankush. The guy is GURU of customer service. On top of that extremely smart, polite, respectful and of course helpful. He might be is able to read peoples mind I guess LOL Thank you Ankush you made my Christmas shopping. Take care man.

Negative experience during Covid-19. A tiny store space crammed with several people waiting in line for at least half-hour.
Two members of the staff were busy serving two customers.
No idea why those issues or deals took so long. I found particularly irritating the demeanor of one of the staff who went on with a small talk, joking and laughing with the customer, while the rest of us waiting with our masks on in a stuffy room.
The staff could have al least shown some respect by acknowledging the other customers.
Very poor customer service, unacceptable during the pandemic. The deals that require more time than usual should be handled by appointments.
If I see line-ups there again, I'll report this store to the City.

My experience with Fido has generally been very negative UNTIL I went in to the Yonge/Eg location. David, the assistant manager, is the reason I'm still with Fido today! Friendly, knowledgable, patient with technologically-challenged customers such as myself–in short, give this guy a raise! If it weren't for him I probably would've switched to Bell.

A young lady was very successful in helping me. She was soooo patient, me being 74 she repeated information no matter how many times I asked same question. She was polite and very good in informing me in terms that made sense to a 74yr old. I bought her a Tim Hortons gift card in gratitude. She spent a lot of time with me. Thank you D.

Chris goes above and beyond to explain new services, perks, best phones and does it with a smile. His service at this location makes me value the customer service FIDO offers.
