I had a number of questions & concerns, and it took nearly an hour to finish all the tasks; but Ashikur was kind, super patient, and extremely helpful throughout the interaction.

I had worked with Anab 6 months ago to upgrade my phone and plan and felt very welcomed by the entire experience. This week I was in the market for internet and once again I had the pleasure of dealing with Anab. She is very committed in providing the utmost greatest service possible. There was an issue regarding getting my address to generate in their system which required a couple days of trouble shooting on the backend. At no time was I in any rush to get this solved right away; Anab followed up regularly with me in providing updates and got the job done!

I feel very welcomed at this location, before visiting for the first time I had read many reviews and something stood out. The genuine approach by all staff and their Manager Kyle is very apparent. I cannot rave enough about this particular location. Keep up the good work guys.

We visited this location a couple of weekends ago. It was busy but the staff there took their time to try and assist us to the best of their ability. After quite a long time (approx 40-50 mins), we had exhausted all options. They could have easily just referred us to the call centre instead of trying to help us.

They were friendly, polite, and professional and were an example of exceptional customer service, which is something you don't tend to see a lot these days.

This store is staffed by 3 individuals and all three of them are super nice. No matter how many questions you ask, they are nice and patient with you. All the available offers were given on top of the Fido offers. They explained in detail everything and were upfront about all the details. Gave me the confidence to take a service from them.

Amazing service by the store manager Kyle at this location. He is considerate, helpful, and extremely client-centric - a quality that is so rare these days. Kyle is knowledgeable in terms of helping me understand my new phone, helping me do a successful phone data transfer (which is already going above and beyond) he is also transparent and straightforward with revealing purchasing information. This type of service is what retains users to Fido!

As a Fido customer, I have been coming to this location since it first opened. The staff always provides exceptional service from start to end. Kyle is my go to guy for any questions and concerns I may have. He is product knowledgable and is able to provide assistance to my requests especially when they are urgent and is able to fix an issue in no time. I would recommend anyone who is a current Fido customer or new customers to set ip an account at this location. You will be impressed with their service.

Amazing service from start to finish. The store manager Kyle Haney had opened the store and welcomed me right away. He was prompt, efficient and a great multi-tasker handling several walk in clients as soon as the door opened. My problem was with switching an old cell phone SIM card into my new one with no experience on how to transfer over all my contacts and storage. Kyle has proven to me once again why I am happy to be with Fido with the outstanding service he delivered. While servicing me he also spoke with clients in line just to acknowledge and assure them they will be serviced in a timely manner. I can now see why he is the store manager and I hope he excels and is given the chance for a promotion within the company. We need more people like Kyle Haney!
