Best Fido store! I've been their customer since 2010 and consistently received the best customer service and deals. Professional staff who take good care of their customers and always very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I was already a Fido Mobile customer but opted to go to this location as opposed to buying and activating a new phone online. I am very pleased I did. I received great service from Ardeshir. He found extra rebates for me than what were available through Fido customer service. Most importantly, Ardeshir took the time to transfer all the data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone 13.

I had help from Farzad today at this Fido shop, he was very knowledgeable and honest. Presented me an offer way better than I was expecting. He even provided me with a working SIM card within minutes. This shop is a gem in the internet age because they are providing a service we cannot find online!

The manager Farzad was very helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help me find and get my new phone that I wasn’t finding anywhere. I wish this Fido branch was closer to me so it could be my go-to place.

They completely lied about the price of plans, the discounts, and activation fees. They unknowingly signed us up for services we did not ask for and they lied about pretty much everything. They did not even set up our account properly to be able to get emails, probably because they didn’t want us to notice the discrepancies. After we went back to return within buyers remorse period, they told us they don’t accept any returns, at this time we did not know the law is that they can in fact return. They eventually told us to go and call customer service.
After discussing with friends many others have had a similar experience of getting scammed at this store.

Fido should really launch a thorough investigation into this store and employees as this illegal.

Worst Fido store compare to other locations.
They are not interested in serving Fido customers.
Just like to sell products to make more money.

Absolute five star customer service!
What you’ll experience at this location is a high level of professionalism combined with in-depth knowledge of the product and service you receive. One stop shop for any matter related to Fido products, promotions etc.

I had a great experience with Mr. Fathi. He offered me a deal that I didn't believe this is the best and after visiting some other branches, came back to this store and got the cell phone plan.
Totally recommended.

Farzad is very good customer service I recommend him to any body that want to take a phone plan or SIM card to come to Fido store at 6064 Yonge street… you will be happy with the service.

Farzad is the best. My phone broke completely and I wasn't done my 2 year plan yet. Even with that he hooked me up with a new phone at a great deal and made my phone dying a good thing, like it was in my favor that it died because Farzad got me an even better deal with a new phone. Go see this location for sure!

I was new to Canada and I had to get a new mobile connection on my first day and happened to visit this particular shop and met the store manager Mr. Farzad who helped us with the best service possible. He gave us discounts and got us the best deal possible. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Unfortunately they are not reliable.before your agreement they give you many offers and discounts but afterwards when you make a deal with them, you receive a huge bill and they say that they are not responsible for it. They gave me an old tablet as a "gift" but now after months I realized that I was paying for it this entire time without even knowing or even wanting it at the first place. The only reason I accepted the tablet was because I was told its a gift and that there are no payments for it but guess what, it was a lie.

The door is locked while they were open. After I knocked the door, the staff came and just gave me wrong information. I don't know why!

The worst experience in Fido!
There's only one male clerk in the store. The clerk has been making phone calls with headphones since I came in. I stood alone in front of him and waited. I waited for nearly ten minutes and he kept calling. He didn't say anything to me in the whole process, completely ignoring me. I'm shocked and very disappointed with this attitude.

Switched from chatr to fido at this location.very clean and safe environment, plenty of sanitizers are available in the store, polite staff, recommended

Got a scam call from fido and they referred to this store location to find the scam person to further proceed.not sure if this is the case but the scam call explicitly asked me to go to this store and ask for mr. Yang at the counter in the store.

I've been going to this store for 14 years and they're the best in all aspects.
Farzad (Store manager) and Ardeshir are absolutely friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to help their customers every time! Highly recommend these guys to everyone and will come back as long as they're operating!

Terrible staff terrible service
They stopped serving customers way ahead of their closing time. They didn’t let us in and return their modem even though the store was still open and 10minutes left to the closing time

3 days ago I went to that store, while I’m inside I got a call so I went outside to give my place to next client after while I tried to enter again to get in, he said only 3 to be inside but those 2 customers relative to 3 Rd one and they are just sitting inside on the other hand not allow customers to site inside the store

The worst fido customer service. He hesitated to respond to basic questions that the customers may have.very disrespectful agents. I am going to report this behaviour for sure.

This is regarding Fido. They told me about the deal which should have been 50 bucks monthly with 2+2GB data, 500 min talk and unlimited text. They didn't neither provide me any copy or contract nor sent me an email. So the next month I get overcharged 150 dollars! So I asked why and they told me I talked over my minutes, they didn't provided me with any notice or text! So the next time I was careful and I got overcharged AGAIN! So I called angry and they told me I received too many calls! Couldn't be worse! They never provided me a copy of my plan and rights so every time they surprised me with a new trick! I quitted Fido after 2 months and moved to freedom and I'm satisfied. JUST DO NOT GO WITH FIDO!

Waiting in line for almost an hour and then told me they do not have the Fido Modem. You can ask why people are waiting in the line rather than ignoring them.

Best customer service, Polite agents, got the the new iphone pro and they helped me setup my new phone and transfer my data to the new phone! Strongly recommended

Amazing staff at this location who care to take time to not only explain the different phone plan options but how to save money and really get the deal that’s best suited for you. I went in to get a new iPhone 11 Pro Max and they even took the time to backup my old iPhone for me since I hadn’t done that in order to not lose any information. Amazing customer service with great knowledgeable staff indeed! Highly recommend this specific location for anyone with Fido or interested signing up with Fido!

THE WORST customer service Fido store ever! If I can give it 0/5, I’d totally do so. The store clerk is extremely racist and rude. Strongly recommend the store manager to conduct a internal store training on how to deal with customer with different culture and gender.

That was our worst customer service experience ever. Terrible customer service and highly not recommended! The guy who works there is so rude and know nothing about customer service and sales. They don’t have enough information about Fido and its competitors’ plans and policies. Without having enough knowledge of market they start accusing their customers of lying and humiliating them. I am really surprised how come Fido allow this store to operate. The rude staff in this store are like a thread to Fido’s brand. My wife has switched from Fido just because of the bad experience we had with this store.

I think the best compliment someone can give you when you deliver amazing service is to.come back! And i will be back for sure.
