Was in and out of the store in 3 minutes, while online support hasn't been able to do the same thing in hours.

I had the most fabulous service with John today at this store. He was so patient and worked to hard to find me the best deal for both a phone and provider. He helped with transferring my information from one phone to another and told me to return if I had any problems with my new phone setup. Can you ask for any better service? Kudos to this grand store.

I had an outstanding experience with John Gabriel at Fido! His exceptional patience and kindness made our visit enjoyable. He took the time to explain all the offers thoroughly and assisted us in selecting the best one. John is a great person, and his customer service deserves a 5-star rating!

Worst telecom in the country. No matter how good of a deal, you won’t get it. Always being overcharged and Fido has no operators over the phone. No one ever answers and the chat service is a bot. Don’t trust them.

Regarding my WIFI it always says no Internet connection but when it comes to bill it’s always advance…I will not recommend this…I only need when I gets home in the night and 45 minutes in the morning but always says NO CONNECTION…I re start everything but still no change and when it comes to payment they have a good service to collect money! So annoying

My internet bill was 79$ while my payment was 65$. Why is my 1 year contract expired? But no information was given that the price will change.

I have been to different Fido locations but this branch offers the best service. If you have any inquiries ask Kyle, he’s very knowledgeable and professional.

To be honest I had my doubts about Fido because I heard some bad things about them in the past and some say the service isn't that great. Anyway, I was looking at a promotion on social media and when I had the chance, I dropped by at this location to get some more information. I was welcomed by a nice young gentleman, his name was Kyle. He really illustrated the different options and plans available for me and gave me some terrific advice to piece it all together. And sure enough I left with a new phone and service provider that day. I highly recommend this branch to Fido customers and new customers - I'm sure you won't regret it. Best service I've ever received, hands down! Thank you again to Kyle - he's a gem!

I recommend this business, the customer service rep named Kyle was very helpful and super friendly. He helped me transfer to Fido and assisted me with a really good plan that meets my need. He was also very accommodating with all my questions and explained all details without the use of jargon terms. Totally recommend, 5/5.
