The worst customer service online, over the phone, and in person.
I placed an order online for a phone and when I picked up the phone the store gave me another plan. Called the customer service 4 times each for 30-40mins and no one was able to understand tge story. I went to the store in square one and Ibwas hoping to get help and fix the issue since I have a screenshot of the online deal I got.
The manager was sitting there and he gave us a very disgusting attitude.
I was never happy with fido I just stayed with them for the good price that they gave me.
The manager was really bad and he said sorry this us the end of the conversation (like guys you could leave now).
What a bad service
I am switching to Rogers for a an excellent customer service even if i will pay extra but i will not stay with such a dirty customer service like fido

Came to this twice already and I had Sid to help me get international calls and change the plan on my phone and home internet. Sid was quick efficient and very helpful made it easy for me not to go though the customer service line.

Excellent customer experience, he should definitely get a raise!

Unprofessional customer care at this store offering no support at all (Charles). They have major issues with billing, they rip people off once you open an account with them and store Kees sending you to customer care and vice versa till you decide to leave them and spare your nerves, money and time … avoid at any cost

Very bad experience with prepaid Fido, I paid $56.5 to get 4.5GB and only got 1! I ran out of data in the middle of nowhere, when I complained at the store, they just refused to accept any responsibility, So be careful! If you’re a tourist and need a prepaid SIM card, don’t go to Fido.

These people wanted to put a credit check just to see the deals on the phone omg.
If you guys call this you’re customer service you guys need to put your things together.

Dani was amazing and helped us with great deals. We spent almost 2 hrs here and he was very patient with what Zi wanted. Got my new phone and my frnd who tagged along became a Fido customer with amazing perks. My first ever IPhone Iam too happy and thank you man

I went today Dec 16,2022 and I have concern on my phone and asked if they can help me.they didnt even bother to check my phone or asked whats the problem and refer me to Samsung location.i bought my phone in this location august 2022.so I went to Best Buy Mobile in sq1 too and the lady there is so accommodating and checked what's wrong. The customer service is so disappointing.the Asian guy n the Indian guy, too bad i didnt get their names are not accommodating at all

1- they do hard credit checks without even asking you or telling you.

2- zero technical knowledge.

3- supervisor Danni is arrogant and show discriminatory practices.

4- just beware of their free offers or anything they say "free" coz it's not.

I went here on my birthday to switch my carrier as my last one was terrible, and I was so surprised with the amazing service I received! Specifically talking about Chris, he made sure to switch me over at a good price, way better than before, and even gave me free goodies as a birthday gift. Then I got home, went to pay my bill on the app, and they gave me my first month free of charge! I’m so impressed and honestly THANK YOU CHRIS! Best employee there, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the service. Definitely go here! I will forever be a Fido customer at this rate:)

I wish I could give Fido a big zero for the scam they run through the booths in the mall. I saw a deal through WOW phone booth and went to the Fido store to first confirm if the Fido deal being offered from the WOW is legit. I was told by an employee that it is right. The WOW booth is right in front of the Fido store. The WOW booth offered a deal based on a lie and are a total scam. The sales person Jagman lied about everything. I was told that the bill will remain the same, with lots of in store credits, which was all a lie. The reason I am posting here is that when you call Fido to fix it they say sorry go back to WOW booth and when you call and go to the WOW booth they do not want to talk or discuss and they avoid you. So basically Fido is giving the WOW booth to scam people. So please be aware of their tactics.

After purchasing a phone from this location FIDO square one. 2 days later I was trying to return the phone because of overheating and terrible battery. Only to switch into a new phone from the same provider. I called customer service to ask if returning the phone with no box would be and issue and I was told no. I then went to the store and asked the same question, again I was told it should not be an issue. Finally I tried to return the phone and I was then told that the phone cannot be returned since I don't have the box it came in. A little confusing to me since I made the attempt to confirm what I can and can't do prior to returning the phone. Then I was told they would contact me to let me know if they can help me, a full week of me reaching out and never getting a call back to confirm if a they got any information that could help me. On the last possible day I could retum the phone they called me to tell me they can't help me. I told the manager that it would be best if his reps spend as much time telling their customers about the return policy as much they try to upsell for future recommendation to allow their clients to have a satisfactory experience especially loyal customers.

The service I received was amazing from the service center. "Hana" was the person who helped me with the process. I would recognize here. She made me feel like a close friend. She is a good listener. I bought a sim, she made the procedure looks very simple. Hats of to her and Fido service!

Very poor service given by the representatives present at the store. They made us wait for quite a long time despite no customer being in front of us in the queue. Even after taking the service order from us they were busy chatting amongst themselves which led to even more wastage of our time. They didn't bother to offer us any deals either.

Really horrible customer service. I asked for them to open a claim for my broken phone and they told me to do it myself. They made me feel really unwelcome at this branch. Hope they fix this soon or train their employees on customer service.

I had an amazing experience in this branch yesterday. Had to buy an iphone X and their manager ‘Vel’ gave all the attention and additional discounts wherever possible. Yes, it took time but it totally worth it as i got the best deal in GTA.

After wasting an hour and a half and ending up with false promises from the Wow booth I came to fido. The manager Denick was the one who greeted and helped me. I went from being so flustered and irritated to completely calm and happy. Denick was absolutely amazing, he not only got me a great plan and phone but gave me astounding customer service. He took the time to help me with everything, transferred stuff back to my phone and put my screen protector on. The entire staff there seems great, there is a lot of fun and positive energy in the store. I will highly recommend this location and its staff to everyone I know.

This store has to be one of the worst, called up asked if I could come in to grab a modem within the next hour, was told no problem. Arrive and am told no modem pickups today and yesterday. Such a disappointing experience. Will not be going with fido for anything.
