The sales at this Fido specifically target seniors who don't speak English and trick them into opening a Rogers credit card. If they refuse to apply for a credit card, the staffs will not assist them. Shame on you, Fido! Be careful if you have a family member who is not a native English speaker.

Man is patient enough to resolve all my concerns and helped me to upgrade to a new iPhone 14 plus, super satisfied and highly recommended this Fido store to everyone.

My mom came to the store looking for the advice for the phone. We are so happy with Garry when he was very knowledgeable and patient. My mom came to many store before but not very convinced with the deals and the advices. Came to Fido at Pacific mall and very impressed with Garry.

The staff is unprofessional and has a bad attitude. They also ignore customers, ask questions, and don't even look at you. They just call the fido hotline. If that's the case, why do you come to work? Just listen to the phone at home.don't open the door.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called in to leave a message multiple times to schedule a pickup and they never call back. I went to the store and the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. Even the Security guard said he has a history of being rude to customers and happens very often.

Do not give your business to this store, go somewhere else.

I lost my phone and went to the store to get a new phone. They did not ask me why i was there. Since i did not have phone i asked them to provide store phone to call fido customer service but they said they dont have any phone and told me to use public booth. Finally, i told them that i will buy any phone thats available and they said they dont have any phones in the stock. They dint even bother to check my plan and what phone i am interested in. They only cater chinese people. If your person of color please dont go to this mall.

Me and my friend went to the store 1 hour before closing fully intending to buy a replacement phone and sign up for a new plan that was on promo. Not only did the 3 people working there not really help us select a phone or explore options, they were talking among themselves and said in Cantonese "Iooks like they won't buy anything" and continued to chat away. That is extremely rude and the funny thing is, I very clearly look of Chinese decent and so did my friend. We entered the store speaking only English but we both speak and understand fluent Cantonese. Not sure why they did that, the staff were older than us (30+) but we were very clearly 20 something's with jobs. Rude staff that discriminates!

We left and went to the Bridlewood Fido and got great service and signed up with a s10e phone and data plan.

I have visited the store for a router return. There were people lining up for opening accounts. The agent saw me lining up with a router. He asked me to line up first. A few mins later, without waiting for my turn, he told me that they could not do any returns today because their system is broken for that service. He asked me to go to somewhere else instead. I went to another fido store in Pacific mall. Without letting me to line up, this time, the customer service told me that they were just recently opened and their returning service is not opened up yet.

As an old customer of fido, I am very disappointed of the two fido stores in Pacific mall. I guess returning a router won't bring them any money, but dishonest is even worse than telling you don't want to offer such services.

Very unpleasant returning experience even though fido online tells me that I can drop off the router to any stores.

Wife uses their services and she was in and out faster than I am at Rogers. Staff seemed nice and pleasant, tried to move the customers along at a steady pace.
