I was change phone plan on Nov. 27. The phone plan wasn't change well. The price not right. Today I visite the counter. The fido staff Isaac, He help me to solve this promber. He is very patient, polite, nice. Thank you so much!

Called for days because nothing was happening with my web order.finnaly someone answered after 4 days. I was told they have no stock of my phone which is the opposite of what the agent told me when i called fido HQ, This store told me to come in person and they can get me the phone. When I called back fido HQ they let me know likely this store is telling me there is no stock and not filling the order because they want me to go there physically so they can cancel my web order and re-do the order for them to receive commission as there store shows plenty stock! So buyers beware.maybe not everyone here is shady but someone definitely is.

We made our new fido plan two days ago in the Markville mall location, but I found out I only can use 3G and my signal always cut down regularly. I went back to this location again to fix the problem with Chris. He is super professional and he try his best to help me solve the problem, we spend almost 2 hours there and called different department. In the end nothing change to my phone but he did try his best to help me. On my way home, I finally can use LTE and my signal finally back. Big thank you to Chris and he did a great job!

Wanted to get one of my line on esim and told me they ran out of esim.which is a lie because we asked later and they do have it. Guess setting up eSim is a waste of time for them because its not a HUP or new activation.

It was very easy to switch over our phone plan to Fido at the Markville Mall (lower level, next to food court). Worked with Shoaib who was quick to transfer everything for us. He took the extra few minutes to explain what would happen and how we would receive our documents via email, etc. He and the other two staff members were very polite and helpful!

Absolutely satisfied with gentleman Mark, he was really helpful and super clear, have been a fido customer from long time and am really happy the way mark helped us.

Today suddenly my phone stopped working. It was not picking up Fido signal. I took my phone to the kiosk and Erfin helped me immensely. He figured out the problem and gave me good suggestions. He called customer care on behalf of me and waited and talked with them. I stayed there for almost 2 hours. He was never impatient and always kept me in the loop. I really appreciate the customer care provided by him.

BACK STORY: Had a dispute on the phone with customer service and we were getting nowhere. I was promised a few things via online agent 'Ask Jack' with proof in transcript of what I was told/promised, but on the phone they wouldn't accept it into evidence.therefore I proposed that I show the transcript to an in-store manager to be witness to the transcript.

FAST FORWARD: came to this location in Markville Mall and was greeted promptly by store manager Sarnel. He listened, sympathized, and immediately made a note on my account. I called back into Fido customer service and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Issue resolved.

Thanks very much to Sarnel and his team at Fido Markville, it was a fantastic customer experience. Highly recommend, will be back.

Bought multiple phones and plans for my family at this location. Ghalib Zamir is a great sales associate and is very helpful to deal with and answers every question you have patiently. Overall great service would visit again!

Both times I visited the kiosk, the rep and managers have been super helpful. Their backend systems may be slow and complicated but nothing to do with staff. Posting because of other low ratings. The plans available have nothing to do with the location.and for wait times, if they have another customer and they are waiting for their computer or head office which could take a long time, just come back later. The staff is great. Keep up the good work!

No wonder why this store has GREAT reviews, wish we can give 0 star for this store. Yesterday waited 2hrs to change account PIN and only to be told that manager is required for that AND the manager is NOT in the store.

Horrible. Checked myself in and I was next in line. While the employee was working with another customer he pulled his phone out and sent me the text saying an agent/representative will soon be with you. I'm still standing here waiting 50 minutes later literally in the same spot and they're still with the same customers. Useless. Horrible customer service. Only once they asked, hey are you waiting for something. And when I had told him what I was there for he answered couple questions and then directed me to his fellow coworker and told me that I'd get help from him instead. All that for him to tell me hey I'm going on my break my coworker will help you.and directed me back to the other worker. What the actual heck. That's total BS.

Great experience. All reps were very professional and efficient. Helped my dad get his new phone set up easily.

Staff are friendly and the cell plans aren't that bad. Selection of phones a little limited but not a big issue. Limited accessories but it is a kiost.
