Look for Kate and her manager Elphie for best deal and customer service! I came here with broken iPhone and they worked long hours just to retrieve my data when I get my new phone plus they give me discounts! Will come back and tell my friends to shop here next time

They didn’t selll me phone although I had IDs a nearly month a ago, Bad experience with Person named darshak, Precious, and his colleague Elphie.however got the phone from STC town centre.remove these people who don’t know what thwy been doing from parkway mall store fido.

It's annoying because I feel like every phone company tries to upsell you or rip you off and you have to know what you're doing. But if you do, they do give good service.

I searched on the website beforehand and they were offering $35 in person for the very same thing I saw on the website for $15. After I pointed that out, they started offering better deals. I asked if they knew that beforehand and they gave a vague answer lol. I was with a younger guy at first who really wasn't giving (whose name I won't expose lol) but then an older and more experienced employee called Elphie took over to helping me out. He's really good at his job. I still had to ask some questions on how everything added up, which led to an extra discount. Still though, I'm glad Elphie was willing to help and also be upfront about issues that may come up. I'd come back again.

Bought my new pixel 6 pro today from Fido parkway mall. Such a great experience. Adele is a superstar! Appreciate her patience and customer handling skills! She made sure I got my phone without any hassles.

Last week i bought a phone with a plan from fido at parkway mall. I really liked my phone. Paul did great job and helped me with transferring my data into new phone. My plan is also reasonable. Highly recommended ️

Elphie is the name I won't forget in terms of Fido. I came in store in trouble since there is setting that I am not aware of. He looks at it and offer me a good upgrade. He even give me good price for my case and so much patience with the old lady like me.

Paul and his manager is so cooperative and always try to help with phone issue. Today I cannot able to switch off my device. I visit the store, Paul and elphie helped my to resolve it.

I had a terrible experience with this store. I called them in advice to upgrade a phone and they assured me that you will get in instore. They did not mention any fido rules and procedure through phone. We wasted around 1 hour and they refused to give the phone. They did not initially update on any of their requirements for an internationa student. Even they need 48 hours to check your credit and do not assure a phone even after 48 hours. The store manager is not much efficient in answering cutomer concerns and complaints. They said just think business point of view. It is better to know that business will only grow if you maintain a better relationship with your customers.

They have a very accommodating agents, thanks to Elphie & Adele for such a great service. Keep it up!

Phenomenal service! I was in a rush to get to work (in hindsight, I should have came another time, sorry), and they finished very quickly. Everything was done within 15 minutes. I got an amazing deal and couldn't be happier. I was debating between Koodo and Fido since they had the same byop plans, but I'm so glad I chose Fido.

Mazi was great and spent a lot of time and effort for customer satisfaction. He really cared about us.
