Literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know what his name was, but the man with glasses was so rude and condescending. He quickly became frustrated and impatient with me when I was simply asking questions on how I can get a new SIM card (even though that’s his job to answer questions and help customers). I was only in there for less than 10 minutes before I left. He was verbally very loud and visibly angry and made me feel uncomfortable. I continued to respond politely, but he continued to raise his voice at me. The other guy in there also did nothing and was on his phone the whole time. 0/5 stars. I will never go back and not recommend to anyone unless you want to be belittled and yelled at.

I went there on this Wednesday. I just asked about my phone plan. The only man there who wore glasses was so rude and mean to my daughter. The way he spoke to me makes me uncomfortable. In the end he didn’t help me, just told me that their system couldn’t find my information. I have been there several times, the staff are nice. I never see this happened. I want to tell that guy, if you don't want to work, please go home! Never be so rude to your guests!

Terrible service. Doesn’t speak English very well and was not able to solve our problem. The guy kept saying that we need to call the customer service number to cancel our account.

I got my new plan and phone with Celine in this store. Celine is excellent! She was very very patient to explain benefits of Fido, and teach me how to use Fido App, and explain clearly what gonna happen next after switching to fido including 1st month bill, how to pay my bill, how to check my usage. I am super satisfied with Celine's service. She is young, enthusiasm, and professional.

Very disappointed. I stood there while 2 customers jumped the line in front of me when I was clearly there first. No explanation given, no "we'll be right with you, as soon as we've served these customers". Go somewhere else if you don't want to be invisible.

When I was in US last month, my 80-year-old grandma had issues with WeChat, so she couldn't contact with us. Because Chinatown Fido is the only store she knows that has Chinese speaking, she took bus all the way from Mississauga to DT Toronto Chinatown asked for help in a snow day. I surprised that the store manager Celine helped my grandmother with patience even my grandma opened account in Mississauga. I appreciate Fido has such strong after sales customer service and didn't refuse my grandma's request. Thank you
